Wow, I really love this game.! What a different change of pace from Elephant Games, keep up the good work! More like this please, Elephant Games! Love the graphics, the music is very relaxing and most of all, no violence or creepy monsters...I am so done with those kind of games....this is like in the same line of Vacation Adventures and I Love My Pets, etc....very pleased with Elephant Games ...Show more

Great game and a nice change-up from the usual travel HOGs I play. The color pallate and watercolor style picture rendering is gorgeous and at times, the scenes almost appear to be hand drawn (yes, I know it's computer art!). Great game and a nice change-up from the usual travel HOGs I play. I enjoy playing games by this developer. It makes a change to play a hidden object game based on animals. I enjoy playing a new series because it is something fresh to play rather than playing the same games another hand drawn game that is easier to play

I did not play this one for too long before I bought it!
Really like the minis. The music is very soothing.
The graphics are not as sharp as another developer's game but then again, it's easy on the eyes.
A wide variety of fun tasks.

I agree with what has been said before, I really miss the quality and challenge of the pre-covid games and find myself going back to try and find those old games to play. However considering what we have been given over the past couple of years, this one was a huge step up and admittedly found myself having to use the hint button more than a few times.

I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game from Elephant...different from their usual games...just a relaxing fun game...many tasks and different puzzles...no running around making potions...looking for parts to put together all over the game.. good kerfuffle from Elephant.

it is not a brain challenger - it is fun
Elephant normally put out brilliant games
& yes - this is run of the mill (UK term)
but our games are costing more & we all want
pre-covid games to be back -challenge etc
times are hard
it is a fun relaxing game
we have to make the most with what

Yes, who knew? There was no way I was going to purchase this game- the premise seemed sophomoric. Definitely not my genre. And, knowing the Pachyderm, I would be hit with the oldest tasks in the HOPA world as soon as I crossed the threshold: the stupid broken key, the even stupider dig-up-dirt, and the stupidest- toenail clippers in the mailbox. So, what possessed me to purchase a game involving a zoo detective?! I don't know, but I did- and I'm glad. This is an Elephant of a different color. Very different paradigm. One thing that annoyed me was the cursor- it's chubby. Yeah, I know, laugh, but I like my cursors angular, thin, and to a fine point. Back to the game- new takes on HOPs, puzzles, definitely a different storyline which I am still not sure I like but I am definitely enjoying the game play. Palette is very nice, although I'm not thrilled with the comic book features of the characters, but hey, that's just me. Nice to see this Elephant- I gave you a chance, and I am diggin' it. Oh, and by the way, how come my ability to vote on whether or not a review helps me or not has disappeared? Do we not have that feature anymore?! That will not make me happy. Show less

Kerfuffle is my new favorite word! It just rolls off the tongue, and ya just can't help but grin after saying Kerfuffle. It appears there is some serious kerfuffling going on at the Zoo in Elephant's newest venture (it took them 20 kerfuffling years to come up with something new for kerfuffle's sake)

There is a bit of a story, but keep in mind that this is just a HOG and not a HOPA, so it isn't an "on the edge of your seat" plot. It's a Doctor Dolittle kind of story that centers around Artemis Wilde, who can talk to the animals...and these animals are having a kerfuffle meltdown!

The goal is to earn Golden Paws, which are used to purchase features in the Shop. There are also Collectible Photos to find in the HO scenes (24), so don't forget to look for those. There is also a Secret Room with a Jigsaw; the pieces are earned by playing the HOs & Mini-games, so there are quite a few features available, although I'm not sure what content is CE material and what isn't.

The Hidden Object Scenes are very unique and not the typical HO's offered by Elephant Games. You are striving to finish the HO's without misclicks to earn a Gold Paw. 1-4 Misclicks earn a Silver Paw, and 5 or more Misclicks give you a Bronze Paw. Gold Paws are worth 5 Coins, Silver Paws are worth 3 Coins, and the Bronze Paws are worth 1 coin. The cool part is that you can replay the levels, and your stats can only improve; you won't get a lower score.

The Mini-games are awarded paws as well, but the paws are based on how long it takes you to complete the puzzle. If you finish the mini-game in less than 10 minutes, you will earn a Gold Paw, 10-15 Minutes gives you a Silver Paw, and anything over 15 minutes gives you a Bronze Paw. These aren't brain-burner games; they are simple puzzles, such as putting photo frags back into place or placing square puzzle tiles on their matching slots on a map. I actually love the puzzles where you have to create a path on a map by clicking on a sequence of patterns until you get to the end. Most of the mini-games are familiar puzzles we've done several times over the years.
