Who cares this game being released after Christmas? It's all about the gameplay for me and I think M3 games by this developer belong to the best with great variety in levels and a proper challenge, but never too frustrating. I bought it.

If you like this type of Match 3 game it isn't a bad one. At least you get to purchase decorations for Christmas. Here in Australia it was put out after Christmas but that may not concern some people.

I don't recommend this game.

I've played other games from this dev. I play on the most relaxed setting because I just enjoy the popping and electricity and mindless matching. What I really dislike is when you move the cursor it brightly highlights the square it lands on. I find this really distracting and tiring on the eyes. If you're up for a Christmas game that's late try it out.

I enjoyed the game enough to overlook how poorly the decorating aspect worked. Bought the tree, all the ornaments I added ended up underneath the tree? so..that's pointless.
The match 3 itself was fine...up until I got to level 81. I can usually figure out a gimmick for each level, this one is completely inscrutable..unless it's to generate enough bombs in the exact right column to get to the ...Show more

This game fell short, for me, but others may love it even with it missing the Christmas deadline. It's kind of a busy game with goals to accomplish as well as 14 achievements and earning enough to buy Christmas decorations.

The boards are very dark, icons not especially attractive and the brown tiles that had to be removed from underneath them were very hard to see. Everything other than the Christmasy tiles didn't show up well on the dark boards at all. There seemed to be plenty of obstacles and power-ups and bonuses, also shuffle. I had to use the ? for a hint several times to find remaining brown tiles.

For me, furnishing the room was definitely not enjoyable. Other than the tree and sofa there were no significant items that I could see in the shopping lineup. The items were small and not very colorful, the decorations were cheap. The tree and other items were very costly. Too much so, for as unattractive as they all were! You can choose where to place everything, but I didn't want to do any of it because it was so drab and just not fun.

I did complete the demo and the game became more challenging in later levels. There are several play modes. I chose Moves which made the gameplay less boring. There were no glitches in the demo. So it's nice that the game will be bug-free, hopefully, for purchasers.

A Christmas game like this should be cheery, not dark, and not grinchy with its room-decorating feature. The CE promises a bunch of extras but I don't feel the game is entertaining enough or attractive enough to warrant the extra $$. Show less

I really enjoy STARTING OUT the levels in these games. But the developer makes levels after 10 or so SO ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CLEAR that I END UP GIVING UP AFTER 15 MIN+ attempts to figure out what it is they need me to clear!

I don't recommend this game.

I deleted after 2 boards. No idea what the heck was going on and the instructions were not helpful. What were the boxes on the side and how do you remove them? No clue. It gave a one line instruction and I have no idea what it meant. The timer is also brutal if you play timed. I love Match 3's and this is certainly not my first Match 3 game.
