Seems the penguin has decided to settle down, and start a family! The "garden" is the penguins new house, and every step you take in this Fantasy Mosaic game will help decorate his house and make it a home. This is the seventh installment in one of the best series of Mosaic games out there, which incorporates stunningly bright vivid colors such as blue, yellow, green and even magenta, to create pictures such as hippos, kittens and guinea pigs.

The object of this game is to fill in the correct number of cells on grids of various sizes. There are numbers on each row as well as columns, and you must figure out the correct placement of those groups of numbers, using logic (and sometimes hints) Each set of numbers must be separated by at least one empty cell, if you get stuck, simply switch to the next color available which will help by eliminating cells which make the grids smaller because of the available cells remaining.

Some of the cells have bonus coins that are released when you correctly fill in that cell. You will receive extra hints, tools and even the right to make a third or fourth mistake. You can earn Bronze, Silver or Gold trophies depending on the amount of time it takes you to finish the puzzle. There are two modes of difficulty available, Casual which crosses of the numbers one by one automatically, and Advanced which only crosses off the numbers when the entire row or column has been completed. It is difficult to come up with new things to say about each of these games as they come out. They are just so good!

Two modes of play Casual and Advanced.
As before, in Advanced mode the clue numbers at the side and top of grid are crossed off only when the line is completed. You play for a bronze, silver or gold trophy, depending on time taken and your play expertise. A limited number of mistakes are allowed in each board.

Autofill of empty squares, bright graphics and large, multicolour grids, along with totally logic-solved puzzles, make this another winner along with its predecessors. I recommend highly. Show less

Definitely found these puzzles trickier than the previous game. Another excellent game in this series.

Fantasy Mosaics are the best in the business. Match Gem games consistently outclass all other developers who create such games. This all started with FM4 when Match Gem decided to use 3 colors in each grid. No other mosaics have ever attempted this innovation. Fantasy Mosaics are the best in the business. Match Gem games consistently outclass all other developers who create such games. This all started with FM4 when Match Gem decided to use 3 colors in each grid. No other mosaics have ever attempted this innovation. One of the best features of FM's is not using a plethora of easy grids at the start of the game. In # 7 the second grid alone is a 15 x 15. The developer intersperses easy grids with tough ones, a system that I personally like. I rarely if ever use the hints or the pick ax available in the mosaics. I am a proponent of trial and error: however for those who want the aids they are readily at hand. The background music in FM7 is particularly soothing. The penguin who wants us to assist it in making a new home is a cute touch but I don't pay too much attention to this aspect of the game. A superior element of Match Gems is the completed grid is almost always recognizable as that which it is expressed to be. Some of the other lower grade grid games either omit telling players what the grid is or sometimes leave players to head scratching since their completed grids leave much to be desired. Die hard mosaic players know this series is the best around. For those who are new to the genre, look no further than Fantasy Mosaics.
These are must have games. Show less

The pictograph puzzles are my all-time go to puzzles for when I have nothing else to play and a few minutes to spare. IMHO, no one does these puzzles better than the Fantasy Mosaic series. The addition of color options that was available beginning with Fantasy Mosaics 4 made this a series that is hard to beat and the best available in this genre, at least in my opinion.

The addition of color options that was available beginning with Fantasy Mosaics 4 made this a series that is hard to beat and the best available in this genre, at least in my opinion.

The new Fantasy Mosaics 7 is a wonderful game and an instant purchase for me. Anyone who loves these logic type puzzles is sure to enjoy the later Fantasy Mosaic games with their colorful grids. I love the ease of playing these games where in casual mode the unused cells automatically fill as complete once you have filled in the used cells. The ability to switch from one color to another is helpful in determining where a specific color should go when the boards get tricky.

I can highly recommend the Fantasy Mosaic games to anyone who loves pictograph puzzles. As always, I suggest that you try the game for yourself to see if you agree. Show less

That easy and that simple. This series is great, easy to play and understand. I even purchased previous versions for my IPad and can't wait until V7 is available for that as well. A great game to play while traveling. I look forward to the next level.

You can choose between Casual and Advanced. The instructions are well done for new players. It has up to three screens to play for various colors. It also has autofill which places "X's" for free spaces once you have filled in a row or column. If it is similar to previous games, the grid will range from 10 x 10 up to 25 x 25.

I am in the middle of a project and NOT too happy with BF concerning Jessica's list. This is probably the shortest review I have given. Short, sweet and to the point. However, I would never pass up this type of game. These will not appeal to everyone.

EVERYONE SHOULD AT LEAST GIVE THEM A TRY! Show less

I love their concept but the developer has to step it up a notch. I finished almost every puzzle in under 5 minutes.
I recommend this game for beginners, if you've played a lot of this style of Nonogram game you will not be challenged.

I love these games and I like the colors in this one, but the description stated that all the puzzles were based on logic.
Unfortunately some of them are purely guesswork and I won't purchase any more in this series unless they fix that issue.

I don't recommend this game.
