I'm about half way through the game and find it fine. The hidden objects are varied and the mini-games are fairly easy. I see nothing really wrong with the game. Always try yourself.

I enjoyed the game overall and the visuals were beautiful. I only played the SE so no bonus chapter or collectables.
I love fantasy but still like realsim in situations, such as fussing about digging with your hands during an emergency, or just smashing the glass instead of hoping for a random diamond ring. I also cant believe anyone would treat tools such as crowbars, knives, etc as once use ...Show more

I love fantasy but still like realsim in situations, such as fussing about digging with your hands during an emergency, or just smashing the glass instead of hoping for a random diamond ring. I also cant believe anyone would treat tools such as crowbars, knives, etc as once use only objects, so that bugs me. And why oh why is an antidote bpx locked?!

there were a lot of unimaginative scenarios such as the glass/diamond, fan for smoke, statues as hammers, squirrels/nuts. HOWEVER there were a few nice surprises; skull to dig, glove made of leaves, honeydipper to collect resin & melting resin off something.

the mini games were enjoyable & i played almost all on hardmode. A few were broken; Bestiary game 3, the lining up must be perfect lest it resets the game, the harp mini game had multiple right answers yet it would only accept one, with no way to know which one, so i had to skip in the end (not happy as my only deliberate skip) Bestiary 5 i had to switch to easy as wouldn't register the answer as complete on hard mode. the archery game skipped by mistake as the targeting button went behind the skip button, big error Domini, i was enjoying that & can't redo as i was on SE not CE.

the HOP's based on sillohettes need to make the clue clearer, as i was looking for a either a teacup or top hat, when it was actually a plantpot

Overall a good game but with several gameplay flaws that annoyed, surely this is what beta testers are for. I was disappointed in the total lack of ending unless it was continues in the CE bonus chapter, so it felt like a punishment for being on SE. SE players are still customers. Show less

you are trying to figure out why the king has been threatened and his "healer" wants him dead. there is a presence in the forest that is turning dryads to stone. you get help to free them from a book. i played on the custom level. there is a good hint system.

Aileen Milton is the newest Guardian of Harmony inductee, guardians who have sworn an oath to maintain the balance between humans and spirits. They prevent wars and conflicts but lately, that balance has been unstable and monsters have been attacking the locals. The entire Spirit world is about to experience utter chaos unless Aileen can summon the strength, and the spirits, to find balance and restore peace once again to the Dryad Forest.

Gadgets/Helper:
There is a Bestiary Book that allows you to banish various Beasts by playing an associated mini-game. The mini-game requires banishing beasts that are lurking in a forest but it is only used a handful of times.

Audio/Video Quality
No doubt Domini has beautiful graphics and they are well adept at subtle music cues that do exactly what they are supposed to do...go unnoticed yet set the pace. They are also really clever at placing several interactive "toys" for the player to fiddle with, turning lights on/off, making branches move, or animals scamper...but have you ever noticed that after the demo there's hardly anything you can interact with? $"gotcha" $

Collectibles & Morphing Objects (CE Version Only):
There are 15 Morphing Artifacts, 15 Spirited Items, and 15 Laboratory Items to purchase with 70 Collectible Coins. You can opt to show/hide a collectibles tab on the inventory bar that will open a specific icon when there is a collectible available.

Hidden Object Scenes:
There are 12 Hidden Object Scenes +6 in the CE Bonus Chapter and an alternate Match 3 Game available. There are Interactive Listed Item Finds, Replacing items into the Scene, Silhouetted Shapes, Multiples of Item Finds, Items Related or Keywords in Sentence Finds, Matching Pair Finds, Swatches Finds, and Spot The Differences available.

Mini-Games:
There are 21 Mini-Games +9 in the CE Bonus Chapter. You can choose to play them in an Easy or Hard difficulty mode and you can choose which mode to have them start out in the Custom Setting (you can still switch between modes for each individual game) I felt the puzzles and mini-games had little to no effort put forth in them. They were boring, unimaginative, and numerous, not to mention that they were the same games Domini always offers but with different graphics.

Bonus Chapter (CE Version Only)
You play as Illian the Magician who is at odds with King Lydius' wife, Queen Margret, over the throne. There are 9 Mini-games and 6 Hidden Object scenes in this task-repetitive

Very colorful, fanciful graphics but without too much of that awful neon cyan and magenta. There is quite a lot of backing and forthing which I dislike. Why can't developers have you finish with one scene or location and then you go to the next? But at least there's no airy-fairy, squeaky-voiced helper to contend with nor walls to scale or wells to fall into... not during the demo anyway.
