An entertaining, strategic M3 with a unique style

Don't be fooled by the cutesy, kiddie, cartoony opening. This will not be an easy game, particularly if you want 3 stars. However, it is very entertaining and may require some strategic planning and rethinking.

This is a swap M3, with a unique feature: the tiles (referred to as buttons) are double-sided and can be flipped to reveal a different image. The levels are untimed, but there are limited moves, goals to complete and 3 stars to achieve. To get 3 stars, complete the level in as few moves as possible. A great feature here is that you do not lose a move if flipping tiles.

During the demo there were coloured tiles that needed to be cleared, sometimes twice, on-board bomb bonuses, a special hammer bonus that needed to be activated and a pin obstacle. A pinned tile cannot be flipped. Later, the pins will also jump around. That was fun - I found it easy to lose track of other goals while chasing pins, lol!

You'll earn money to repair damaged buildings and there are additional achievements to meet.

Overall, lots to do and more to come. I'm looking forward to discovering what else the game has! Show less

This is now my favorite game! It's a match 3 games, yes, but you can click on the "buttons" and they will change colors. It's challenging to get the 3 stars. I play it everyday! It's my kind of game. I get tired of the same old match 3. This is different and I enjoy it!

Great to play a twist on the standard match 3 game. This game requires some thinking and strategy, but is certainly not undoable. For me it was the perfect amount of challenge and I consider myself an intermediate player. I don't care much for a storyline in a match3 game, so I didn't let the poor storyline influence my rating. Enjoy!

I love this game & can't stop playing. The levels start out easy, but they get much harder as you go. There are bonus levels if you collect all of the rewards. Great game for all ages!

Flipping over the buttons gives you a good strategy and some luck to your play. It won't count moves if you luck up while turning the button and it scores. Also clicking bombs and gold coins don't count as a move and it gives you decent cascades in the game for the fun value.

I think it is loaded with all the good things that make a match 3 fun. It has nice and colorful tokens, power ups, reward for bigger matches, variation on each level, coins and stars and a choice in mode to think or just go crazy matching.

There is no timer in either mode but a nice challenge in both to finish the board clearing background tiles and list of items. I had no problem on my large screen looking for the green background tiles especially if you flipped the buttons, but there is no rush to find it. I'm glad it's a nice calm color and they don't glare out at you giving eye strain.

There are all different types of match 3's. I think this game gives a good variation for the player who enjoys untimed and challenge. And this has a nice cute theme. So sick of the ancient places of Egypt and Rome, gloomy tiles, witches cauldrons and chopping wood and mining stones, uggh. I love the cartoons and pretty colors but got enough jewels and butterflies. This is pretty unique, buttons!! Show less

100 levels with 10 bonus levels unlocking after all achievements are won. Don't be fooled by the cartoonish look of this game. The regular mode is NOT a child's game. The developer recently updated the game so the relaxed mode is now enabled all the time, but it's a crying shame if you don't at least check out the regular mode because you'll be missing out on the truly unique spin on M3 gaming. All the pieces are 2 sided, and in regular mode you have to strategically flip the pieces with a single click to get your matches instead of doing the usual dragging to swap most of the time - there's a limited number of swaps given more as a "bailout" for when flips aren't producing moves. Interesting powerups that aren't the same old, same old, either.

The main drawback I found was that flipping pieces makes the levels very time consuming especially near the end of the game. Also, the brightly colored pieces seem to obscure the pale green tiles that need to be cleared, and it's difficult to differentiate the different sized bombs. Some of the other playing mechanics aren't obvious either. Check the game forum for tips. The storyline was terrible and it looks like the developer had planned to use voiceovers at some point but left them out for some reason?

If you don't mind taking your time going through the levels and having to think outside the everyday M3 box, much recommended! Show less

I enjoyed the game very much. Flippingover the tiles was a nice Idea. Graphics are cute - and aslo my Daughter loved it.
