I enjoyed the 1-hour trial game, and I'm buying it. I barely got into the game with the trial period, and it left me interested in figuring out how to build more.
I loved Build-a-Lot: Fairy Tales, but otherwise am not into the couple of BaL games I played. Definitely try the trial game and see if it's your type of game.
I recommend this game!

I bought this game 5 years ago and am still loving it. Would recomend to anyone who likes a challenge. Wish they had made Townopolis 2.

I tried this game, although the title and its graphics weren't that appealing, (that's why I only gave four stars) but it's actually a great game. No fast clicking, you actually sometimes have to wait a few seconds before you've got enough money to make the next move, but this gives you time to strategize, so it's ok. But if you want to make gold time, you better be quick in the last minute of the ...Show more

This game is OK. The problem I had with it was when it tells you to build a school, for instance. It's confusing because there may be a school right next door. I played it a couple of times, but maybe we need a "used game store" LOL.

To be honest, I consider this to be a poor version of Build a Lot. I hate the diamond shape the town is displayed in. There seems to be a lot of wasted space on screen. Poor user interface design. Maybe it gets better. I only played for like a half hour and lost interest.
I don't recommend this game.

I generally like this type of game, but found this particular game to be lacking. It was moderately boring, had little to no direction, and in general seems 'underdeveloped'. I didn't finish the trial....
