I enjoy playing games by this developer because they make a change to the general matching games that I have played because there are tools to use for certain things and amulets to collect as well as things to build and this is what I enjoy about matching games

This is just one of those nice diversion games...you know, when housework looms, the bills stack up, the dog has to pee...and you need a bit of an escape.
graphics are richly colored and crisp. Cartoon style characters are a nice breather from often too intense monsters, bloody crime scenes detective games

The game can be considered a simple play...but does offer some challenges along the boards.
Only negatives......those flashing tiles..the ones that you can click to change to fit the match..can be super distracting and annoying.
And there have been several goals of matching tiles over black squares...but those are over dark graphics which, for older eyes, can be difficult to see.
Sometimes you just need a bit of a breather in your day, this game is a nice escape.
and ow the dog has to pee again...... Have fun! Show less

I like the genre. This is a familiar format - you get power ups, goals to reach including dropping items to the bottom to clear from the board, two ways to play. The story line so far is ok but not really intriguing because it requires serious suspension of disbelief. This is the kind of game I like to buy and keep in the wings in case I have nothing else to play..

I recommend this game!

I enjoyed the added challenge of the new features presented in Jake Everest 2. Keep reading in between the lines, please. This site is allowing 1 person to vote multiple times, (both Yes & No votes) You can play in a Relaxed or Timed option. Until this fraudulent behavior is stopped, I'll just continue to give every game a generic sentence or two review. Earning all 3 stars is difficult on the Timed Mode which has never been the case in past games. Don't you think mass no-voting is childish? I think everyone needs to complain. One of the new features is Ice Blocks that require breaking ice to expose tiles, and they will multiply after several moves.

Yes, they still have basically the same "tools" to help you progress. No, I will not stop reviewing, in fact, I will review every game, every day in this manner until the childish behavior stops. They changed the "Builds" this go-round, allowing you to choose specific buildings to purchase with the stars earned. Take a stand if you want legit reviews... complain. They did away with the 4 worlds upgrades per chapter. Other sites don't have this issue, maybe that's why they are more popular. I liked that they added bombs for making large matches, but you can't swipe them to the left, or right. This site seems to be losing a lot of steam lately, don't you agree?

I cringe everytime this developer comes out with another of the "same" Match 3. I don't know how many times I've requested that they offer the mode 'moves' as well as relaxed and timed.

Graphics and story change a little bit, however, this is not a new game by any means. One of the things that spoils it for me is the very slow process of earning stars and upgrades for building. It takes forever. The goals become tedious chores and the buildings cannot be placed where you choose. For me it's too boring but you might love it. Show less
