My review on this is that its actually pretty good. There are games that are the same to this:
-Mystery of mortlake mansion
-Phantasma

You also have to find stuff in those games and its mysterious but I think the plot of the scarecrows was pretty good but mystery of mortlake mansion is the best and Phantasma has the best scripts. Also I hate the idea that I'm a boy but you HAVE to be a girl in ...Show more

I liked this game. When I started to play it, I did not have to use the hint button very much. The HO, Hidden Object part of the game was not that hard. I was able to find the objects without using the hint button very much. If someone is afraid of ghosts, then is not the game for you. It is not that bad on ghosts. I would recommend this game.

There is nothing scary about this unless you don't like ghosts. I usually do not like to play HOG where you have to use the items in another scene, but this one is relatively easy which I enjoyed. I purchased the game only to find out that it was over within about an hour. It's a good thing I got it on the daily special.

I think this game would be safe enough to play with children 6 and up.

I recommend this game!

This is a good starter game for children who are just being introduced to HO games.

While this is an OK game I recommend not paying for it. I used free credit to purchase. Over-all this is a well designed game, although lacking in complexity and challenging game play. At first I expected a more challenging game and was very disappointed with the short game play.

This game is not recommended for experienced players. Show less

Ghost story with lots of HOS. Good ratio of HOS v. puzzles. HOS were nicely arranged; objects were easily identifiable. Puzzles had only general instructions and you solved by hit or miss. Ghost story with lots of HOS. Good ratio of HOS v. puzzles. HOS were nicely arranged; objects were easily identifiable. Puzzles had only general instructions and you solved by hit or miss. The dialogue was a bit fast in the beginning, so it wasn’t possible to get the entire story if you’re interested – only the gist of it. Sparkles lead you to what needs to be done – don’t recall if there were various difficulties to choose from or if I just chose casual. So that could affect a person’s opinion. I don’t mind too much as I usually stop and smell the roses. Nice game is you’re in a HOS mood and don't want much of a challenge. Show less

the only thing about this game is that I wasted a free game to play this one. did not know I was almost finished during the trial run. after I purchased it five minutes later I was finished. wow what a big waste.

No different play levels, you can skip the tutorial, but the game leads you by the nose, not letting you do anything but what you are supposed to. Its primarily one HOG scene after another with dialogue stringing it together. I turned off the sound then the game after about 10 minutes, Too easy and too boring. Show less
