General Tips
- Click on 'Players' on the main screen to add or delete player profiles (A).
- Select 'Play' to begin or continue your game (B).
- You may play this game in full screen or windowed mode by changing the settings in the Options menu (C).
- You may adjust the volume of sounds and music in the Options menu.
- You may also revert to the system cursor from the Options menu.
- The Options menu is accessible from both the main screen and the in-game menu.
- Hints are unlimited, but you must wait for the button to refill (E).
- A hint will show an item in a Hidden Object scene, and will point you in the general direction of where you need to go outside the Hidden Object Scenes.
- Above the hint button is the diary (F).
- Refer to your diary often for the codes and clues you have collected.
- The menu button in the lower left will give you access the settings menu or return to the main menu (G).
- Above the menu button is the rose- use it to collect petals frozen in ice during the main game (H).
- Your inventory is in the bottom panel- click on an item to select it for use (J).
Chapter 1: The Curse
- You have the option of a brief tutorial.
- Take the red rose that falls to the ground (A).
- The rose will activate the receptacle for the 33 rose petals you must gather in the game (B).
- Click on the rose to use it to thaw the frozen waters (C).
- Take the ROPE (D).
- Walk forward (E).
- Click on the woman to talk to her, but she disappears (F).
- Read the note that appears (G).
- Read the sign (H).
- Take the BITTER GREEN PETAL (I).
- Click on the rose and use it to collect the 1 of 33 PETAL (J).
- Note that the rose will 'dance' when there is a petal to collect.
- Note there is something under the hay in the wagon (K).
- Walk forward twice.
- Take the GLOWING MUSHROOMS (L).
- Take the VENUS FLY-TRAP FLOWER (M).
- Look at the tracks (N).
- Walk down.
- Use the rose to collect the 2 of 33 PETAL (O).
- Take the BUCKET (P).
- Use the VENUS FLY-TRAP FLOWER on the skull to get the FLY (Q).
- Walk forward.
- Use the FLY on the spider web (R).
- Click on the web to remove it and take the GARDEN SHEARS (S).
- Walk down.
- Use the GARDEN SHEARS 3 times on the thorns (T).
- Walk to the left.
- Use the rose to collect the 3 of 33 PETAL (U).
- Look at the close-up of the tree roots and take the CORKSCREW'S ROOT (V).
- Read the warning sign (W).
- Walk forward.
- Use the rose to collect the 4 of 33 PETAL (A).
- Take the EMPTY WATERING CAN (B).
- Look at the close-up of the front door and read the instructions (C).
- Look at the close-up of the area over the cellar door and take the CLAW (D).
- Look at the close-up again and use the ROPE on the hook (E).
- Walk forward on the left side of the building.
- Take the machine-constructing device (F).
- Open the coal bin (G).
- Take the CRANK from the coal bin (H).
- Place the BUCKET near the coal bin (I).
- Take the SHOVEL (J).
- Use the SHOVEL on the coal bin.
- Open the furnace door (K).
- Take the BUCKET with COAL and place it near the furnace (L).
- Use the SHOVEL on the bucket of coal.
- Close the furnace door.
- Open the flue (M).
- Note the generator (N).
- Walk down to return to the front of the building.
- Look at the close-up of the well (O).
- Use the CRANK on the well (P).
- Left-click, hold and drag the crank handle in a counter-clockwise circle several times until the cellar door opens (Q).
- Enter the cellar and take the generator instructions (R).
- Walk down to exit the cellar, then go behind the house.
- Look at the close-up of the generator.
- Look in your diary for the instructions (S).
- Pull the lever (1).
- Click the knob twice (2).
- Flip the switch (3).
- Slide the bar (4).
- Walk down to the front of the house and enter the cellar.
- Look at the top shelf and take the METEORITE (T).
- Note the locked drawer (U).
- Walk up the stairs.
- Look at the shelf on the left and take the SPRING and the PANGOLIN EYE (V).
- Pull the lever by the elevator (W).
- Open the control panel (X).
- Take the KEY that falls to the ground (Y).
- Take the STAR MAP SLIDE (Z).
- Walk down to return to the cellar.
- Look at the close-up of the drawer (A).
- Use the KEY on the lock (B).
- Select the drawer for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the items on the list.
- You will earn the MISSING PARTS.
- Walk up the stairs.
- Note the counter on the left (C).
- Look at the close-up of the machine on the shelf (D).
- Use the SPRING on the machine and you will automatically get the FLASK with LIGHTNING (E).
- Use the MISSING PARTS on the control panel for a mini-game (F).
- The object of this mini-game is to place all the gears and fuses in the correct position.
- Left-click, hold and drag a gear or fuse into place.
- Select the counter on the left.
- Take the recipe from the wall (G).
- Take the WIRE CUTTERS (H).
- Place the FLASK with LIGHTNING, the METEORITE, the PANGOLIN EYE, the CORKSCREW'S ROOT, the BITTER GREEN PETAL, and the GLOWING MUSHROOMS onto the tray (I).
- Walk down 3 times to exit the house.
- Walk forward on the left to the rear of the building.
- Look at the close-up of the suitcase (J).
- Use the WIRE CUTTERS to cut the twine (K).
- Select the open suitcase for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the items on the list.
- This will trigger a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to build the device shown in the drawing (L).
- Some pieces will need to be placed before others.
- Place the pieces (1-10) in numerical order onto the base (M).
- The GRINDER will automatically go into your inventory.
- Walk down, enter the cellar, then go up the stairs.
- Enter the elevator (N).
- Place the STAR MAP SLIDE into the eyepiece for a mini-game (O).
- The object of this mini-game is to align stars with the ingredients on the slide.
- The right wheel moves the telescope up and down (P).
- The left wheel moves the telescope right and left (Q).
- Hint: Move the wheels so that you start your search down and to the right.
- The slide will reappear with the ingredients numbered- click on the slide to put the information into your diary.
- Walk down and select the counter on the left.
- Place the GRINDER on the table (R).
- Place the CLAW into the grinder (S).
- The CLAW DUST will go automatically into your inventory.
- Place the CLAW DUST onto the tray (T).
- Refer to your diary for the correct order of ingredients (U).
- Click on the ingredients in numerical order (1-7).
- Take the POTION once the flask has a purple liquid (V).
- Walk down 5 times, then go forward once to the enchanted tree.
- Use the POTION on the sleeping tree (W).
- Talk to the tree until he shows the way to his roots.
- Enter the stump to access the roots (X).
- Use the rose to collect the 5 of 33 PETAL (A).
- Use the EMPTY WATERING CAN on the water to get the FULL WATERING CAN (B).
- Take the GLOWING MUSHROOMS (C).
- Exit the root area.
- Talk to the tree, then walk forward.
- Take the PITCHFORK (D).
- Note the hardened ground (E).
- Walk down 3 times.
- Use the PITCHFORK on the wagon of hay 3 times (F).
- Select the wagon for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the items on the list.
- This will trigger a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to build the device shown in the drawing (G).
- Some pieces will need to be placed before others.
- Place the pieces (1-12) in numerical order onto the base (H).
- The GROUND TILLER will automatically go into your inventory.
- Walk forward 3 times.
- Use the GROUND TILLER on the hardened ground (I).
- Use the FULL WATERING CAN on the tilled ground (J).
- The EMPTY WATERING CAN will return to your inventory.
- Take the 2 FAST-GROWING TREE FRUIT (K).
- Walk down once, then enter the stump.
- Use the EMPTY WATERING CAN on the water to get the FULL WATERING CAN.
- Exit the root area and walk forward twice.
- Use the rose to collect the 6 of 33 PETAL (L).
- Collect 4 PLANKS (M).
- Use the FULL WATERING CAN on the soil under the carved faces (N).
- Place the 2 FAST-GROWING SEEDS under each of the carved faces (O).
- Look at the panel and take the STONE SYMBOL (P).
- Exit the close-up and walk down once.
- Use the STONE SYMBOL on the rock (Q).
- After the rock moves, select the area for a Hidden Object Scene (R).
- Locate all the stone pieces.
- You will earn the STONES.
- Walk forward to the stone faces.
- Select the panel and use the STONES for a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to place all the stone pieces into the indentation (T).
- Left-click and drag a piece into position, right-click to rotate a piece.
- Enter the cave (T).
- Place the GLOWING MUSHROOMS into the lamp (U).
- Use the rose to collect the 7 of 33 PETAL (V).
- Take the CROWBAR (W).
- Look at the close-up of the chest and use the CROWBAR on the lock (X).
- Take the 5 SYMBOL KEYS (Y).
- Walk up the steps to the door.
- The object of this mini-game is to move the rune-locks to the center.
- Press the buttons on the left and right to move the chains.
- Some buttons effect more than one chain.
- Click on the following buttons: Ax1, Bx2, Cx1, and Dx2 (A-D).
- Place the 5 SYMBOL KEYS into the matching slots in the center (E).
- Walk forward.
- Use the rose to melt the ice (F).
- Take the STAR KEY (G).
- Walk down.
- Use the STAR KEY on the indentation (H).
- Once the rock moves, select the area for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the iron rings.
- You will earn the RINGS.
- Walk forward.
- Use the RINGS on each of the chains without a ring (I).
- The object of this mini-game is to pull the chains in order so that the tiles on the wall light up in order from right to left (J).
- Find the chain which lights up the first tile, then the second tile, continuing until all the tiles are lit.
- Should you choose incorrectly, the tile lights will go out and you must start over.
- Pull the chain in numerical order (1-6).
- Take the SPIRIT SWORD when it drops down (K).
- Take the 5th PLANK once it falls to the ground (L).
- Walk down twice.
- Select the bridge on the right (M).
- Use the PLANKS on the hole in the bridge (N).
- Walk forward to the bridge, then continue across (O).
Chapter 2: Across the Bridge
- Use the rose to collect the 8 of 33 PETAL (A).
- Take the BRANCH (B).
- Look at the close-up of the base of the tree and take the FLINT (C).
- Follow the path to the right (D).
- Use the rose to collect the 9 of 33 PETAL (E).
- Look at the close-up behind the petal and take the TREE BARK and the TWIG (F).
- Look at the close-up of the spider leg (G).
- Once the leg moves, take the GARDEN SHEARS (H).
- Look at the close-up of the shrubs and use the GARDEN SHEARS to cut it away (I).
- Take the LEVER (J).
- Walk down.
- Use the FLINT on the firestone (K).
- Use the BRANCH on the burning firestone to get the BURNING BRANCH (L).
- Should the flames go out before you can light the branch, just click on the rocks to relight.
- Select the stump for a mini-game (M).
- The object of this mini-game is to collect 5 bark beetles.
- Place the TREE BARK so it will catch the beetles (N).
- Use the TWIG to knock the beetles into the bark (O).
- The indicator will tell you how many you still need to collect (P).
- You will earn the BARK BEETLES.
- Follow the path to the right.
- Use the BARK BEETLES on the tree (Q).
- Use the BURNING BRANCH on the web (R).
- Walk forward.
- Use the rose to collect the 10 of 33 PETAL (S).
- Look at the panel that was hidden by the ice (T).
- Use the LEVER on the empty slot to trigger a mini-game (U).
- The object of this mini-game is to move the tiles using the levers and form a picture.
- Each lever corresponds with a row or column.
- Moving a lever up or down determines the direction the tile will move.
- This mini-game is randomly generated- your solution may vary.
- Our solution used the following moves: 3Lx2, 1Dx1, 4Dx3, 3Rx2, 3Dx1, AND 2Rx1.
- Cross the now open drawbridge.
- Note: this scene scrolls left and right; move your cursor to the left to scroll left.
- Make note of the door with no handle or lock (V).
- Look at the close-up of the fountain (W).
- Use the rose to collect the 11 of 33 PETAL (X).
- Take the PLATE PIECE (Y).
- Walk to the door grate (Z).
- Use the rose to collect the 12 of 33 PETAL (A).
- Note the lock on the crypt gate (B).
- Use the PLATE PIECE on the wall to trigger a mini-game (C).
- The object of this mini-game is to move the tiles to form a phrase.
- Click on 2 adjacent tiles to swap positions.
- Take the SUNBEAM DISC from the compartment (D).
- Walk down and scroll to the right.
- Use the rose to collect the 13 of 33 PETAL (E).
- Look at the close-up of the tree (F).
- Take the LARGE STONE and the OLD TREE BARK (G).
- Walk to the greenhouse door (H).
- Use the rose to collect the 14 of 33 PETAL (I).
- Note the greenhouse door (J).
- Use the GARDEN SHEARS 4 times to cut away the vines on the fountain (K).
- Use the LARGE STONE to break the jar (L).
- Look inside the broken jar and take the EIGHT POINTED STAR (M).
- Select the bottom of the fountain for a Hidden Object Scene (N).
- Locate all the chips.
- You will earn the CHIPS.
- Look at the greenhouse door for a mini-game.
- Place the CHIPS and the SUNBEAM DISC onto the board to activate the mini-game (O).
- The object of this mini-game is to place the discs in the correct order.
- There are 4 quadrants that each represent a season.
- The upper left season is Summer (P), followed clockwise by Fall (Q), Winter (R), and Spring (S).
- Move the discs to the quadrant that matches the pictures on the discs.
- A quadrant of the sun will light up when the corresponding season is correct.
- Enter the greenhouse.
- Use the rose to collect the 15 of 33 PETAL (T).
- Read the sign under the tree (U).
- Read the book to learn about the fertilizer (V).
- Take the KNIFE from the table (W).
- Look at the close-up of the scarf and use the KNIFE to get the CLOTH (X).
- Look at the close-up of the cabinet (Y).
- Use the KNIFE to cut the string (Z).
- Open the cabinet.
- There are 4 items you need from the cabinet.
- Take the CHALK, SHOVEL, FAUCET, and MATCHES.
- Look at the close-up of the 5 pots (A).
- Use the SHOVEL on each pot (B).
- Take a KEY from each pot and note the color symbol on each pot (C).
- Exit the close-up of the post and look at the small cupboard (D).
- Use the rose to collect 16 of 33 PETAL (E).
- Take the fertilizer instructions (F).
- Exit the cupboard and look at the manhole (G).
- Using the color codes from the pots or your diary, place the keys in the corresponding keyhole (H).
- The circle KEY goes in the blue area, the triangle KEY goes in the green, the pentagon KEY goes in the purple, the square KEY with the red, and the hexagon goes in the yellow area (I).
- The object is to turn all the keys in order.
- Find the first key that stays unlocked, then the second key, continuing until all the keys are turned.
- Should you choose incorrectly, the keys will lock and you must start over.
- Turn the keys in numerical order.
- Enter the manhole.
- Use the rose to collect 17 of 33 PETAL (J).
- Take the TORCH (K).
- Walk forward down the tunnel (L).
- Place the TORCH into the wall holder (M).
- Use the MATCHES to light the torch (N).
- Use the rose to collect the 18 of 33 PETAL (O).
- Take the PICK (P).
- Take the LADDER (Q).
- Use the FAUCET on the barrel (R).
- Look at the close-up of the barrel front and click on the faucet handle (S).
- Select the area to the right of the barrel for a Hidden Object Scene (T).
- Locate all the items on the list.
- This will trigger a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to build the device shown in the drawing (U).

- Place the pieces (1-6) in numerical order onto the base (V).
- The DRILL will automatically go into your inventory.

- The object of this mini-game is to find the end of the maze using the instructions on the plaque (F).
- The starting point is marked in chalk (G).
- Per the directions on the plaque, take the CHALK and mark 3 spaces below the starting point (1, H).
- The next direction is 4 to the right (2).
- Continue with the remaining steps (3-7).
- Use the PICK on the circled brick (I).
- Take the KEY from inside the brick (J).
- Walk down twice to return to the greenhouse.
- Use the LADDER on the balcony (K).

Chapter 3: The Castle
- After the fire cut-scene, walk down once.
- Take the SWAB (A).
- Look at the close-up of the lion statue (B).
- Take the SKULL KEY (C).
- Walk down 4 times to return to the courtyard.
- Scroll to the left.
- Look at the bird statue on the roof of the castle (D).
- Note the crypt gate on the left (E).
- Select the area of the smashed statue for a Hidden Object Scene (F).
- Locate all the items on the list.
- This will trigger a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to build the device shown in the drawing (G).
- Some pieces will need to be placed before others.
- Place the pieces (1-6) in numerical order onto the base (H).
- The FIRE EXTINGUISHER will automatically go into your inventory.
- Walk to the crypt gate.

- Take the GLOVE from the settee (T).
- Look at the close-up of the painting and take the PIECE of PICTURE (U).
- Walk up the stairs.

- Use the glove on the glass shard to get the GLOVE with GLASS (W).
- Walk down.
- Look at the planter at the bottom of the stairs (A).

- The object of this mini-game is to rotate the tiles to form a design.
- There are four buttons to rotate the tiles (F-I).
- Clicking on the left side of the button will rotate the 4 surrounding tiles to the left.
- Clicking on the right side of the button will rotate the 4 surrounding tiles to the right.
- Make the following moves: H-Lx1, G-Lx1, I-Lx1, H-Lx1, F-Lx2, G-Lx2, F-Lx1, G-Lx1, H-Lx1, G-Lx1, I-Rx2, H-Lx1, I-Lx2, H-Rx1, I-Lx1, G-Rx1, 1-Rx2, G-Lx1, I-Lx1.
- Place the KEY ROSE in the indentation (J).

- You will earn the CHESS PIECES.
- Open the cupboard on the left.
- Look inside for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the items on the list.
- This will trigger a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to build the device shown in the drawing (O).
- Some pieces will need to be placed before others.
- Place the pieces (1-7) in numerical order onto the base (P).
- The CHEMISTRY SET will automatically go into your inventory.
- Enter the right alcove.
- Use the rose to collect the 24 of 33 PETAL (Q).
- Look at the close-up of the clock (R).
- Take the CHIP (S).
- Note the lion picture (T).
- Look at the board for a mini-game (U).
- Use the CHIPS on the board to trigger the mini-game (V).
- The object of this memory match mini-game is to find all the matching pairs.
- Click on 2 tiles to view the symbols beneath.
- Should the tiles match, they will stay turned over.
- This mini-game is randomized- your arrangement of tiles may vary.
- Find all the matching pairs.
- Take the CLOCK HANDS (W).
- Refer to your diary for the clock clue picked up earlier (A).
- Look at the close-up of the clock (B).
- Place the CLOCK HANDS on the clock (C).
- Drag the minute hand around to set the clock to 07:45 (D).
- Click on the lion painting to open the safe (E).
- Take the PART of the PAGE (F).
- Walk down to exit the alcove.
- Look at the book on the table (G).
- Place the PART of the PAGE in the book (H).
- Take the page of instructions (I).
- Take the 2 CHESS PIECES and the BOOK (J).
- Look at the portrait on the back wall (K).
- Use the 2 CHESS PIECES on the niches to uncover a mini-game (L).
- You will need more information, so exit the close-up.
- Walk down to the next room and look at the chess board on the table for a mini-game.
- Use the CHESS PIECES on the board to trigger the mini-game (Q).
- The object of this mini-game is to place the chess pieces in the correct position.
- Place the pieces so that both a column and row button lights up (R).
- If you place a piece in a column and the button lights you are on the right track.
- Move the piece down the column until you find the row that lights.
- After you have found the locations for all 6 pieces, the code will go into your diary (S).
- Enter the door on the right, then select the mini-game under the portrait.
- Take the MUSIC PAPER (T).
- Refer to the code from the chess mini-game in your diary (U).
- Use the up and down arrows to enter the code (V).
- Take the AMETHYST CRYSTAL (W).
- Walk down 5 times to return to the greenhouse.
- Select the small right cupboard for a mini-game.

- Balance the weights on the scale: 6-5-1 on the left and 7-2-3 on the right (5).

- You will earn the NOTES.

- Use the TREBLE CLEF on the paper (P).
- Use the NOTES on the paper (Q).
- Exit the close-up of the organ and look at the left alcove.
- Take the CARNELIAN CRYSTAL (R).

- Select the puppet stage (J).
- Place the TOY SWORD into the hand of the hero (K).
- After the battle, take the 2 of 15 CARD (L).
- Select the painting on the right for a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to piece together the painting pieces like a jigsaw.
- Click and drag a piece into position- it will light when correctly placed.
- Take the 3 of 15 CARDS from the painting (M).
- Select the toys on the right for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the items on the list.
- You will earn the 4-15 of the 15 CARDS.
- Look at the masks on the left table.
- Use the 15 CARDS on the box to activate the mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to place the cards on the correct side of the box.
- The right side holds the 'sad/evil' depictions, while the left side has the 'happy/good' depictions.
- Place the cards with 'sad/evil' depictions into the left bin (N).
- Place the cards with 'happy/good' depictions into the right bin (O).
- Note- the cards are placed into sad and happy groups to show which cards belong on each side- you must place them into the bins.
- Take the BOOK (P).
- Walk down to exit the room, then enter the second door on the right.
- Look at the pipe organ.
- Place the PHONOGRAPH onto the organ (Q).
- Use the MIRROR on the sheet music (R).
- The PHONOGRAPH with MELODY will go automatically into your inventory.
- Exit the music room and enter the first door on the right.
- Walk through the right door into the library and select the center bookcase on the left for a mini-game.
- Place the 2 BOOKS on the shelf to activate the mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to arrange the books so that the numbers on the 4 books surrounding a number on the shelf equal that number (S).
- Click on 2 books to swap positions.
- The shelf number will glow when the 4 books are correct.
- The top row of books is: 12-10-1-7-5-4.
- The bottom row of books is: 11-9-2-8-6-3.
- Take the BOOK of 13 INVOCATIONS (T).
- Walk down twice to return to the main hall.
- Select the center of the floor for a mini-game.
- Refer to your diary for the numbers and placement of each item.
- Click on each of the 5 rings until they lock into place (U).
- Place the FIRE FLOWER at the 1st position (1).
- Place the CUP at the 2nd position, then add the OLD TREE BARK (2).

Chapter 4: Through the Portal

- Take the ROPE (E).
- Look at the floor and take the RED EYE (F).
- Look at the left door to learn you need a key (G).
- Look at the middle door to also learn you need a key (H).
- Take note of the 3rd door (I).
- Select the suit of armor for a Hidden Object Scene (J).
- Locate all the stars.
- You will earn the STARS.
- Walk down to return to the workshop.
- Look at the close-up of the raven (K).

- The object of this mini-game is to match the shield and weapons to the helmet.
- Each helmet has a specific marking- swap the pieces so that all in a row match the helmet.
- Click on 2 adjacent pieces to swap position.
- The helmets will glow orange when correct then reveal a clue for another mini-game.
- Select the helmet on the right wall.
- Refer to the clue in your diary (A).
- Press the buttons in numerical order (1-6).
- You will see a flash of light after each pair of buttons when correct.
- Take the ROYAL COIN (B).
- Look at the table for a mini-game.
- The object of this mini-game is to move the shields to the matching chair.
- Click on a shield to move it to the adjacent empty position.

Chapter 5: The Second Tower

- Open and enter the wood door (D).
- Take the KEY from the beast (E).
- Look in the mirror (F).
- Exit the room then go down the steps.
- Use the rose to collect the 33 of 33 PETAL (G).
- Look at the close-up under the rose and take the HAMMER (H).
- Take the SUN MEDALLION (I).
- Look at the lock on the door and use the KEY (J).
- Enter the room.
- Look at the right window (K).
- Use the HAMMER 3 times to break the window (L).
- Take the KEY with RIBBON (M).
- Note the embroidery on the table (N).
- Look at the lock on the chest (O).

- Select the chest for a Hidden Object Scene.
- Locate all the thread.
- You will earn the THREADS.
- Select the embroidery on the table for a mini-game.

- Click on a spool of thread to load the needle.
- Look at the symbol in the center of the spools (yellow).
- Find the matching symbol on the fabric and click when the tip of the needle is on the symbol (R).
- When you have stitched all of one symbol, click on another spool to continue.
- Note- the game will not let you make a mistake.
- Take the EMBROIDERY (S).
- Look at the close-up of the wall sconce (T).
- Use the EMBROIDERY on the wall scone (U).
- Look at the wall by the bed (V).
- Press the rose in the painting for a mini-game (W).
- Place the STARS on the blue area to activate the mini-game (A).
- Drag each star to the matching spot in the blue area (B).
- You will hear a note when the star is placed correctly.
- Take the CRESCENT MEDALLION (C).
- Exit the room, then go up the stairs twice to the beast's room.
- Look at the base of the circle on the right with the crystal vines.
- Take the instructions on the left (D).
- Place the CRESCENT MEDALLION in the indentation on the left (E).
- Place the SUN MEDALLION in the indentation on the right (F).
- Take the ELEMENT STONES (G).
- Enter the mirror (H).
- Note the spiral on the floor (I).
- Use the ELEMENT STONES on the wall carving for a mini-game (J).
- The object of this mini-game is to move the discs in the center so they are next to the correct element.
- Click on symbol then the adjacent empty hole to move.
- Air is the upper element- move the butterfly and the eagle to this quadrant (K).
- Fire is the right element- move the sun and the campfire to this quadrant (L).
- Earth is the bottom element- move the flower and the paw print to this quadrant (M).
- Water is the left element- move the rain and the fish to this quadrant (N).
- Enter the stairs in the floor.
- Use the SPIRIT SWORD on the black crystal (O).
- Take the CORPOREAL SWORD (P).
- Walk down twice to return to the beast's room.
- Click on the remains of the crystal vines to remove the vile substance (Q).
- Place the CORPOREAL SWORD in the center of the stone circle (R).
- After the witch breaks the mirror, use the rose to wake the princess (S).
