CUTE CHRISTMASY, HIGH DEF TILES, and ALWAYS FUN, CHALLENGING PLAY. Suricate is the ONLY Game developer I instantly buy their new games.

BUT, I CONTINUALLY HAVE PROBLEMS trying to buy Big Fish Games. Their Game Manager will NOT work, and now BF is trying to charge full non-member price even though I am currently a paid, active member, clearly shown. At some point, I'll just give up

Beautiful graphics, moving expansive boards, tiles that shimmer and sparkle. great bonuses and power-ups. They are all superb in my opinion. I always play Limited Moves, Advanced Difficulty. I love everything about this game! I know someone else will describe it much better than I can! A wonderful belated gift.

Is anyone else as stunned as me at the "Best of 2022" Awards?! Who chooses the winners? I can't speak on the TM games since I don't play them but in my opinion the other picks include only a few that are truly worthy of praise. Unbelievable!! Show less

The graphics are absolutely top notch! So stunning! Right from the opening scene of Santa and his reindeer gliding through the snow, it brings you into the world of Christmastime. The graphics are absolutely top notch! So stunning! Right from the opening scene of Santa and his reindeer gliding through the snow, it brings you into the world of Christmastime. The creators of the Jewel Match games really know how to create a soothing play environment. The music and environment sounds are not overpowering, but if you don't like it, there are customizations to make adjustments. I found it soothing and peaceful. You can play with tutorials or not. All the modes of play are present: relaxed, timed, etc. with three difficulty choices: normal, advanced and insane. I always play on relaxed, so I can't speak to how hard the other modes are. It's pretty much the same play action as any of the other Jewel Match games. You match 3 or more to drop your trinkets and move to the next room. You earn power ups when combining multiples of 4 or more. They help you overcome obstacles. You keep going back and forth until all rooms are cleared and completed, then you move on to the next level. You earn points to build a cozy village with festive houses. There are over 200 levels of play. In this Collector's Edition there are an additional 60 bonus levels as well as new game features that I have yet to explore. I'm looking forward to buying it and digging in more. So much fun is just waiting at your fingertips! Show less

The landscapes look more drawn here, but that doesn't detract from the fun of the game. Once again there are different winter landscapes to unlock, which always means a lot of (fun) work. The background music is again Christmassy and as an experienced Jewel Match player you know what to do. I am happy that a new Jewel Match game is offered again and that hours of pure relaxation are now the order of the day. However, I would have liked it even better if the game had been released before Christmas, because it would have helped to get in the mood for the holidays. Show less

As always. Some new twists and a bit more difficult than previous games. Keeps the old noggin thinking. Bought it after playing four tutorial levels. Colors are bright and music is easy on the ears. And for once a game that did not give that dreaded "trying to access whatever" problem. Love the Jewel Match series!

Generally music gets short shrift in casual games.
Loops are short and the soundtracks are often irritating or distracting.
I think a lot of us just turn it down or off.
The piano music here is seasonal without being cheesy and beautifully played.
Ranges from bluesy and jazzy to classical without being intrusive.
I'd buy a cd of this stuff.

This game is really the best Match 3 game you will ever play. The money is well worth it because you get a lot of bang out of your buck. I wish they would release a new game such as these every month. My favorite for sure.
