Imhotep has captured Mostaccio's friends and this cute little gnome needs help finding and freeing them! Imhotep has captured Mostaccio's friends and this cute little gnome needs help finding and freeing them! This game has some of the most entertaining features, crazy layouts, and entertaining Match 3 fun I've seen in a long time. You can play in Relaxed Mode which has no timer, or Timed Mode which offers a little more challenge as you race against the clock. There are Trophies to earn, Magical creatures to free, and a Magic City to build. The score will tally up your points and time as well as how many matches you made, the number of match 4's and 5's and cascades, how many gems you collected and how much mana you collected.

Match 4 items and you receive an Orb of Zapping bonus, Match 2 different items in the same move and receive an Orb of Pounding, Match 5 items to receive an Orb of Archery, Match 5 items in an L or T shape and receive an Orb of Marksmanship. There are the usual tasks of clearing all blue tiles, clearing obstacles such as chains or double chains, and dropping items off the board such as key fragments.

Some of the boards start out small and grow larger when matches are made near locks which open up hidden sections of the board. Once you find a magical creature, you must make matches of enough keys to unlock the prison. That freed creature repays you by allowing you to collect Mana which allows you to use Spells to help you achieve your goals.

The tiles are interesting too, when you match butterflies the flutter off the board, and black cats meow when you click on them. I really enjoyed playing this fairytale themed Match 3 game where each scene seems to offer something new and fresh. Give this one a try, to see if you have as much fun playing as I have, enjoy! I like match three games as ,for one thing and at least, time passers or stress relaxers. But this one goes beyond that in drawing me into a world of magic and fantasy without losing that element of relaxation. This one doesn't try to be cute and offers a straight and enticing fantasy world together with the pleasures of building in that world. I would say it is already almost my favorite of this sort of game , I will mention one other in 'current favorites' so as not to go outside the review guideline of not comparing games. I am sending this review in early , almost always play a game through first, in hopes of helping find the large number of you who would enjoy it! Show less

A great way to relax. You have rescue the magic creatures from the evil wizard. You earn tokens to build the village along with helping the creatures. Very relaxing game with no blood and gore . Nice for the whole family.

Wow! I don't usually go for match 3 games but I found this one just beautiful, the scenes for me are breathtaking! It is quite a challenge as the game goes on, I love every change in the little tiles, love it!!! The only thing I do not like is the repetitive music, I had to finally turn it off.....I wish Developers would choose music that is not so, as I put it, over and over and ...Show more

I don't usually buy match games because they are all so similar so this was a refreshing change....I don't pay attention to storylines and it was really easy to keep playing, only a little down time while buildings were being built which is the only thing I would rather not do-I don't like building villages/fish tanks etc. For me it's all about the puzzles and this one delivers!!

It took me a while to get to grips with the mechanics of the game, but once I understood how things worked, it is proving to be very enjoyable, and I purchased it after a short time of play.

Well, this is certainly a different kind of match 3, which I haven't encountered before. A nice change from the usual fare.

I am now at the stage in the game where it is becoming more difficult and a challenge to complete the boards on time, and I have to replay them. I recommend that you give this game a try, and you can judge for yourselves. You won't be disappointed, and I am more than happy to give it a 5 star rating. Show less

I am living in a fantasy world and can't stop playing. So addictive! My eyes are bloodshot. Beautiful graphics and different match 3 mechanics and great challenge. Wonderful game, bravo! Now if I can just get out of here and get back to the real world where laundry is waiting to folded.
