Diana and Max are going to have to hoof it on 6 legs, to find help, one Mosaic at a time!

One of my favorite features in Rainbow Mosaics is that you can choose from 10 different tile sets, my personal favorite is the Lego style and the newer round tiles. You can also choose to play in Expert mode which only crosses off the numbers once the entire row or column has been correctly filled in, AND the power-ups are disabled. There are 120 levels, and as you play each level, they will be available in the Free-play section. As you correctly fill in squares, you will earn coins that can be used to decorate the Trophy Room or purchase upgrades for the Power-ups which are hint forms that will increase in the size of coverage with each upgrade.

The Eye Power-up will reveal the status of a random tile, the Hammer Power-up will allow you to choose which tile to reveal, and the Grid Power-up opens up a chosen area, all of which will not result in a penalty. Each time you upgrade a power-up, it increases the number of tiles it affects, and each power-up will show an example of it's current coverage.

For those of you who have never played this type of game before, don't let it intimidate you. When I first started playing games I passed them by because they looked so complicated but they really aren't, and they are extremely addicting. This is one of the few Mosaic games that can compete with the FM series, and in fact may just be a tad bit more entertaining, enjoy!

Rainbow Mosaics is just the best!! Why, you ask? I'll tell you. I love the more dimensional ones, but they are all wonderful and the colors are bright and easy to see. Now -the puzzles themselves. Don't be fooled. The first few levels are pretty easy, but, be advised! They don't stay that easy! You are eased into the more difficult puzzles gradually and that is a great feature if someone is trying a game like this for the first time. When you work a puzzle, you get points/coins. Why do you need coins? There is a fun little store where you can buy all kinds of stuff for your forest cabin! I love that part of the Rainbow games - buying stuff! There is actually a use for the points/coins you accrue. There are also power-ups you can use to open a random square, open a selected square, or open a small section of tiles, and you can buy upgrades for them, too! Another thing I like - you make money fairly quickly so you aren't playing half the game before you get to go to the store. If you have never tried a mosaic, nonogram, griddler game, start with this one. You not only won't be disappointed, you'll be hooked! The great thing about being hooked - there are oodles and oodles of games like this on Big Fish, but, Rainbow is, in my opinion, one of the very, very best! Show less

Since my goal is to finish the puzzle with no hints and no mistakes, I like the ability to start the puzzle over again without having to back all the way out. The menu in each puzzle has a restart button. The pictures are identifiable and labeled, and the colors are distinct. With 120 levels, the game takes a while to complete. Truly amazing. The mosaic's pictures are rather unique and extremely well done. This little treasure also has the trophies to collect, which makes it quite interesting. I recommend this game and give it a try. Story is great and the music is fine and I am loving it...

Bought this game sight unseen and played over 40 levels when I realized how amazing the mosaics were. So I stopped to write this review.

In the same 20x15 squares used by most of this type, Awigor has created the most unusual and entertaining mosaics. They are truly inventive and so colorful.

I recommend this game!

This is a wonderful mosaic game. Colors are bright and offers a variety of styles. I like the penguins too, but can finish them up pretty quickly. This one, however, seems to go on and on! Yay! Multi color wheel and hints available with no penalty. Very lovely, relaxing game with an incredibly beautiful soundtrack. Highly recommend.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is a lot of the pictures really don't look much like what the caption says it is. There were some I could not make out no matter how I looked at them. So almost as good as Fantasy Mosaics but not quite.

.... because one relates to the powerups one has to buy. They will help to fill the randomly, not coverable by logic, empty spaces. The game is NOT AT ALL related to your intelligence and skills (like fantasy mosaics does most of the times).
But because I bought it with a credit and like the pet dog I'll play it anyway and try to keep up my mind on this new challenge

Some of them have the same sound tracks but I love them and am so glad to hear them again. The one tune almost makes me cry, it is so beautiful. It makes playing the game so pleasurable when the music lifts your mood so much. I think the mosaics are well done and challenging enough without being too difficult. And while there is the odd game that needs you to use a hint to guess the ending last couple squares, on the whole, it is logic based. The colours are bright and cheery and I really do like the artwork and that each game really reflects the theme chosen with the layout of the board and things you can purchase. I bought a number of these games years ago and am going through them again, one by one. I am playing The Forest Guardian right now again, and like the art work very much. Although it is an older game, I wanted to comment on how much I am enjoying playing it and the other ones they created. Show less

I have done all of the previous Rainbow Mosaics. This one was not as good. There were a lot of things wrong. The pictures weren't as good, translations were poor, storyline wasn't that good. I enjoyed the others enough to complete multiple times. I don't have any desire to do this one twice. I did the first few mosaics under the trial. I was disappointed. I enjoyed the others enough to complete multiple times. I don't have any desire to do this one twice. I did the first few mosaics under the trial. I was disappointed. I then thought that easy mosaics were first to attract beginners. I should have followed my instincts and passed on this one. I had the feeling that this was a rush job, new designers or apathy. If I had done this one first there is little chance I would have done others of this series. Show less
