I have both a DRM-free and the WildTangent version of this game, and they work fine.

People tend to think that download/installation errors are the fault of the developer... they are not. I have both a DRM-free and the WildTangent version of this game, and they work fine.

People tend to think that download/installation errors are the fault of the developer... they are not. Each developer submits their games to BFG (and other platforms) and it is then handled by the platform to generate a "package" that triggers the download, installation and activation of the game, as well as any (if at all) clean-up process following the installation.

It is also the platform that "unlocks" the game to eliminate the "time limit of the demo" when you buy the game. This is done by each platform, independently of the devs.

I understand the frustration of people who want to try the game and their posts about the game not working as it should, or having problems with the installation.

So please don't judge the merit of the devs and/or they QA process as it not necessarily their fault... sometimes it can be, but sometimes it isn't.

Anyway, once this game works properly on BFG, try it out. In the meantime, you can play a free trial on WildTangent (they have both the SE and CE) without having an account, or wait here for the issue to get fixed. However, you won't be able to make changes to your review, should you feel the need to, if you've already posted one. Show less

I had issues with all of the features from the get-go. The tutorial explained that you could right-click to pull up the magnifying glass feature, but nothing happened; I even tried left-clicking.

The second scene explained that there were Morphing Shards in the Fragmented Amulet scenes and that you could click the shard slot to pull up a Strategy Guide showing its location...again, nothing ...Show more

The third scene was a Matching Symbols mode but like everyone else, you can't click on any of the symbols. I even tried using a hint to no avail.

My issue isn't with Seven Sails; they are super people, and they will fix the glitch as soon as possible. My issue is that nearly every game Big Fish offers lately has glitches; many of the glitches are show-stoppers!

Here's some sad statistics...in the past TEN days, FOUR of the Big Fish daily games have had MAJOR glitches that rendered the games unplayable, one of which so so bugged with glitches that Big Fish had to remove the game from the website for nearly a week!

August 30:
Grim Tales: Light in the Darkness-Bonus Chapter glitch (BF removed the game from its website the following day)

September 1:
Gnomes Garden: Black Stones-Level 26 was just a blank page, along with several other issues.

September 2:
Royal Life: Sports and Games-scene one was partially blacked out, unable to progress.

September 8:
Enchantment 2: Sun's Tear-you cannot progress past the third level.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Big Fish doesn't exist, and most people cannot get a response from an actual customer service representative other than the usual "robo-response stating they will answer the customer service ticket within 72 hours. (72 hours from when... next year?)

This was a cute game, It was a good way to pass some time. however you kept doing the same thing over and over, although the pictures were different. find gems, find matching symbols, put together a mosaic and put a picture together by turning the pics. i probably wouldn't buy it unless i had a good deal on it

In the hidden object scenes, the majority of objects are IMPOSSIBLE to see, even after using the hint button. I don't mind having a challenging game, but this is totally ridiculous. I liked the other types of puzzles, but struggling to find items isn't worth the frustration. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't buy this game. Game stopped working. Was on the section where you select the matching symbols. Tried everything and could not select them. Used magnifying glass, right click, left click, enter key. Nothing worked.

I don't recommend this game.

I chose medium difficulty thinking if I ran into the problems others described, I would change to difficult to see if that's why if was failing. Having waited several days to try it though, I figured the glitches would have been repaired.

Really quite awful. Game over after 13 minutes because you can't skip a round. Would have been a buy because I love these games. Show less
