i was puzzled by some of the reviews. On my computer the pictures were crystal clear and the colors vivid with very few exceptions. Also, you can look at all the pictures before you buy the game and there is a great variety of mostly African animals but others as well including a few colorful birds. Also, you can look at all the pictures before you buy the game and there is a great variety of mostly African animals but others as well including a few colorful birds. I enjoyed the game play, but its my habit to do the edges then fill in the rest. When you ask it to sort it just moves the pieces around but many are left on the playing field and in the way. I like some of the competition's process which moves the pieces all out of the playing area around the edges which is more desirable. This is one of my favorite genres so maybe that's the difference in ratings. Try it out if you are a jigsaw lover. Show less

I'm a little biased because I love pictures of wild animals, and this edition reminded me of their Earth Chronicle Series. I just can't bring myself to give them anything over 3-stars because nothing else has really changed or improved.

The pages didn't get "stuck" this time but I encountered a new glitch where several pages would turn with each single-click.

I gave it a three-star rating because it was quite fun and entertaining to play. I absolutely adored the selection of images used for the puzzles. The game was easy to navigate and had a simple interface.
Overall, though, I would say that 1001 Jigsaw Wild Animals is a delightful little game that would be perfect for any animal lover or puzzle enthusiast. Give it a try, deary!

This dev has specialized the art of being boring. Animal pictures should be interesting and beautiful, these are not. They are mostly blurry, dark, little variety of species, lots of grey and orange animals. If you love birds only a few unspectacular ones are presented here. If not for lions and tigers there would be much less than 500 puzzles.
