liked this game but the only thing i didn`t like is the hos scenes were very had to see

Well this is my first review. Recently I have purchased a lot of hidden object games and hopefully the this game is not one that frequently comes along on Big Fish.
The game is just terrible.The objects are so small, they are impossible to see, especially when for instance they take a small white golf ball and put it right on top of another white object. It blends in so much that it is impossible ...Show more

Well this is my first review. Recently I have purchased a lot of hidden object games and hopefully the this game is not one that frequently comes along on Big Fish.
The game is just terrible.The objects are so small, they are impossible to see, especially when for instance they take a small white golf ball and put it right on top of another white object. It blends in so much that it is impossible to make out.
Oh and fragmented objects are ok but not when they are impossible to see. The hint button is something I rarely use but its a must in a game like this. The hint button also takes forever to refill. Show less

I can't understand why this is called "hidden object game" when there are so many "mini games", no instructions and no "SKIP " button. They are time consuming especially if you are trying out the game deciding whether to buy it or not. Same goes for Insider Tales: Rome. Really three or four mini games in a row. Will not play again nor will I purchase there altho in the beginning I weas seriousling ...Show more

Don't Plan Your Trip to Italy On This Game.

Not only is this game a poor representation of the small towns of Italy but of the people itself. For instance, HOGs based on cleaning up various areas? It's insulting to the Italians (no, I am not Italian).

The HOGs are difficult to complete because they are tiny, embedded in a vast number of unrelated items. Items are misnamed. For instance, a "spanner" is a wrench. It makes it very confusing ...Show more

The HOGs are difficult to complete because they are tiny, embedded in a vast number of unrelated items. Items are misnamed. For instance, a "spanner" is a wrench. It makes it very confusing when looking for items. There is an incredibly long over-clicking penalty.

The conversation is inane and verbose. You play impossible HOGs followed by incredibly easy mini games.

If you don't want a headache from trying to find tiny items, don't get this game. If you don't mind a struggle, by all means, free demo away. It's definitely NOT a buy for me.

The story line had some interest, but I gave myself a headache gritting my teeth to get to the end. There are standard HOS, fragmented object, and minigames. Many of the objects were so faint as to fade into absolute obscurity, or on the edge of the screen with the smallest little bit exposed to view. Sometimes they even ask for the same named object in one puzzle and then you can find out which of the others they want this time. There were no hint or skips on the minigames, but most of them were easy enough not to cause massive annoyance. Let the rest of the game do that. On the plus side, there were no timers, it was generally bright, and there was no occult in it. All in all, save yourself a headache and skip this one. Show less

Don't buy it.

At the beginning, you are required to find a lot of finger and foot prints. They are all over the scene. I was able to find all but five of them. When I tried the hint, I discovered that it takes a full minute to recharge. I am not about to spend five more minutes looking for these things. Although the premise of the game was interesting, I don't want it.

I don't recommend this game.
