Welcome mortal to my hotel! I, Count Dracula, am asking that you help me run my hotel and restaurants. I believe that someone with your skills could really help me develop this business! In our hotel, everyone is welcome: at sunrise we welcome mortals and at sunset our doors are open to vampires. It’s important to keep these groups apart. Intermingling can be disastrous. If things get out of control, feel free to use any of the magical tools you’ll have at your disposal. Quickly, there is much to do! The hotel guests will not handle themselves.
  • An exciting hotel management game
  • Interact with both mortal and undead guests
  • A humorous setting with castles and vampires
  • Use spells when you’re in a jam
  • Fun and challenging mini games throughout

I don't know why this game is receiving mostly one star reviews, I think it's a blast from the past! One of my favorite Time Management games is very similar, Haunted Domains, which is an oldie but goodie. The graphics can be set from fastest, to fantastic, and I chose the fantastic graphics. I'm not saying this game is perfect, it has a few flaws which are more of an absence of features than a glitch, but I'm certainly going to use a credit for this one.
This is a point and click type Time Management (no dragging involved) Some customers want to dine in the restaurant, others want a Hotel room (which seems to be rented by the minute lol) If the customer wants to eat, you click on the dining room table you wish them to go to, then you click on the food item that pops up above their head, which will automatically go to the chef, Frank, for him to prepare, then you click on the food when ready and serve to the correct customer, collect their money, clean the table, take garbage to the trash and move onto the next customer.
When a customer wants a roor, you click on an empty room (beginning levels have 1 table for two customers, and 1 hotel room, and you must purchase all tables and hotel rooms before you can unlock the next level) after the customers goes to their room Quasimodo must be directed to pick up their luggage and deliver it to their room. After a brief snooze, Quasimodo will need to collect their money and clean their room, discarding trash into the same bin as the food trash goes into.
After each level, you can purchase upgrades, more tables, and more rooms, decorations and upgraded ovens, beverage dispensers etc. You can purchase Spells that will make Quasimodo and Frank move a bit faster, become dissatisfied a little slower, or deter unwanted guests. The levels take place either in the daytime or at night, and this matters because during the day, you need to get rid of rebellious vampires that continuously order food that they don't pay for, by adding garlic to their food. During the night you must deter sleepwalkers by giving them a special dish that frightens them wide awake and eventually fleeing.
The features that are lacking, and would have made this game nicer, would be the ability to see your queued with the order, such as a check mark or number of order they are going to be done in. You also have to really pay attention to the unwanted guests because the vampires during the day are difficult to spot when you are busy. I also found it difficult at times to get a customer to the correct place, for instance if you click on a customer first, there's nothing to indicate that you have clicked on the customer and if you don't click on the table just right, the customer won't move to the table, and you don't know if either are queued causing you to lose time which disrupts the flow. When you first start out, there is only one hotel room, (hotel rooms are time consuming) and usually several customers who want a room, and the cost for another room is 1500, which takes too long to earn.
Other than a few lacking features, I really liked this game. It's challenging, but addicting. The graphics are old school but really crisp, and I love the theme. Give this game a chance, there's no dragging involved, and so far no multi-clicking to combine food items. You may also want to give Haunted Domains a try, for a similar but older TM game with the same theme, enjoy! Show less

It's true, this does remind me of Haunted Domains. I think the main reason for the low rating because like Haunted Domains the complexity. This game is very challenging and unless you have the patience or good in organizing this game is not for you. This is not easy but I love it.
I recommend this game!

I am thoroughly enjoying this game. Haven't seen a truly traditional time management since Mystic Inn....... Am having absolutely no drag time, nor game slowing while playing on windows 10.. Graphics may be some what dated, but that is part of the attraction. Trying to keep up to get paid, Excellent game

I'm glad I downloaded it in spite of the two initial bad reviews. This is a very simple TM game. Guests either want to eat or stay in a room, so when they arrive you either click on a table or a room door. Occasionally, you get guests you don't want, so you add something to their food to make them leave. Most of the game is clicking on the bubbles that show you what guests want, bringing things, collecting money and cleaning up. It couldn't be more basic, but yet it is fun, especially when more guests come and pace picks up a bit.
The graphics are simple, but not as bad as one reviewer made them out to be. The background looks quite nice, the characters are bulky and the whole game has a bit of a dated look, but it's fine and certainly doesn't ruin game play.
I had no problems at all with things not working, the game ran smoothly, all clicks worked. Three things I didn't enjoy so much: the waiter can only carry one thing at a time and the game is not very challenging. There is no minimum amount of money to be made during a level, you just play until you have enough money to move on. The third thing is the very bad English ("site" instead of "sight", "increase" instead of "decrease" etc.). If one wants to sell a game in English, one should let a native speaker read the text.
In total, it's a simple game, there's nothing really new, but it has a nice pace and is fun. I wouldn't pay full price for it but will definitely buy it during a sale. Show less

I was so happy to see a new hotel game and... Well it is a little rough, the controls are mediocre, and there is not that much variety in the actions so it's kind of repetitive. Still I bought it and have played through level 1. Hope it gets more interesting at the higher levels. There are some upgrades or something that you buy or collect that are not explained. There are too few good time management games. This wasn't the best time management game, but it definitely wasn't the worst. The game played smoothly and I liked the character graphics. Also it was fun purchasing the upgrades. A little more on the story line I think would have helped. If you like the old fashioned time management games, I would recommend this game.

I saw all of the negative reviews so I downloaded the trial. I'm now about to buy the game. It's not as slick looking as other games, but it's still fun. And unlike a lot of TM games, this one actually takes some time to get through the levels, so it's worth the price.

I'm sure I played the first section of the game 20 times if not more, without there being much challenge to get to the next level. I think there is some misleading info, again, where are the mini-games? After two hours of game play, yawn, bored but it had so much promise. I don't mind the graphics, found it fun for a little but again, you are just playing it over and over again to get enough coins for level 2, but then you get to level 2 and only the scene changes. Had potential to be a great game, I wish there were beta-testers, I would of helped with suggestions on how to make this great. It's a miss. Show less
