I don't understand the negative reviews because this game has so many unique features! I don't understand the negative reviews because this game has so many unique features! This is a Quest-driven Solitaire game where you have to search each scene for clues, inventory items, and collect energy by playing various Solitaire levels and or Hidden Object Scenes of varying styles, how could you possibly get bored?

You begin by searching a scene for inventory items etc that will help you progress or open up the next scene. Start clicking on objects that look like they are important if you discover an inventory item, you'll have to figure out where it's needed, or you may find a Hidden Object Scene, or you may simply be told that you require Energy to progress. The only way to get energy is by playing several rounds of Solitaire!

The Solitaire Levels are Higher/Lower Solitaire. There is a Deck Counter and you get 1 Undo per Level (not rounds) but you will earn more, as well as extra cards when you uncover Mystery Cards that reward you with various amounts of deck cards, undos, etc. You will also earn Number-specific Wildcards and Jokers that will be added to your collection with a single click to be used at your discretion.

So far I've only come across Vine Cards that require uncovering the Sickle Card, but I found myself having just as much fun searching the scenes, solving the clues, and playing the HO scenes, as I was playing the solitaire levels so I didn't really care about a ton of frills within the solitaire levels. There are 2 power-ups available once they recharge, one that removes a Faceup card and one that removes a Facedown card as well.

Keep an open mind, I'm having a blast, and I'm totally looking forward to Quest 2 which I will purchase no questions asked, demo not necessary! Show less

I was very surprised to see not one review as of this writing. I love solitaire and puzzle games. This has all of this and more. Some of the searching for needed items is difficult But that is what makes this game so challenging. I could not find any hints so had to keep persevering by clicking the screen again and again. Some of the searching for needed items is difficult But that is what makes this game so challenging. I could not find any hints so had to keep persevering by clicking the screen again and again. I knew if I couldn't go further I had missed picking up an object or using the tools in my bag. It was sometimes frustrating and probably could have used a hint button but was fun to not be tempted by one. Great little familiar story maybe overdone, but I enjoyed it. My ONLY complaint is that it was way to short. Show less

I almost gave up during the free trial but I stuck it out played to the end and purchased the game. There are challenges that need to be over come at every level and different ways to over come them, some are one up and one down solitary others are find objects, assemble a map, rotate stone blocks to create a path and many more. Good game

I recommend this game!

Fun solitaire game that I played a good part of my game-playing time yesterday. It took a while to get through the tutorial when I played the demo. There was so much to read that I thought I'd never get it. But once you start to play it falls into place. There's more to the 1-up, 1-down solitaire that makes it fun. Plenty of wild cards and bonus cards! The hidden object searches are interesting but not too hard. It's a very clever game and a lot of fun.

I recommend this game!

This is the most engaging game I have played in a very long time. The solitaire games are not easy, but can be solved by the third try, at the latest - and they're always fun. There are Hidden Object games too - good ones! - every so often; some of them I was even able to solve within the time limit! But you are always able to move on even if you can't find everything. I have to admit I was defeated by the puzzles - almost impossible to solve within the time allowed but again, you can "solve" any puzzle after a waiting period of about 2 minutes. Looking for clues and exploring is always exciting - even addictive. I absolutely loved playing this game and can't wait for the next quest! Show less

Wasn't sure about this one at first. There's a lot going on-mostly it is a one up/down solitaire game which is pretty easy and you can still advance even if you don't clear the board. There's hidden objects that have time running down but you still can finish after that runs out. Wound up buying it-have to see how it ends..LOL

TOOK A WHILE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET AROUND IN EACH SCENE. BUT NOW I AM ON A ROLL. KEEPS U HOOKED. TOTALLY ADDICTIVE. LOVE IT! WONDER HOW MANY DIFFERENT ROOMS (SCENES)? JUST ENOUGH CHALLENGE ON SOME LEVELS TO MAKE IT INTERESTING. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE WILL BE A SECOND GAME? BRING IT ON!!

I also could not understand why for so long there were no reviews (maybe my computer). I love this! It certainly is not your average solitaire, which can get boring. I have never reviewed a game before, but felt compelled to on this one.
