I have this on my computer and any time I have a few minutes to kill, I play it. The music isn't too exciting but I have it turned almost all the way down. All in all, I am thoroughly enjoying this game.

I recommend this game!

I liked the halloween theme and tiles and all but there should be a place for your name and best scores. Other than that, it is a good mahjong game

The problem with this game is quite simply it just get's a little boring and repetitious. The tiles are very large and so is the cursor which at times is awkward and hard to choose specific tiles. There are some good aspects as well. The Halloween themed tiles can be changed with several options available and you can choose the layout of the tiles as well. There are options for the background and customized timers or no timer. That's it in a nutshell, or turtle shell, fun but only for a game or two and then just more of the same. Show less

This version of mahjong has its good points, but it is really only so-so by the standard of games in the genre. The graphics are cartoonish and not at all attractive. The interface is not intuitive. There are no points system, but in timed mode you can choose the limit. For instance, you can choose 10 min, 15 min, or 1 hour.

One thing that nearly drove me nuts was the music and the sound effects each time you got a pair. It sounded like a pinball arcade, or slot machines I’ve played. The very essence of non-relaxing.

It does stick very close to the theme though, and you get a choice of 3 Halloween related tiles, much trickier than the more familiar ones. You also get a great number of layouts and backgrounds to choose from. All in keeping with the mood. Many of the layouts are just for fun, they are not ‘doable’, but you can change your set up to exclude unwinnable layouts. You can have either timed or untimed mode.

In all, it has to be said that unless you have a real desire for a spooky-themed game, I wouldn’t recommend this game. Show less

This is an extremely basic Mahjong. No hints or power-ups. Nothing but boards to clear and an optional timer.

The one real plus to this game are the various Halloween-themed tile sets. And that's my preference in Mahjong- tiles with themed artwork rather than the traditional Chinese characters. The game screen is either stretched wide and out of shape or small with no blocking of the sides (if you unclick full screen), so you can still see your home page around the edges. Have played this game several times, even changed the settings to "winnable" and still cannot win any game. Frustrating since this game is so easy, you should be able to at least win one game out of 10 on easy mode, but no. Neat pictures, fun to match, but don't expect to win, ever..

Based on partial completion of the game. I got bored. It was hard to get the cursor just right to click on the tile. I think it's because it is a big green hand pointing. I think the idea was to get the finger just right. The music was repetitive and I turned it and the sounds down.
