Finally something completely different! I am enjoying this game. Who would have thought you could make something different out of a jigsaw picture game? But it has a story line, medals, puzzle options, challenge and relaxed mode.
That's what we need, trying something different instead of the same type of game over and over with just a few items changed.
Good job!

I'm not a fan of jigsaws that are timed, show the photo that you are trying to make or small amounts of pieces. This is NOT that kind of game...you can play relaxed, you can chose if you want to see the photo and you can adjust the amount of pieces however I think 200+ was the highest it went. My only problem in the demo was trying to save it..alas I clicked on the icons on the top and managed to scroll through all sorts of background images, remove my work, go back to the main screen and lost all my work...this did not deter me-I will be buying this and seeing if I can figure out how to save it BEFORE putting half of it together. Now if only Puzz 3D would show up on this site- I would be a really happy camper Show less

This is my first review of any game. I loved Roads of Life and haven't found a jigsaw I liked since Patricias Quest for Sun.

I play that one over and over

I bought this one before the trial ended,finally have two that I love. It was mentioned that the pieces were a little dark and they are, still it didn't bother me that much, the finished picture was beautiful.

I have several jigsaw puzzle programs; and, this one is just as good. What I really like about it is the fact that with the solving of each puzzle, you actually get to follow a story line. It isn't just solving individual puzzles. I bought both this one and the 2nd one A Lost Story. I hope they come up with more of these. They are a refreshing change.

The biggest negative for me is that it only has 18 jigsaws however as you can vary the amount of pieces in the game it is like playing a different game even though it is the same picture. One thing that I have always yearned for in a game is if you had the facility to be able to sort out the border pieces as I always fill in my border first but that's just me but it is something that could be added in the future games?. Try the demo bearing in mind that this is an art themed game. Enjoy Show less

I didn't get a chance to try all the options, but did appreciate the ability to chose the number of pieces. There is a timed option if it isn't challenging enough for you. My main criticism is that the background (at least in the first puzzle) was too dark. However, when I discovered I could zoom in and out using the mouse wheel it did make things easier to see. I also liked the fact that you could leave the pieces anywhere on the screen. This made sorting quite easy. I suggest that if you enjoy doing jigsaws give this one a try. It is a definite buy for me. I have avoided jigsaw puzzles previously because most do not display the picture, even a small one, to allow you to have a "go by." This one affords a grid/picture. I love it! During the initial hour, I challenged myself and played a puzzle with the maximum number of pieces and had great fun! I recommend it for those who have been frustrated with other jigsaws, as I was previously..

I love Hidden Object Games, but my jam has always been Jigsaw Puzzles. I have been a puzzle geek since I was a kid when my Grandma gave me my first 500 piece jigsaw puzzle for my 8th birthday. I have assembled a lot of puzzles over the years, and eventually, I discovered virtual puzzles, but they were always missing something. They were never optimal, and they were never really as interesting as "the real thing" but then I discovered My Jigsaw Adventures Roads of Life. This isn't just a virtual puzzle game, it's a puzzle journey, an immersive experience, with beautifully illustrated artwork by Bogdan Antoci, synced with amazing music scores by Santiago Stok.

There are 18 Jigsaw Puzzles total and each puzzle can be customized with several options. You can play in a Timed or Relaxed Mode, choose the Puzzle Shape (Traditional-Mozaic-Arrow) and the Number of Pieces (28-60-112-170-220) The small size selection was the only reason I gave this game 4-stars instead of 5-stars, however, the second game in this series, My Puzzle Adventures: A Lost Story has puzzle sizes up to 1000 pieces and I did give that game 5 stars!

The options don't end with the puzzle pieces! You can choose to display Grid Lines on the puzzle, choose the Background and/or Ghost the puzzle's Image and adjust the opaqueness and sharpness of the image.

You can Show/Hide the Timer, select the Zoom Speed (1x-2x-3x) choose to Outline the puzzle pieces (Soft-Medium-Hard) which make the pieces more defined and easier to see. Lastly, there is an icon to change the Background, a Hint, Shuffle, and Restart icon that's easily accessible at the top-right of the screen.

This is a puzzle geeks delight, and a game I have personally waited a long time for because most of the puzzles nowadays just don't have any of the options puzzle geeks actually want...and getting one with a beautiful Adventure story is icing on the Puzzle Cake! The only two features I'd love to see added would be a section to download my own images, and I would like it if the puzzle pieces made a clicking sound when they were correctly placed so I knew it was in the right place immediately. I can't wait for my third adventure!

Wow! I love the ideas behind this game! Great music and a storyline to make it more interesting! All kinds of options for the puzzle and you can change them at any time! Got through the second puzzle and love it...only problem is... its a little dark.
Will be looking forward to the second in series...just lighten it up a bit. Try before you buy!

It took a little while for BFG to offer this game, and I am hoping that BFG will offer the sequel soon, as well as future offerings without too much delay. Show less
