I enjoyed this game - the puzzles were different lots of puzzles that i haven't come across before - some i had which was ok (not all were hard - which again is ok) - i loved the fish in the tank,

The hidden objects were varied not just lists (which were very few) and items but generally they were more interesting that most games of late.

i found the storyline (and really what can you say about a fantasy storyline) interesting - i could follow it.

the one thing that has annoyed me (and it is the same with so many games these days) is that the main character doesn't talk - why ?????

i do read the reviews and then play the demo - sometimes i just wonder if we are playing the same game ?

I had to laugh several times during the game - the programmers do have a sense of humor. When the same old problem happened, like a broken key, the old hat solution wasn't going to cut it you had to find something else. This happened so many times I think it was intentional. They know there's a limit to what you can do in a game;)

What made it fun was a good story that moved along, unexpected twists, (like the villain is not always obvious) and lots of things to seek and find besides the usual HOS. A true HOPA which I love.
The length of the main game was not long, but the bonus game was so the total gives you a good 6-7 hours of play; of course I skip a lot of the puzzles, so your time might be longer.
Yes I know the story line could have been better and the challenge maybe wasn't great, but the overall mix and way it was presented left me with a 5 star game. I'm going to enjoy playing this again. Show less

After reading some of the early reviews I nearly didnt bother. I played the Demo and bought the game straight away. Its a different game and quite long, I enjoyed it so much I played the bonus chapter, I rarely do that. Lots of puzzles, some of them tricky, fast pace, great graphics and sounds, voices good too. 1st I will give Domini credit for giving us a game that is fun, interesting, and so much more.

I have not been a fan of Domini games for quite sometime due to the same tasks and same everything in all of their games.This game however is NOT the typical Domini game.

The who done it is exceptional and a lot of fun. So much detail in each and every scene that you can play with and yes enjoy. ...Show more

A new game from Domini Games - is a great game. The length of the game is ok. The puzzles are not necessarily new, but they are quite good. It's a new story and you can empathize with it.

While the games challenge was not great, it was still good. What I loved most about the game was the mini-games. They were all different and somewhat challenging. The Visuals are great and the storyline was enjoyable.

Give this game a try, I think that you will enjoy it.

Your basic search and find items and use them to find out what happen. The puzzles were good and not easy or hard.

Very good game. Played through to the end.
Your basic search and find items and use them to find out what happen. The puzzles were good and not easy or hard.
Story line was a little different One of the better games from here in the last year.

The second game was a little random but had a good length, so the money spent was worth it to me.

Domini Games devs are one of my favorite devs because of their ingenuity, the various fun tasks, and very, very clever HOPs and minigames and puzzles. You have a plethora of cool things to do. That's what I look for in a good game.

As for the storyline, at least it didn't involve demons, witches, black or green mists, and such. The majority of the games I have played these many years involved the good guys and gals (you and I) getting the bad villains. It is what it is! For me, this game was challenging enough--not overly--very entertaining. There's always room for improvement but I think Domini Games devs are getting the point!

I loved the game flow, the graphics, the voiceovers--great transporting map. Nice job, Domini Games devs! Nice job!

I managed to collect all 15 of the detective objects; 15 of the statuettes, and 77 of the 78 chess pieces. My only disappointment is I was hoping to be able to go back and find the one piece I missed. Usually, after you play the bonus game this feature is often offered, but not in this case unless I overlooked it. Even so, I'm glad I purchased this CE version. Show less
