Everything you click gives you coins. You use the coins to plant trees, bushes and other vegetables that you then click for even more coins. When the game figures you clicked enough items and gathered enough coins, it levels you up. Every time you level up you can buy better clickable plants.
There are also powerups that help you with your tasks. Not that you will need a lot of help, because the game pretty much runs by itself, even when you are away from your computer.
It´s kind of like investing... you buy some stuff which gives you some dividends while you sleep and then you get to reinvest those dividends turning them into more of the same stuff you bought.
Pests try to steal some of your fruit and vegetables... , kind of like taxes. They do little damage, though.
Expanding the garden gives more helpers.
Clicking fireflies saves the game.

The good:
1) Nothing bad ever happens. Sure, a magpie may steal a fruit... a fox may try to get away with stealing an egg or two... but everything moves very slowly, so you can always save your produce... or even let the bird have its lunch. There will always be more fruit.
2) There´s no need to hurry. You may click the ripe fruit... but if you don´t, it falls to the ground; where you can pick it up... or not. If it lays there long enough, some helper will eventually pick it up.
3) Graphics are simple, but cute.
4) Powerups work fine. Scarecrows scare away the magpies... and the dogs chase away the foxes.
5) Ladybugs are worth a ton of coins... and they get more valuable with every click.
6) Once in a while a crazy night runs through the screen and if you click him repeatedly he spills out lot of coins.

The bad:
1) There are zero instructions. The game is very self explanatory. Like... DUH!... obvious. But even so... instructions would be nice... at the very least to reassure the player he figured it out correctly.
2) You can expand your garden but then have to scroll left and right to see it. You can scroll with the right mouse button or using the keyboard. There is no way to zoom out.
3) The game is ... well... pointless. It´s all cute and everything, and everybody likes shiny coins... but really... after a while... you start questioning the meaning of life.

The ugly:
1) You can't buy more than 2 scarecrows. So, you expand your garden beyond your initial screen, plant trees, bushes and vegetables where you wont be able to see them without scrolling... and can´t protect them from pests. That´s weird.

Tip: If you want to use this game as a kind of visual meditation device (I'm sure it would work), you can expand your garden but never plant anything outside the initial screen. This way, you get more helpers to gather your produce, without having ever to worry about scrolling beyond your initial screen.
Watching things grow, fall of trees, get picked up and turn into coins without having to do pretty much anything... turns out to be very relaxing.

For little kids or for those days you had enough challenges and just want something colorful to click and be happy... Show less

This game would be a good beginner game for younger kids. It was very simple & easy to understand, but had no intro or story line. Music was nice & graphics were cute.

You need to understand what type of game this is.

I think some reviewers have unfairly downrated this game because they don't understand how it was meant to be played. It is one of those games that pretends to be a world that is always running (by checking the realtime clock to see how much time has passed since it was last run). I think some reviewers have unfairly downrated this game because they don't understand how it was meant to be played. It is one of those games that pretends to be a world that is always running (by checking the realtime clock to see how much time has passed since it was last run). You buy some things for your farm, then exit the game for a while. When you come back you find that your helpers have earned some gold and experience for you. You can then invest the gold in improving your farm, and next time you run the game there will be even more gold earned. Note that the game only earns gold for you for up to a certain number of hours while you are away. (One of the upgrades you can buy increases the number of hours.)

Unfortunately there seems to be a rather limited number of different things you can plant, and once they are all unlocked, all there is to do is to earn gold and buy more of the same types of things and boosters. Show less

I played this game for 35 minutes, and just had to stop... the lack of any tutorial assumes you can figure it out: a bad assumption typically denoting that either the devs don't master the english language, or that gameplay is obvious.

I believe both are true here, but a bit frustrating at first, and the cartoonish graphics don't make up for it.

Simply put, you use your gold to plant fruits and vegetables(carrots, blueberries, apples, etc.) in your garden, and the more you plant, the more gold you get to buy more things.

Life would be smooth if it weren't for the pests (moles, birds, squirrels, etc.) that interfere with that plan... so you can buy things to keep them away (scarecrow, guard dog, etc.) As you progress/level-up, you can buy upgrades and expand your garden.

To me, there's just 1 big problem: you need to click like a maniac: your helpers that pick-up what you grow cannot keep up, so you keep clicking on things: the pests to turn them away, the ladybugs, fireflies and eggs the chickens lay for bonus coins, the ripe fruits fallen from bushes/trees, and of course, you have use the left/right arrow keyboard keys to scroll the screen left and right (can't use your mouse for that)

I got bored (and cramps) with all the clicking. Try it for yourself, but it's a no-sale for me. Show less

I couldn't play the game because there was nothing offered in the way of a tutorial, instructions, or even an introduction to the setting. There were three bugs on my screen, and I clicked on them to earn one coin each. That... was it. That was all I could work out how to do. I'm just glad I downloaded the trial before buying the game. This is another game designed for wasting time on your phone and as an app, it might be entertaining for a couple of days, but not so much as a full-fledged computer game. For starters, the graphics look like something you'd see on one of those old-school computers that took up an entire desk just for the monitor. The little creatures remind me of Pac-man and there are absolutely no instructions unless you count the pointy arrows that occasionally pop up, but even then you're just left wondering about the who, what, where, when and why's.

Basically, you plant veggies, fruit trees and bushes, harvest the fruit and veggies to earn coins and plant more fruits and veggies with the coins you earn. I'm not sure why this game is classified as a Time Management game, you aren't really doing anything related to Time Management other than wasting time. From what I can see, you aren't penalized for taking too much time, as a matter of fact, you don't even have to do anything, the little blue critters that appear out of nowhere will harvest the food for you! Eventually, some baddies appear to steal your fruits and veggies, but you can buy a dog to guard the cash crop. Butterflies also appear out of thin air, and for some reason, a select few have circles around them and if you click on them they will earn you coins as well.

I thought I would give it ago. The last reviewer said they thought they were playing an 80's game. I kinda like the old games.

This game is not worth the download time. No instructions on how to play. Not that you actually need any. No challenge, no incentive, nothing!

It is worse than playing snake on the old Nokia phones.

Save your sanity and stay clear!

When I purchased additional helpers, they overlapped and could not be directed to tasks or dragged apart.
