I've played a lot of Match 3 games over the years, but there's never been a Match 3 game like this one. There are 5 Chapters and each Chapter has 21 levels available in a Relaxed untimed mode or Normal timed mode where you can earn up to three gold stars. I've played a lot of Match 3 games over the years, but there's never been a Match 3 game like this one. There are 5 Chapters and each Chapter has 21 levels available in a Relaxed untimed mode or Normal timed mode where you can earn up to three gold stars. (the meter indicates each star status) The board for each level has several tiles or in this case "lockers" made up of several colors. You make matches of at least 3 lockers of identical colors by swapping them horizontally, vertically or in an L shape, which will cause the matched lockers to crumble and expose Fruit tiles. Now the fun begins, each level has goals that are shown at the top of the screen of specific numbers of each fruit that needs to be collected. As you match the fruit in the same manner as the lockers, the fruit falls off the board and the tiles above the matched fruit fall down to replace the empty matched fruit tiles. This can be helpful or hurtful because fruit tiles can be blocked by unbroken locker tiles, and you cannot move a fruit tile when trying to match a locker tile and vice versa.

You can earn Bonus Tools as you progress, listed below:
1) Fruit Bubbles: a bubble that is constantly changing fruit types, click to pop when the desired fruit appears.

2) Magic Key: this key allows you to unlock any locker tile even tiles covered in spider webs.

3) Hammer: the hammer allows you to eliminate any single tile of your choice.

4) Fruit Bomb: this bomb explodes when the fruit inside the bomb is included in a match.

5) Fruit Blaster: this blaster will drop all surrounding fruit identical to the fruit inside the blaster.

6) Web Broom: allows you to sweep the spider webs.

7) Bug Spray: this spray exterminates all spiders.

There is a Shuffle Icon that allows you to shuffle all the tiles without penalties, but the icon must recharge before it can be used again. Spiders appear in some of the levels and these pesky arachnids will cover tiles in spider webs rendering the tile useless unless you make a match next to the webbed tile, the spider will fall off the board if you make a match under him, but he usually has friends nearby to take his place. This really is a an unusual and highly addictive game, give it a try, enjoy! Show less

This is a great Match 3 game. The graphics are bright and cheerful. Matches can be made in an "L" shape as well as the traditional horizontal and vertical directions. This takes some getting used to, training your eye to recognize "L" patterns.

This is a great Match 3 game. The graphics are bright and cheerful. Matches can be made in an "L" shape as well as the traditional horizontal and vertical directions. This takes some getting used to, training your eye to recognize "L" patterns.

If you wait too long to make a match, the game will show you a suggested move. As the difficulty of the game progresses, you must meet quotas of matching particular kinds of fruit, removing special tiles, etc., all the while dealing with spiders that spin webs to stop you from making matches.

Powerups include a broom for removing spider webs, spider extinguisher spray, and keys to unlock tiles.

I played the demo under the casual mode, which is not timed. There are numerous chapters with each chapter having lots of grids to play. Three gold stars can be won for each grid and the grids can be replayed if, like me, you want to get the three gold stars.

Lots of fun and a definite buy for me. Show less

This is a nice looking game and the animations are pretty good. It holds my attention for about for 5 - 7 minutes at a time. Nice change to have two types of items to match (fruits and tiles). I find a few things a little irritating. One is that the puzzles don't really change from level to level. Next is that I appear to have some things to help break up tiles when I'm stuck, but I can't figure ...Show more

Next is that I appear to have some things to help break up tiles when I'm stuck, but I can't figure out what they do. I tried to use them, but they don't do anything and I can't find an explanation of what they are. Finally, there is little explanation of the goals. You have to break a certain number of specific types (matched fruits), but after that the level keeps going and there's no explanation of what I'm after. As soon as I find my next new game I'll forget this one and won't miss it much. Show less

Not sure what the other reviewers liked about this game. I love Match 3 games; however, this one seems like it came from the 90's. Graphics were not good, didn't try the sound so can't comment on that. The game wouldn't even open full screen, which was a huge turn-off. The one good thing I can say about the game is that it does have a "Relaxed" option which is always a plus.

I don't recommend this game.

At first glance/play, I thought "this is sorta fun, I remember the original which was rather addictive, a bit different, and good for a few minutes distraction at work". How I wish I could get my PCC back for this game. After over 2 stages #I don't know what else to call them - beyond the levels, which are forever, and then you finally complete one, and then enter another whaddya call it# they are all the same. The challenge is the same. Your tools are the same, which only serve to get rid of the webs of the silly spidery things, or the things themselves. There is no ability to do anything else. I constantly ran out of moves because the game play is so flawed that of course you run out of moves. And, hey, if you want me to collect 90 bananas, then put them on the game board!!!!! There is absolutely no story. Sorry, but this one is a stinker and avoid at all costs. Show less

On two levels I played on and on for several minutes after the game should have been over because I had matched all the required fruit but some hidden agenda kept it running until I lost two of the game stars for absolutely no reason (or one explained). Minus 2 stars. Then there were ‘other’ sorts of games like shoot the basketball. Ick. Minus 1 star. So in the final analysis, this is not an M3 game at all. It wasn’t any fun either. Show less

I remember when the original of this game came out many years ago,I was hooked on it.it had a classy tune and even the layout was a lot more up to date than this 'reborn' version.
The game itself is brilliant but all the other aspects in this version is terrible- the music,layout and graphics.
What a terrible waste for what could have been a great game.

I don't recommend this game.
