This is not for you if you prefer a good challenge in a game, personally I welcomed this one as I wasn't in the mood for a challenge.

We have all the usual things to collect that most devs use, especially keys and the dreaded (by some) a replacement zip pull! The game play flowed easily, the voices ok and the music wasn't intrusive.

This is not for you if you prefer a good challenge in a game, personally I welcomed this one as I wasn't in the mood for a challenge.

We have all the usual things to collect that most devs use, especially keys and the dreaded (by some) a replacement zip pull! The game play flowed easily, the voices ok and the music wasn't intrusive.

Some of the characters were good and others cartoonish especially the nurse. In my opinion she appeared rather gormless, I certainly wouldn't want to go to her hospital for treatment.

Puzzles/Mini Game - not at all hard, although some were a bit time consuming.

HOS - Most were very interactive and there were some with just lists.

24 Achievements: 12 Skill Based and 12 Story Based.

Collectibles:
28 Flamblings which come in 4 different colours.
20 Morphing Objects - all different items to find from birds to mushrooms.

Luckily we have a pop-out box at the top left hand side of the screen that let's us know if we've collected them all.

There's also a Book in the achievements section which shows you what the morphs look like.

There was one that really frustrated me as I could see it morph but it took me 9 clicks before I hit the right spot as it blended into the background so well.

So if you want relaxing try this one. Show less

Finally a newer release that isn't the simple "find the object" game. Love the interaction HOP. I am ready, however, for more games like Mortimer Beckett. Does anyone do those anymore?

Decided to purchase because I very much liked the Demo's superior artwork, computer graphics and also greatly admire SUNWARD GAME TEAM'S previous work. PLAY ON!

This, my friends, is an EXCELLENT GAME! Writers have cleverly and intricately woven an old Norse myth tale together with a more modern era mining incident. BTW, Frozen Path has nothing to do with a man who freezes things with his eyes as it's only the beginning of, you got it, a path FROZEN in time. PLAY ON!

Wow! Fascinating computer graphics, imaginative characters, superb sound effects, loads of challenging puzzles and fun, interactive hidden objects where other big name devs are cutting back.

Zowie! A fantastic sound track ties in all the components that make this game pure genius. A GREAT GAME and one we haven't had ACTUALLY WITH a challenge for far too long!

Yikes! It's all there and more! Collectibles, Tricky morphing objects, 32 Mini-games, 14 Interactive hop's, 12 Videos, 18 Wallpapers, 12 Concept art, 10 Sound track is all there to play again, review, save and enjoy,

Of course! Will return and play again as I got all caught up in the exciting finale and completely missed the last Collectible and Trick morphing object.

Ah! Insulting to review this game as boring with all the above hard work and many awesome previous games. Enjoy! Show less

This story based on the old german gods is very interesting and strange. And the minigames are so nice as they often have features i haven't played yet. Also i do like collecting these little creatures made from light. And it is a long game too. A real discovery! I love the effort the developers put into this game!

First off, this Endless Fables game is a beautifully put together game. The graphics and sound are top notch and almost make the game worth playing just by themselves. However, these sit upon a whole slew of interesting puzzles, mini-games and collectibles so the game has real substance to go along with the pretty exterior. OVERVIEW: Where has Peter gone? While investigating Norse mythology in an abandoned mine, he has disappeared, simply vanished! Contacted by his wife, you are off to a Nordic country to take on not only this case, but also deal with a Nordic myth which may be behind the events. Someone is trying to put a “freeze” on your investigation along with everyone and everything else in the town. Who is behind Peter’s disappearance and why is he putting everyone into a deep freeze?

This game should appeal to all types of gamers, those interested in Nordic mythology, or those of Nordic descent! Skol! I LOVE this game and it was an automatic purchase for me. The story and graphics are not spectacular; however, they are decent. To me, what elevates this game from the abyss of mediocrity are the cleverly designed HOP scenes and puzzles. This developer has spent a great deal of time in the development of both. Twenty-one multi-colored, furry little “flamblings” make an encore appearance as the collectibles in this game plus possibly seven more in the bonus game. They are easy to locate. There are twenty morphing objects.

HOP SCENES: The HOP scenes are very interactive. Most of the scenes in the demo are lists of items; however, they require the player to search for items, interact with them, and in one scene, you must move and combine items to locate the listed item. One scene is a FROG.

PUZZLES: The puzzles are superb. There is a variety in both type and difficulty with some challenging ones as well. My favorite is a fiendish, multiple-step puzzle at the end of the demo in which the player must move tangram pieces into proper position on a grid. After that fete, then the player must move a token from the right to the left end of a maze-like grid, all while passing through gears which change the path of the maze.

HOP SCENES: You can play a matching game in lieu of the HOP scene.
A. Interaction scene. Interact with the scene until you locate an inventory item.
B. FROG. Locate pieces of a watch.
C. List of items – locate more than one of each item. Highly interactive
D. List of items.

PUZZLES: (1) Easy 2) Moderate difficulty (3) Difficult
A. Connection puzzle. Connect like-colored tokens without crossing lines. Rating: 2
B. Manual dexterity puzzle. Ready, aim, shoot a bunch of icicles on a roof with a sling shot. Rating: 1
C. Matching puzzle. Match up keys. Rating: 1
D. Sequence puzzle. Open all latches in the proper sequence. Clicking on one affects the others. Rating: 2
E. Matching puzzle. Open a cash register by following a given code. Rating: 1

PROS: The graphics and the gameplay was amazing. The best part was the music which was simply enticing. The HOGs were interactive and pretty awesome with different games and not just the usual "find the object by name".

CONS: The puzzles and minigames were way too easy. The main game along with the bonus game was wayyyyy tooo short.

I recommend this game!
