I absolutely loved the first one. It's one of the few series I actually play 'timed' (Royal Envoys & Island Tribes are the others). I play them timed cause it's challenging but not 'rip your hair out' frustrating to get the gold time.

That being said, this one is pretty much like the last one. The graphics are the same as well as many of the characters. There are a few new ones including robbers who will steal your resources if you don't collect them quick enough. This can get annoying at times but it does keep your attention as a result.

What I love most about this series is the click queuing. You can queue multiple actions which allows you more flexibility in deterring the robbers.

I like the mini games and the added puzzle element. You have to collect a 'puzzle' piece in each level in order to assemble the puzzle in the bonus round.

All in all I'd say this is a good follow up to the first and it does appear that it has more levels than the original. Show less

Even better than the first one. Loved the colors, graphics and the many different scenes to play in. There are 3 levels of difficulty and I played in relaxed mode first then I plan to go back and play the more difficult levels. Added in this game are little men who come and steal your resources if you don't grab them first. Very fun game.

Yay!! Hercs is back, faster and badder than before. Love the fast-fill food, gold and wood, as it was a bit frustrating in the first game. I only played 2 levels before buying it, so can't wait to see how it continues. Thanks, Big Fish. This is the type of time management game your customers want - fast-moving, interesting and challenging.

I don't know what it is about this kind of game, that makes it so addictive!
I got into this kind of games, playing the My Kingdom For The Princess series, but must admit that the first 12 Labours of Hercules game had slipped my attention.
It took no more than two minutes for me to get hooked on this game ... and I just couldn't stop playing. Before I knew it, I had played my way through the ...Show more

It took no more than two minutes for me to get hooked on this game ... and I just couldn't stop playing. Before I knew it, I had played my way through the entire game and I had fun all the way!
And the next day I started all over again ;)
The storyline is good, the graphics are good and the sound ... well I don't know about that cause I was listening to music while playing.
So, if you're into highly addictive games, this is the one!!! Show less

This game is really fun, it allows you to queue up jobs so you don't have to wait until the guy is done before you do the next thing, which is nice because it makes it feel more like you can drive the game instead of just being told what to do and when to do it. I love time management/strategy games and I bought the previous Hercules game (despite giving it an average review by using a free coupon)...and Bingo! It is a bit like going to a junk shop and find a real Faberge jewel amongst the glittering paste jewellery...I just loved it: the expert level was on occasion a tad too challenging and I must say I failed the last hurdle, the bonus level on chapter ...Show more

I love time management/strategy games and I bought the previous Hercules game (despite giving it an average review by using a free coupon)...and Bingo! It is a bit like going to a junk shop and find a real Faberge jewel amongst the glittering paste jewellery...I just loved it: the expert level was on occasion a tad too challenging and I must say I failed the last hurdle, the bonus level on chapter 4, I had to play it casual in order to get through. Some tricky levels took me a good 5 days to get there eventually on "Expert" level.
It was really worth every penny, fun and yet extremely challenging, every single decision or bad timing proving costly on being successful.
I just cannot fault it, I absolutely recommend that game! :) Show less
