Enjoyed as a Strategic Logic Puzzle, It's a Great Game

I've played many variations on the "Pipe Puzzle" over the years and this is my favorite yet in terms of game play. I don't use sound, I ignore the cartoon simplicity of the cut scenes, and haven't a clue how they do the scoring (not yet, anyway). I've played many variations on the "Pipe Puzzle" over the years and this is my favorite yet in terms of game play. I don't use sound, I ignore the cartoon simplicity of the cut scenes, and haven't a clue how they do the scoring (not yet, anyway). I just take my time, relax, and use my brain to achieve the best solutions. It's such a smart puzzle I wish it were packaged as such. One is warned that time is running out, yet it never does, I never hurry, just move along at a nice pace and in time, perhaps, I'll figure out the mystery as to why I'm getting one star on almost every level YET I'm being awarded all sorts of trophies for using large amounts of piping, and am earning a ton of money for the upgrades in the game's store. I have to assume that the time, although no clock is present is what affects the score. I know I'll play it again, as there is never just one solution, so as I earn the gold coins, I am buying the 'slow downs' that on a second play through I can find out the scoring process. I've loved many a game with mysterious scoring behind the scenes, so who cares, this is a GREAT pipe puzzle! Having a ball, and if you agree with my review at all, you may too. Show less

it starts out easy and then gets hard, but still fun

well worth downloading

This game is so fun. I really hope they come out with more of them. Its easy to do and takes time on each level to finish so its not a fast run through game that ends in seconds. I recommend it for anyone who whats to pass the time.

What an amusing little game this is, requiring you to repair the plumbing with the available pipes that show up on the conveyor belt, by clicking and dragging the different shaped connectors, which can also be rotated before placing. Looks like we have an angry beaver in the backyard, and he's seeking revenge on any and every water pipe he can sink his teeth into! What an amusing little game this is, requiring you to repair the plumbing with the available pipes that show up on the conveyor belt, by clicking and dragging the different shaped connectors, which can also be rotated before placing. Several coins are located in random places, which can only be collected when a pipe is placed onto the coins, so you may have to configure the pipes to do a detour in order to get the coins. The coins can be used in the shop to purchase upgrades that can help you by slowing down the conveyor belt, reduce the flow of water, increase the amount of coins, increase the maximum number of "lucky" pipes and even reduce the time it takes to recycle the pipes you trash. If you have to throw a pipe away that cannot be used at the moment, you will have to wait 6 seconds before the recycling bin returns. You can earn up to 3 stars per level, but it's not as easy as it sounds because the more you progress, the less likely you are to get the simple connectors such as elbows, straight pipes and end caps, and then you start to run into clogged pipes which can throw a wrench into all your plans! There are 18 trophies or achievements to earn as well, enjoy! Show less

The storyline in this cute little pipe connecting game is quite cute and I think one everybody will enjoy. Still, this game lacks a lot to make me give it more stars.

The graphics are great. The music is bright, cheerful, even playful. I really enjoyed it. No voice overs so expect to do some reading.

I was very disappointed when the tutorial stopped after only 2 "hints" because there was a LOT I didn't know about this game. For instance, why are some pipe connections gold? Where is the store? OoooHHHhhhhh! Yeah. I get it! Finally!

There isn't a timer, which is good for me - lol - but you do lose "gold stars" when you finish the level for not completing it before the water turned on. Although, you can still work on the pipes WHILE the water is running. I thought that was great for those who like the game but don't want the stress of trying to beat a timer.

Because of the lack of tutorial or "hint" capability, I would NOT recommend this for beginners. As an intermediate, I had some problems until I figured things out. Experts in this genre of gaming will probably love it.

For all the reasons listed and more, this will not be a purchase for me. I, do, however, recommend it for experts and suggest those less experienced to try the demo.

I do not find this game in the least bit fun, and I have enjoyed pipe laying games in the past. It starts out with an easy tutorial level, then level 2 they double the degree of difficulty. Level three the degree of difficulty is cubed. There are hardly ever any pipes that fit where you want to go without bits sticking out in strange places. Nice to see the plumber depicted as a female, but I'm pretty sure she'd have to tie back those cascading blonde ringlets before going to work, and does she really need to be quite so - well, pneumatic? Show less
