This is a FUN relaxing match-3 game. Graphics are BEAUTIFUL. Your hostess is well drawn and reminds me of those vintage paper dolls when people actually knew how to draw.

Very simple concept, but great if you are a fan of match 3, learn trivia about France, and appreciator of beautiful graphics.

Definitely download the Free trial, which downloads quickly, to see if you like. Based on the demo, I was hooked. A good way to take a break from HOGs. Show less

I have all the Travel Riddle games but this one, by far, is the most entertaining! A match three that flows very, very well. No waiting for all tiles to "settle" (a pet peeve of mine). The graphics are vibrant without being too cutesy. A match 3 lovers game for sure!

Enjoyed the game. The game starts off pretty easy but as you progress, it get more difficult. You have goals -- beat the time, get certain number of items, remove all the gold or silver blocks, etc. You can purchase power-ups and they really come in handy.

I recommend this game!

First Match 3 I have played in a long time that actually has some challenge. If you are like me and play to get 3 stars, you will find it challenging. Levels are intermixed with timed or number of moves. This is one game that you will not complete in a few hours! Facts provided about France are interesting, as well. I highly recommend this game.

I have played all in this series and this one is just great. You can win three stars if you either complete the level within the time frame or within the number of moves. I have all the Travel Riddle games and although they can be some of the toughest match 3 games I've played, they certainly do not lack for challenge and entertainment.

I can't quite put my finger on just what made this game a little less fun than the other two Travel Riddles. I wasn't drawn into this game as much as I was with the other games in this series, it's not a bad Match 3 game, it just wasn't an addicting game. If you've ever played the Cradle series (Cradle of Rome 1&2 and Cradle of Egypt) you know how addicting those games can be, it's really difficult to stop playing them! One thing I didn't like was the lack of explanation on the level goals before each game, most of which have Limited Moves, another feature I'm not crazy about.

Each level will give you a small factoid about France and it's famous monuments, which is interesting. The goal is to swap tiles to match at least 3 identical tiles, and you can replay any level to try for a perfect score of 3 gold stars. Some levels have Artifact pieces that need to be collected by dropping them off of the board as you make matches under them. There are also Keys in some levels that you need to collect to unlock locked areas. There are the usual obstructions, Wooden Crates, Stone Blocks and Vines that can be cleared by matching near them, Cannon Balls and Lava stones require a Power-up to remove them.

As you progress, you will receive Bonuses of a Mighty Bomb to clear a group of tiles, a Magic Crystal to destroy all tiles of a specific kind, and Rockets which destroy tiles in a horizontal and vertical line. Making matches of 4 tiles will give you a diamond this will earn you more money to use in the shop, large matches of 5 or more will give you bonuses or power-ups on the board. Your Bonuses can be upgraded in the shop, and you can earn 31 Achievements during the 230 some levels. Although this isn't a fantastic game, it's certainly worthy of a credit, enjoy! Show less

I enjoyed this game with the exception of 3 things. 1st you can't skip the instructions, you have to click out of them every time. 2nd you have to hit play 4 times between each & every level. Way too much & takes too long. 3rd there is a flaw in the jigsaw puzzles. If 2 pieces are linked together but are in the wrong spot you can't swap them out with 2 other pieces that are linked together in ...Show more

Visual I really enjoyed but music is nice but gets a bit repetitive. Would prefer to be spoken to and not read so much. Really enjoyed the games being short and quick, nice to move ahead - or to the next town - at a steady pace. Just wanted to keep going.
