There are a lot of different things going on here than the normal from this developer.
The graphics are not brilliant but it shows they have made an effort to improve things,
A couple of times I had to try again as I went down the wrong route. Love the granny but not sure about the dodgy guy who pops into places to motivate people.
Quite how he motivates people the mind boggles.

Now comparing this with the CE this is by far the better buy.
It even has the strategy guide plus you get to build the manor.

The further you get into this game the more of a challenge it becomes. Yes there are better out there but this is a vast improvement'

The only thing that puzzles me is what on earth do these people eat ? Seed, building materials or gloves ? Perhaps there is a special nourishment in the water ?

I'm not sure why this developer gets bashed so harshly. Maybe you either like their games or hate them? I like them. Crown of the Empire and Day D. Good games. No the graphics aren't as smashing as some TM games.

This game is a nice TM game. It definitely has strategy. I had to restart several levels to end up going in the right direction. I don't mess with the strategy guide. I like to figure it out on my own.

Let me clarify some misinformation in other reviews. The coins are for building the manor house. The coins have nothing to do with how much time you get.

Also this is a TIME MANAGEMENT GAME. The point is to manage your time wisely. I had no problem at all getting 3 stars on every level. I only missed two levels getting 3 stars the first time. Follow the layout on each level to see what you need.

The motivational speaker does what? Well he motivates. What does he motivate? Your workers in your factories. When you send him to a factory your workers produce more products.

As for why a glove van? Well why not? How is that any different than some of the silly items on other TM games. It's a game, not real life. Use your imagination. Yes sometimes they veer off course, but that's what's fun about it. And for why is there no food? I think it's kind of refreshing to have a game where we don't build 20 farms or burger joints.

Now go out and have some fun. Play this game with an open mind. You might like it. Show less

I couldn't help but think about Jack singing What's This" in The Nightmare Before Christmas the first time he experienced that warm and fuzzy feeling because that's exactly how I felt. I was "floored" when I started playing this Time Management game because I was expecting the normal garbage but it's actually a decent game with a lot of strategies involved. It isn't a blow your socks off kind of game but compared to the normal flare this developer usually offers, it's leaps and bounds ahead.

You can play in an Easy or Casual Mode of Difficulty over 4 Worlds with 10 Standard Levels each but I must admit, I was a little confused about the Collector's Edition levels, at least as to how many there actually are. The CE Strategy Guide says there are 40 Standard Levels, and the map shows 40 Levels (with a CE Tab Location telling you to complete the main game to access it) and the Strategy Guide says there are 10 Bonus Levels, but another tab says there are 50 CE Levels so I don't know if that means they are including the 10 bonus levels in that count or if there are secret levels?

This is very similar to another garden-themed game although, in my opinion, it doesn't have that same "IT" factor. The graphics are colorful and the storyline has a slightly sarcastic sense of humor. The main staple of the game is collecting Gloves which I thought was odd, why are gloves laying all over the place and why are they so valuable? I also have to repair several mobile glove vans that are parked within the garden path which leaves me scratching my head. What is the purpose of a glove-making van, why is it a mobile operation yet they are parked permanently within a garden, why does one garden need multiple mobile glove-making vans, why does this mansion worth millions of dollars have a beautiful garden with a bunch of tacky, scooby-doo vans parked everywhere you look? It kind of takes away from the garden's beauty, although the huge wavy glove hand on the top of the van was a nice touch, I'm not sure the neighbors would appreciate the humor as much as I did?

There are the normal TM tasks of clearing logs from the path, etc. but because this is a garden theme, you'll pick up seeds, and water bottles which are left conveniently on the path, and you'll plant various flower gardens, mostly in round flowerbeds which seems a bit skimpy for a Mansion's garden?

The Collector's Edition Version has 40 Levels +10 Bonus Levels (see above confusion statement) 11 Concept Art Pictures, 9 Music Soundtracks. 31 Achievement Trophies, and a built-in Strategy Guide. You can decorate the mansion's garden with the coins you earn, and each decoration has several different color or style options available. As for the SE version you still get the Strategy Guide and the mansion upgrades so why on earth would you want to buy a CE version? I have learned over the years that this developer seems to only chuck out the trophies and concept art when converting between versions, but then again, I rarely take the plunge with one of their games nowadays because they all seem the same lately.

The bottom line is, this is way better than any other game by this particular developer, but it's still just an average TM game that has some weird features that don't make a lot of sense. It is a strategy-based TM game with decent graphics, so if for nothing else, that's worth giving it 3-Stars Show less

It was a fun game to play in the first few levels and then it became a huge challenge. For the life of me I just couldn't get three stars,,,and yet I was playing at top speed...it seemed like I ran out of resources. After playing some levels multiple times I realized what the problem is !!! While playing you're given some quests to complete with a reward of 2 coins...it was then that I noticed I was only getting one coin and therefore unable to complete the quests in time !!! I tried playing the different difficulties thinking maybe that was the problem but all of them said the reward was 2 coins but you actually only receive one.

The music was a wee bit repetitive and had to turn it down. The artistry was very well done and had a very professional look !!! Loved it !!!\

If they fix that wee glitch I will play it again...thats a guarantee !!! Because basically this game is very well put together and I did have a ton of fun playing and stopped worrying about the stars !!!

Try the demo and hopefully you'll have as much fun as I did !!! Show less

I lasted a whole 11 minutes. I found the storyline off-putting, as the lead character is a golddigger, the movement is slow and to really finish it, the music is more annoying than nails down a blackboard. I thought for the daily deal it'd be a bit of light entertainment but not even for $3.

I don't recommend this game.

Have tried loading this game so many times but it never works! The little man in the house stays there even though you can hear his little feet running about! Consequently nothing gets picked up so it's impossible to play the game.
What a disappointment as I love this type of game.
Can't go onto tech page as game name not recognised!!

I don't recommend this game.
