I thought this was an excellent storyline. I loved the CE and the SE doesn't need the extras to make it a worthy purchase.
Domini did a fine job with this adventure, giving us plenty of action and a dose of education with the Fact Disks. If you're a stickler about authenticity you'll appreciate that Domini did their homework with the locales. However, a few things were incorrect, such as cultural grammar and accents.
The graphics though drowning in purple again were still beautiful and creatively designed. I would have preferred more natural colors. truer to the locations of the research. I wish Domini would get rid of their crazy color palette, as they often ruin the beauty of the scenery. The characters were interesting. I thought the voices were fine, not the greatest, the leading female wasn't so good IMO.
The HOPs were very interactive, a good variety including storybook, which is a favorite. There were far more puzzles than HOPs plus Easy and Hard Mode. They didn't seem terribly difficult in Hard Mode so I stuck with that for a little extra challenge. I'm not a puzzle lover and always skip quite a few, the ones I played were fun.
I really enjoyed this game and think it will be fun for all ages. It's better than the other recent Hidden Expeditions. IMO. The King Arthur legend was a great choice for the storyline, as so many of us are familiar with this popular Medieval hero. Show less

Beautiful graphics and would be a good game but felt that movement and curser control were clumpy and not precise.

Not sure why another reviewer felt there were no instructions. I found plenty of help and hints. Probably a bit too easy. Graphics ok, but perhaps a bit unsophisticated.
