I like this series very much. It is nice to build something with the gold you collect, but what I like most about this game is that you not only need gold, but also achievements to buy the next building or upgrade. I also like the length of this games. Keep 'em coming!
I recommend this game!

The Inca tribe's settlement lay in ruins after an unwarranted attack by a rival tribe, yet their leader shows mercy and releases a young woman entangled in vines after the attack. She assures the Chief that she didn't agree with her tribe's decision to attack his people and that she was banned from ever returning to her tribe. She agrees to help him relocate the settlement to a safe haven well hidden from her tribe. The Chief is well aware that this may be a trap but decides to trust her, and together, they begin to rebuild the village.
This is the fifth game in this Match 3 Series by Magnussoft and I'm really beginning to dig them because they are very similar to my beloved Cradle of Rome series. I still think the graphics could be less cartoonish, but this is a style that Magnussoft uses in all of their games. There is an option to adjust the resolution, but once again, the game doesn't fit the entire screen and has two large black spaces on each side of the screen. There are three Cursor styles to choose from and you can choose between a Relaxed, Medium or Hard Mode of difficulty and there are 34 Achievements to earn as well.
The tutorial can be turned off, and I will admit that it basically explains nothing. You can earn up to 3 Stars per level, but it doesn't allow you to replay any of the levels after completing them. There is a Time Meter on the bottom right and a Star Meter on the bottom left, so what I recommend is that you keep an eye on the meters, and if it appears that you will lose a star, click on the Menu Icon to pause the game and then click "replay level" on the pop-up menu before completing the game. (if you want to earn all 3 Stars for a Perfect Score)
The Level Goals are usually the same for each level and are shown on the top left. The goal for most levels is to make matches on all of the colored tiles, some of which may take up to 3 matches to clear them. Other goals may require you to Collect specific Tiles such as Flowers or Shellfish. I found that you can buy structures faster if you make matches of the coins, so once I knew I was close to finishing my level goals, and I had time remaining, I'd start matching coins and then complete my level goals which will end the level.
Large Matches of 4 or more will give you a Pearl Bomb on the board (it looks like an olive to me?) of various strengths, according to the size of the match made. These bombs can be swapped with any tile, or double-clicked to detonate it. As you progress, Boosters are added to the left and right Icons that can be used at your discretion, once it has been charged by making matches of its icon tile, such as the Fish God which destroys an entire Row.
There are various Obstacles such as Arrows and Double Arrow tiles that require making matches of the same tile that is under them, and they don't necessarily need to be destroyed because sometimes they aren't blocking your goals. After completing a Level, you get to choose a Glowing Orb which hides coins or other resources. If you have earned enough Stars, Coins, and various Resources, you can purchase a new Structure and eventually rebuild the Inca Village.
One of the features I love about this game is how quickly it flows. The levels allow you to make fast, consecutive matches and after completing the level, it immediately rolls away to the Orb selection and then to the building portion, there's absolutely no Lag-time! Even the dialog from the characters is brief and can be skipped. All of the Match 3 games in this series have interesting stories and good Match 3 features. The game mechanics are flawless so they are enjoyable to play too!

I felt like I was back in familiar territory, when I commenced this game - like a continuation from Legend of Maya, as graphics, colours & characters much the same.
I enjoyed the storyline, & the speed of playing ie no lagging or waiting, & the chance to pick an "orb" to get more supplies etc, so that you can get on with building the community/town, although I never seem to gain any stone - maybe

This is a nice colourful game & great for just relaxing with a M3. I may even like this version a bit more then than L of Maya

At first I thought I had played this game, but then I recognized the power-ups from Legends of Egypt. It is a good game but I actually prefer their Legend of Rome. I also agree with Pennmon36 as I would love the see Cradle series return.

It had these wonderful little mini games that would pop up at random times. There was a hidden object where you had to find an exact amount of a particular item. There was also a type of solitaire card game. Another game was a mahjong game. It was a pretty good size mahjong game compared to other games that offer Mahjong as a bonus mini game.
The problem lie in the amount of help provided. Relax usually means you have an endless amount of time to find the answer or solution you are seeking as your next game move or puzzle action. The people that made this game must have thought is was react instead of relax. It showed me every tile set to match. It did so in such a quick manner that never allowed me a chance to find the tiles myself.
It did this though out the entire main match 3 game and all the mini games but none were as bad as when playing the mahjong mini game. For my taste any help is too much when it is on relax mode. Being that it is a fairly easy and straight forward game, there is no need for hand holding. I tried to ride it out thinking it will stop with the 'hints' but I became so frustrated that I uninstalled it 9 min. before the demo was over.
It could easily have become one of my favorite games in the match 3 genre if only it had let me play the game without all the in game help. Give it a try. Maybe it won't bug you as bad as it did me.

The gameplay is exactly the same as the previous Legends game only the names are changed to spare the developers blushes.
Surely, they could have enhanced the game somehow?
Try it for yourself. I do not recommend it.

I am quite upset that we are being offered the equivalent versions of 'cookie cutter' M3's one after the other. The only redeeming feature for me is the graphics in this one are quite lovely. Otherwise, you will get to choose blind your reward from this time, not cups or lotuses, but a statue with five arms if you complete the level perfectly.
It really is just too much to expect people to buy the SAME game basically over and over just with different tiles! If you don't have all the other games, you may enjoy it.
Its not a buy for me. Show less

This wasn't a bad game. It's the usual match 3 with a few extras thrown in. You get 3 difficulty levels to choose from, so that's a plus. The bonus items for the match 3 were decent. I did play to the end. Not sure I'd play again.

The extra games were few and far between in addition to being rather simplistic. The music was horrible - I felt like I was stuck in a 60's elevator. Some of the dialogue/quests didn't seem to follow the storyline, which was predictable. The game felt slow at the end, as you're just playing to upgrade buildings. It's difficult to figure out what needs upgrading unless you click each building. Seemed to be I always had plenty of everything except stone, which took forever to gather. Also, the control panel covered up some parts of the village, which was annoying. Lots of details which didn't seem to fit (why does the bread look like a croissant?)
Overall, good for wasting time, but not terribly exciting. Show less
