There's just something about Christmas Wonderland that rings in the holidays, it's like putting on your favorite boots and sweater. There's just something about Christmas Wonderland that rings in the holidays, it's like putting on your favorite boots and sweater. It's the same scenes, the same un-aging family members and the same features, but Christmas isn't Christmas until Christmas Wonderland arrives. I have played this game for the last 10 years and I don't even bother with the demo, I know every inch of the game but that's okay, I'm still going to play it. There's just a certain nostalgic charm that you just can't help but fall in love with.

You can play in Casual or Challenge mode, as well as an Extreme mode that is a Timed Mode requiring you to find all Golden Angels and Lost & Found items. Each Hidden Object scene has about 29 Listed Items to find, items in Red are hidden in or behind something and items in Blue require a task such as dragging carrots to feed Rudolph, and there are usually two Zoom Zone Areas in each scene. You will earn a Bronze Star if you complete the HO scene, a Silver Star if you complete the HO scene and find all Golden Angels OR all Lost & Found Items, and a Gold Star for completing the HO scene and finding all Angels and Lost and Found Items.

There are 18 Achievements to earn and a total of 50 Golden Angels to find that aren't on the list and once all angels have been located in a scene, the doors will close on the Angel Icon. There are a total of 108 Lost and Found Items that are shown one at a time as Silhouetted Shapes inside a Snowglobe, when all lost and found items have been found within the scene, Santa's Sleigh will appear within the Snowglobe. The Lost and Found Items are stored in a Scrapbook and there are 16 Photo-op Icons that allows you to take a picture of that scene for your Photo Album. The Points earned for completing each scene and mini-game are used to purchase 16 Christmas Presents that are kept in a Display Cae at the top of the screen.

After each Hidden Object Scene, you'll solve a simplistic mini-game or puzzle such as Rotating Square Puzzle Tiles, Jigsaw Puzzles, Word Search, Matching Pairs or Spot the Difference.

Collector's Edition Extra's
The CE Bonus Levels have been incorporated into the main game scenes and have Rosette Ribbons to identify them. You will board the SS Wonderland Princess Train heading to the North Pole to visit Jolly ole Saint Nick. There are 24 Wallpapers, 20 downloadable Music Soundtracks, and 48 Replayable Mini-Games and Puzzles.

The 10th in this series will not disappoint you. I bought it before I even played it. The graphics are wonderful.New this year instead of trash you have to find angels, and now you can take a picture for your album. I'm not done yet, but so far this is the best one in this series so far. Great family fun.

Just the worst. bad graphics, bad story, junkpile scenes, over the top everything.

And I adore every single minute of this game every year. I literally schedule a Saturday afternoon in December, clear my schedule and chores and just chill out and get my Christmas on while playing this.

Every year I look forward to the Christmas game offerings on Big Fish and the Christmas Wonderland Series is one of my favorites.

Hidden object games have evolved over the years to not just being hidden object games but adventure games as well with rich story lines, and lots of puzzles that require thought and logic to get thru. I enjoy those as well but this is what I would call an "old ...Show more

Every year I look forward to the Christmas game offerings on Big Fish and the Christmas Wonderland Series is one of my favorites.

Hidden object games have evolved over the years to not just being hidden object games but adventure games as well with rich story lines, and lots of puzzles that require thought and logic to get thru. I enjoy those as well but this is what I would call an "old school" hidden object game.

In many ways it reminds me of 2 of my all time favorite games and they were Mystery Legends, Sleepy Hollow and Mystery Case Files Huntsville.

Basically you have a hidden object scene with a list at the bottom, a few of them require you to interact with the scene, such as putting a hat on a person or finding something out of someones backpack to give them. Some of those can be tricky but you easily get the hang of them. Once you complete the scene there is a puzzle afterwards. Nothing crazy or hard but something simple. Examples would be to rotate squares to complete an image, memory match, word search, jigsaw, and spot the differences, which I think are the hardest.

You also find collectible golden angles in each scene, as well as lost and found items that are located in a globe on the lower left hand corner, and some of the scenes you can take a photo for your scrap book.

You earn coins for each level and mini game that you complete and you can use them to buy items in the shop as Christmas gifts. (This feature is really useless as you do not do anything with them)

This year they made Christmas Wonderland 10 a collector's edition. At first I was not really thrilled about that idea but after playing it completely though I do believe it is well worth the money.

First off, there are several extra scenes incorporated into the game that you play on your journey as opposed to being separated in a bonus chapter so it does not disrupt the flow of the game. 2nd, you can replay several of the hidden object scenes, I have not looked at all of them yet, but the puzzles section after you complete the game was amazing. There were several puzzles to play that were not in the main game. Some of them were from past years of Christmas Wonderland and it was nice to add them in here to have more puzzles to play after you finish. There were jigsaws, flip-saws, matching, word finds, follow the ropes, rotating squares and more.

You also get a ton of wallpapers and some of the scenes again are from past years, and a music soundtrack that you can change to whatever you like, ( i do not know if the soundtracks are downloadable however).

This is my favorite game of the Christmas Season and Christmas Wonderland 10 does not disappoint and was well worth for me. Show less

The graphics are cleaned and polished - not a fuzzy one to be found. All the search scenes are new and bright. There are some new mini games and some new takes on old ones. The CA Devs haven't gotten complacent with any of their offerings and though they might seem simple, they are such wholesome, clean fun that our family looks forward to playing.

I remain very grateful to this developer for their commitment to keeping it clean and interesting and giving my family something to look forward to doing together during this time of year. The kids even want to help decorate and shop! Show less
