Very entertaining. Love being able to build your own Villa. Some levels require a certain strategy to complete rather than speed.
I recommend this game!

A wonderful city builder strategy game that also allows plenty of creativity in how you meet the goals. I love that. Many similar games (Build-a-lot is probs a good comparison) rely on following a very formulaic structure to meet the goal, but this allows you to try endless approaches to get there. It made this game really fun.
Cut scenes are rubbish but can click through them, they were always bad. The game play graphics are still crisp and fine. Amazingly the game plays with no glitches after so long and with full functionality on my windows 11 PC. This was really fun! Show less

I have enjoyed this game. Its engaging and fun to play. I have enjoyed this game. Its engaging and fun to play. There are other building games that are not only much better, but the whole experience is better. For example, the language in this game is... ridiculous. They're trying to sound imperial or something perhaps but write in broken English with tons of misspellings and missing some important words. After awhile I just did my best to skip the dialogue.

The game has some good elements, with the resource "building" element being well thought out, but gets very repetitive and easy towards the final levels. Mildly enjoyable, but not great. The dialog between scenes is terrible, best ignored.

Not the greatest game. I will preface this review with honesty, I only played the hour long demo before righting the review. With that being said, I beat up through level 15 on the demo and according to the divine entity Google, there are only 30 levels to this game in its entirety. Not the greatest game. I will preface this review with honesty, I only played the hour long demo before righting the review. With that being said, I beat up through level 15 on the demo and according to the divine entity Google, there are only 30 levels to this game in its entirety. I did not feel that spending money for another hour of mediocre game play was worth it.
This game was just okay, and on the bottom half of just okay at that. The graphics were terrible, but I am not sure when this game was created.
In gameplay you have a set of tasks to do per level, you build up different buildings, send little guys to run them and then you build more buildings or trade with your hut people. I didn't like that after you created your buildings, they did not keep producing, you actually have send someone there to produce goods and they will stay there for five production repetitions. This got to be a bit tedious, but at the same time, I was not having any trouble beating each level well within expert time. The level of challenge was not the greatest. I recommend this game for the free demo time and to experience a slightly different take on TM games, but I wouldn't waste my money or game credit on this. Show less

This game is not professionally done in any way. The graphics, the text, the instructions & overall flow of it are just poor. Especially the instructions.

I can forgive the broken English - that's not a huge hinderance all the time. However that plus all of the game's other flaws were just too much. Aside from that, the game was incredibly wordy, I'd even go as far as saying its the wordiest game I've ever seen. Here's an example of some text quoted word for word from within Ancient Rome:
There were 6-8 lines about how to upgrade something. Then click the text bubble to continue & it went on thusly:
"Bear in mind, say that you are building a structure. Select it, begin dragging it over the playing field & change your mind. You can undo your action with a click of the right mouse button." Needless to say, 2 paragraphs of instructions PER action are far, far too many & the game does not merit that. Show less
