there is a storyline in the game. the stages of the game between the levels. the captioning goes too fast and we don't have the chance to read it all. this should be worked on.

Another fun game if you are a Match3 fan! Super! No music for me, I find it disturbing and it keeps repeating itself as if I hear a parrot lol! But everyone has their own opinion!

I have played all of Amanda's Magic Book games and although this was an ok game the voices were terrible. I eventually turned of the sound and read the commentary.

I really tried to give this game a chance. I haven't played a Match 3 game by eFunSoft for ages, and I was hoping for a little magic from Amanda's spell book (Remember when the series was called "Amanda's Sticker Book?" That last Sticker must have packed a powerful punch lol)

Unfortunately, nothing has changed. They still use the same level layouts on every new release. The only things that change from game to game are the Icons used (sometimes, not always) and the names of the power-ups!

For those of you who haven't purchased prior Match 3 games from eFunSoft, and aren't expecting to play a hardcore challenging game, this is a decent game with somewhat of a story. The tiles are quite large, colorful, and easily discernible from one another, perfect for aging eyes.

But...if you have purchased or played other eFunSoft Match 3 games, you may want to play the demo first to see if you get deja vu.

I like the Magic Book series and I am so disappointed with this edition! The voiceovers are so bad that I quit playing to write this review. Someone said they were able to play with the sound off. That's a hint. It is dreadful.
Everyone I know could do a better job of reading this.
Shame on the developers!

This, as well as others of this series, would be a terrific game, if only there were a moves option Why? For me, and perhaps others, a moves option allows for a bit of thinking to beat the level. Without it, "relaxed mode" offers no challenge and timed mode means rushing ( hardly a way to pleasantly pass time). As always, no moves means no purchase!
