I almost didn't get this game, but, was down to the last few minutes of my free time, and jumped right in. Am I ever glad I did, this is just one fun game, lots to do, got to keep those eyes open at all times.

Try it, you just like it as much as I do.

I recommend this game!

If you think that this game is going to be childs play, you have another thing coming. It may look like it is for kids but just try the free game trial & see for yourself. The beginning graphics when you open the game are deceiving until you are in the game & playing. Fun & challenging is the name of the game here. Try it for yourself & you will see that it is not as easy as you think. I love marble games & I usually wiz thru them but not this one. It is not as easy to get all 3 stars in every game & I am one that like to get all 3 stars in every game before progressing to the next one. I just go back & try to get all 3 stars. I enjoy playing games by this developer and it makes a change to play a marble popping game especially when the graphics are hand drawn rather than 3D rendered

I fell in love with Marble Poppers years ago and was truly delighted when I saw today's game. I must admit I was confused by several aspects of the game mechanics and I was at a total loss as to whom Brave Giant was targeting with the Cartoon Characters and Rescue Pet features that seem to be geared toward young children? I'm confused about the narrative of the game, I'm a pet Dog and Cat rescuer who plays a Marble Popper about Butterflies & Caterpillars to earn stars to fix my House so the animals can live in the yard or a doghouse? I had to chuckle when one of the levels required me to hit several crows with marbles...some animal rescuer I am!

The goal of the game is to shoot identically colored marbles to remove the string of marbles before it reaches the end of the line. You can click the Butterfly Marble shooter to swap the color of the next orb, but fair warning, the marble often changes colors unexpectedly, especially when the line does a reset with the next wave after certain powerups are initiated.

I was totally confused about the criteria for earning all 3 stars. I received 1 Star on level 4 and I hadn't yet gotten to the Timed Modes so the criteria wasn't based on time at that point, and I did get all the caterpillars to safety so I completed my level goal. I replayed the level again and still got the same result of only 1 Star, while still setting up massive Chain Reactions using strategy so it isn't based on Points either. This same scenario happened on level 15 which actually was a Timed level and I replayed that level 3 times, removing more orbs each time but still only earned 1 star??

As you progress, Powerups and Boosters are added to either the marbles or as a rechargeable Bomb that targets different orbs. Some orbs have fireworks, reverse the line, pause, slow motion, etc. to help you remove the marbles before they reach the end of the line at which point you'll lose.

Obstacle marbles such as Ropes, and Sponges, are added to the mixture (and the poor little crow just trying to raise a crow family) Some marbles will charge the boosters as well.

Once you have earned enough stars, you will purchase an abundance of repairs such as replacing the roof, fencing, or installing a new door. Again, what does this have to do with butterfly Marble Shooters?

I'm thinking this game was supposed to be a CE version because it has 14 Wallpapers, 14 Concept Art Pictures, 5 Music Soundtracks, 14 Achievements (which need to be "claimed" each time), and 123 levels.

I loved the Marble Popper levels, but it definitely needs a better explanation of how you earn all 3 stars. I hated the Timed levels because it seems impossible to get 3 stars...but mostly, the cartoon characters were a total turnoff and make the game seem more like a phone app.

At Level 96, the game starts but after the marbles come out, they all pop automatically and it says Cleared, but won't let you go to the next level. Ugh. Have never had to report a game error so not sure what to do.

I don't recommend this game.

The bubble-shooter game "Sparkle" is the first casual game I ever played. I was in love with this type of game and forgot how fun they can be.
However, this game feels like it was designed for a preschooler based on the characters, fonts, drawings, & music.
I found the instructions to be a bit hit or miss. I consider myself pretty good at this kind of game but hard as I tried I couldn't get past 2 stars for level 5. I replayed it a few times.

- You need to manually claim your achievements (Left side of screen click the golden cup icon, then "claim")
- By playing bubble-shooter you gain stars to use as currency to use on the next item to build...
-the icon under it bulleted dashes is the "next item to build" in you building area which is
- You get to upgrade outside of a house & yard for your animals (a dog & a cat in the trial.)
- The conversations between the characters are juvenile (but that makes sense if it was designed for young kids.) I kept forgetting I needed to click the button that had the next upgrade to apply because it wasn't fun stuff to apply... it was like, fixing a patch in the roof of the house or fix a section of fence.
- The colors of the marbles and the actual play board backdrop are the same colors so it's hard to see your "next up" bubble that's in your shoot. For example the green ball is the same exact Kelly green as the grass. The brown ball was the same as the yard's dirt path. Knowing lickity split where all your colored balls are is what makes you super-fast & efficient at this kind of game.
- There is a blinking bag you must hit with the marbles for points so try to clear balls to get through the rows to hit it. I found if one of the bags appeared toward the end of the level you couldn't actually hit it with a marble because your level points start adding up and interrupt that final shoot. It kept happening and was a frustrating flaw.

Level 13 is called "Beat the Raven". You have to shoot at a raven for extra points and he squawks when you hit him. :/ When he's defeated it shows stars going around his head (lights out). Some will say it's just a game, I get it, but I wish they'd made it something else like hitting a model airplane. I'm a huge animal lover; apparently even cartoon ones.

I didn't think this game was horrible but there are games of its type I just like better. Show less

Really nice quick moving game with new challenges added in the play. I'd buy this game except that it has no window mode. Therefore it's a NO BUY for me.

I am a great fan of marble shooter games and was excited to see this. I have every Luxor game and they are brilliant but I am afraid to say this does not compare.

It starts off ok but then once past level 11 you start to get a change of marble instead of being able to shoot.

Now this is ok if you have different modes but in this game there is only one mode.
What starts off as something manageable soon becomes for me anyway impossible to carry on.
Those whom are extremely fast may be ok with this but when I press the shoot click I expect to shoot not constantly have a marble change.

I can not stress enough that you need to play the demo to its full length if you have any interest in buying this game.

Although this starts off simple believe me, its not and I am unable to progress now.
If only there was a relaxed level or the shoot button actually did shoot all the time Show less

I agree with everything already pointed out ---- the simplicity of the story is just irritating, the inability to figure out how to get 3 stars is annoying, and the cartoon aspect is unattractive.
