There was another reviewer, that is older, like me and I bought this game, based on her review! It took me 3 days to complete the game and I loved every minute of it! I'm so tired of the games that are done, in 5hr! I've been a BF member since 2008, and this is like back then. Easier than MCF Fate's Carnival, but just as fun! I definitely, recommend this game!

Finally got to finish a Faircroft game. There were a few glitches, but nothing that kept me from going all the way to the end (unlike the previous two games.) I did use the hint button when I could not pick up and item and that always solved the problem. Don't understand why this game has poor reviews. I think it is awesome. Great visuals, Excellent sound quality, level of challenge is very good. I have all 3 of them and I'll buy many more to come. I highly recommend it.

I've played many HOG games and usually ignore the "Storyline" fairly quickly. This time I read every word. As a Lifestyle Coach, I found the characters quite realistic and the issues they had to deal with just like people in real life.

I've played many HOG games and usually ignore the "Storyline" fairly quickly. This time I read every word. As a Lifestyle Coach, I found the characters quite realistic and the issues they had to deal with just like people in real life.

Would real people resolve these emotional challenges so quickly? Probably not. But the main character did a good job of bringing together several estranged people without moralizing, guilting, or lecturing them. The people who wrote this Game deserve a lot of credit for teaching living skills in such a gentle way.

I almost felt sad when I came to the end of the game and will not know exactly how some of the character's lives turned out. I've NEVER felt this way before. Maybe it's because of such little connection I have with people right now during the "lock-down" due to the V. (You know what I mean)

I highly recommend buying the game........

It is set up to play again by "Skipping" all the dialogue, but I'm not sure I'd bother to do that.....the real fun was the STORY itself. Show less

I have all standard in the series except the newest one Faircroft's Antiques: The Forbidden Crypt CE. I throughly enjoyed playing this game, it was fun and entertaining. The story line was good, graphics, music all good. A game made for all ages. I'm now playing all the other games in this series.

Love this game! Loved the first one (Treffenberg) too but not the Christmas one. Fortunately, this game is back on track with antiques and things to learn, a wide variety of characters (whose facial expressions change as they "speak") and a bit of a mystery. Looking forward to the next one!

Ever since I heard about the first game of this series in November 2020, I have loved it. I absolutely enjoy these types of games very much. The hidden object scenes are brilliant. The puzzles are brilliant as well. Very easy to solve. I would love Boomzap to release more Faircroft Antiques Collector's Edition in the future. I truly enjoyed playing this game. I enjoyed the music, the puzzles, the hidden objects, find the difference, and much more. The investigations plot was also enjoyable. I highly recommend!
