Victor and Olivia have arrived to their vacation destination only to find it in shambles. The people have long forgotten their gods and the altars, statues and pillars built to honor them have crumbled. Out of respect, Victor and Olivia have ordered the repairs and cleanup of this once pristine island beach. Without warning, a portal sucks the Princess into oblivion leaving Victor no choice but to beg the gods to save his beloved. The problem is finding the god who built the portal, Aphrodite didn't build it, she thinks Poseidon built it, Poseidon didn't build it, he thinks Zeus built it, eventually, I'm sure this legendary Weather Lord hero will find the right god and save Princess Olivia.

This edition of Weather Lord is the best one yet, there's a ton of things to do in each and every level. This Time Management series is different than most because you need the elements of weather to achieve your goals. You will need the Sun to dry up puddles and help the Coral Forest grow to produce wood needed for construction and repairs. The Ocean Waves are used to wash debris to the shoreline and bring fish for food into the Fisherman's hut and even ancient artifacts towards the Archaeologist's Tent for income. Wind is used to chase away the clouds and Rain is used to grow crops for food. Rainbows are used to open gate portals and help out the Fairies in peril. These additional tasks can make it a little more difficult to finish the levels within the Expert time frame, however, but I love this feature.

The gods will occasionally present you with an Artifact that you can use to control the weather, beginning with a Staff that speeds up the recharging time of the elements, eventually you will receive 11 different artifacts, but only three can be used at a time. Each level has Bonus Icons available that temporarily give you an extra worker or extra resources, can freeze time or make the existing workers faster. The icons must recharge before being used again, and you will need to use all available bonuses to achieve expert status and receive a Gold Medal. There is a star meter located at the top which shows Gold, Silver or Bronze time status. You can play the game in a Relaxed untimed mode or Normal, and there are 28 Awards to earn as well. Some levels have a hidden Jigsaw Puzzle piece, for a total of 32 which allows you to assemble a puzzle when all pieces have been found.

This is an excellent Time Management game with a good storyline and fairly decent graphics. Although this game has the typical TM tasks, collecting resources, gathering food, repairing bridges and buildings, it also has unique features using the elements of weather, helping Fairies and finding missing grandchildren. I'm a big fan of Weather Lord and have enjoyed each one of them so far. What's fun about this one is that while it is much the same, with sun, wind and whatever totems, the buildings are different, and the bonuses are too. It is so much fun to me to be in familiar territory without it being boring.

The storyline is familiar too, as yet another princess disappears. (I do start to wonder about the Royal Lineage if they are all at that much risk - or maybe their heroes are 'just that good".).

The music is fine, they make some noises they really don't need to, and the graphics are good too. I'm not entirely sure about the level of challenge because I always play on untimed to start with while I get used to the interface, but so far it seems like there is a fair amount to do and that is the reason for the four stars.

If you are Weather Lord fan too, than you should like this as much as the others. Enjoy! I know I am! Show less

I think in the ten years or so that I've subscribed to Big Fish I've written two or three reviews but this game is worth it. I like to play on relaxed and just follow the story line. This game is fun and relaxing and really long.

I recommend this game!

That was missing in the last episode. I still liked Weather Lord Hidden Realm the best. It had the best graphics and story line. The last two episodes have similar story lines and the same graphics. There were enough new things in this episode to make it interesting but overall it's about the same as the last two. I'd say this episode was the easiest to get gold and achievements of all the Weather Lord series. I played through to collect all the artifacts then I went back for gold. I recommend this game for Weather Lord fans. Anyone else might not enjoy it. As always, try before you buy. Show less

I absolutely love this series...and I don't regret buying one of them !!!

This Weather Lord series have given me a ton of entertainment and I've had a great relaxing time with most of them.

The story-line is easy to follow...and poor Victor gets into some awful scuffles along the way trying to save poor Olivia after she got sucked into a naughty Demon's portal.

The music is good....I didn't find it in the least bit annoying. The Graphics are superb...the artists did a fantastic job on this one...everything is easy to see and click on when doing the required tasks. There are a few tricky areas but still fun to do with no frustration attached...LOL

I don't think you'll regret buying this one...I know I didn't !!! I just hope they'll bring out more like this...Have fun all !!! Show less

Great graphics, great storyline, great replay.

You will need to play a level one time, in most cases, to figure out what you need to do. I like the replay value of that.

Gold is attainable on all levels. A lot of bonus levels as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Love tm games, got through this one left me wanting more, and looking for more levels.
Bring on the next but make it longer like 120 levels and extra.
Not real hard had to think on a few levels, but I won't wreck the fun in figuring it out yours selves.
So more tm games bf already finished gnomes and next stop
