In a quiet backwoods there lives a young wolf family with six cubs. They spend a lot of time together, that's why, sometimes, young parents want to take a break from the children's bustle. And so it happened one day, when Wolf's wife asked him to put the cubs to sleep, while she could spare some time just for herself. But Wolf fell asleep together with children and when he woke up his wife and children disappeared. Wolf smelled a rat and went on their trail.

You can change colors just by clicking on the colored number above/beside the rows, and it really makes you think! The end pictures are quite nice and the game play is so much more challenging! I found myself having to concentrate to complete the puzzles without mistakes because of the "one board, all colors" aspect. Where you normally do one color, then the board changes, this one keeps you on the same board, and it really takes some getting used to if you are a fan of the Fantasy Mosaic series! If you like a challenge and nonogram puzzles, then you should really enjoy this one! Show less
I recommend this game!

I love nonograms just about any way they are offered. My favorites tend to be those like the Fantasy Mosaics - different colors add something nice to a puzzle. The puzzles in this game are the same old thing - you play the game exactly as you would any nonogram, but the colors are handled a bit differently. In Fantasy Mosaics, you complete one color, them move on to the next. In this game, you see at once where the colors are supposed to go and you get to reason out where each color should go in each row and column. The ONLY negative comment I might have is that the different colors - specifically the red and the brown, can be a bit tricky, as the brown can look rather reddish...so I recommend you finish each of these colors out once you get to them. I love the game, and, luckily, got it on sale today. If you like nonograms, get this one!! Show less

I do think the 'story' is silly. And I found the colors difficult to distinguish - such as the white and grey.
It is difficult, but you do catch on after awhile. Numbers get crossed off as you color the squares, but if you hover the mouse over them the 'X' will disappear. I do wish they had not done that.
You must try this before buy and persevere - don't try a couple of screens and give up. I suggest you do try the tutorial.
Basic rule of thumb....
Numbers of the same color will have 1 or more space between them.
Numbers of different colors may or may not have a space between them.
For the 10x10 grids, if the numbers add up to 10 just pit them in the grid!
You can right click to X out a square - just be careful.

This game uses 3 different colors for each grid, but handles the switching between colors differently than anything I've seen before. I found this new way pretty hard during the one hour demo, where the grids were only 10x10.
The grid has all the colors listed above the columns and beside the rows. All the tiles that must be turned are in the numbers, with the color of the number telling you which color you need to use. The rule that at least one blank tile must be between two numbers still applies, but only if the numbers next to each other are the same color. But if the next number is a different color, there may or may not be a blank tile between it and the previous tile.
Kind of hard to explain, but I found it a lot harder to figure out which tiles needed to be turned and which color needed to be used. As usual, if the numbers add up to the total number of tiles for that row/column, then it's a piece of cake. But you have to remember that numbers next to each other with different colors don't necessary have to have a blank tile in between.
In other multi-colored grids I've played, when you count the numbers you include a blank tile between the numbers. For instance, a row with the numbers 1-2-1-3 on a 10 tile row would fill up the row with 7 tiles turned and 3 blank. The same row of numbers in this game 1 red, 2 green, 1 white, 3 red would also mean that 7 tiles need to be turned, but you have no hint as to where the blank tiles fit, because numbers with different colors do not necessarily need a blank tile between them. Only if two numbers are the same color are you required to place one or more blank tiles between them. So given the same numbers but changing the colors would produce a different count; 1 red, 2 red, 1 white and 3 red means there are still 7 tiles to be turned and there is at least 1 blank tile between the two consecutive red numbers. That leaves 2 blank tiles that could be anywhere.
Takes some getting used to and some brain power to solve the grids, but this new challenge really makes the game fun. Show less

The music is nice ..... graphics could be a bit clearer on the game board --- a little sharper maybe ...... no voice overs.
This is the most challenging nanogram/mosaic/riddles/griddlers game I've ever played!
The gist is the same ..... using the numbers that are at the top/bottom/sides of the graph-type game board, fill in the blanks with either an 'x' (no color) or an indicated color. Earn up to 3 gold stars depending on how well you play the level. Sounds simple, huh? NO WAY! lol! Why???? You are using ALL the colors at the same time. Not all blue ... then all red ..... then all yellow, etc. But ALL the colors. And figuring out WHERE those colors go is NOT all that simple! Because you have NO CLUE where the empty ('x') boxes are!!!
I had the great fortune of playing this demo at another site and my notes simply say .... "Great!", "Challenging!", "5+ stars!". I just hoped and hoped that BFG would release it as well and .............. HERE IT IS!
Help papa wolf find his family while playing one of the best and innovative ways to play nanograms!
ENJOY! Show less

I particularly appreciated that there was really no guessing involved while still being quite challenging to complete with no mistakes!! I'm actually going through the levels for a second time to improve my scores. Great game to keep your mind active and yet still an enjoyable escape after a long day at work!! I hope there are more games like this one in the very near future.
