There are plenty of reviews about the story line, game play, etc., so all I'm going to say is that this was BY FAR the longest standard edition game I've ever played. I usually finish the most difficult games in less than 2 hours and I played this one over a series of days. Definitely value for your money! Good news, you have been invited to a resurrection! Bad news, it's your sister! The collectors edition has hidden coins and zoo animals, and you can upgrade the panel and bring your animals to life. The hidden object scenes are slightly interactive list finds as well as putting inventory items back into their logical positions in the scene. You have the option to switch to a jigsaw puzzle instead of the hidden object scene. There are lots of mini games such as pulling levers on the right and left side of the bridge until all boards are flat and showing a picture, You will keep a dossier of the different characters you come across and when Emmett accidentally leaves behind his alchemist crucible, you will use it to transform and change certain items as you try to stop Emmett from doing the unthinkable! Wow! This marathon HOPA was a total surprise. It took several hours to complete all the tasks before finally freeing Emmett from the evil green spirit he's possessed with. I am usually not a fan of teleportation maps, but this game almost requires one. There are tons of puzzles, ho's, inventory and travel. Lots of characters to interact with too. The first thing I noticed was the lovely scenes we were going to be involved in. So colourful and intricate.
The map moves you around so you don't get lost. There was many places to visit, but all easy to travel to.
The HOGs were good and very different as, not only did you have to find objects, but later on you would have to replace them, not where you found them, but where they belonged.

I bought this game after playing just 5 minutes. Good puzzles. HOS are the same but some are all together different than just finding them. Great hint button that tells you where to go next. A most enjoyable game.

that this was BY FAR one of the best SE games I've ever played.The game is interesting and well done so the game doesn't seem too long. A super buy in my book. I really enjoy being able to do a puzzle instead of HOG and they are good puzzles, I like that option instead of match 3. Great game for the money, really enjoyed the long play.

I found myself gazing all the time at the wonderful scenery, or even stop playing because I just wanted to listen to the lovely music.

Oh wow, what a great game this is! It's so incredibly beautiful, you just have to keep on playing.
I found myself gazing all the time at the wonderful scenery, or even stop playing because I just wanted to listen to the lovely music.

There is loads to do in every scene, and there are a ton of locations, they just keep on coming. Good thing there is a jump map, because there is a lot of to and fro, and the layout is not always very simple, but I have to say that I honestly loved that. Makes the game more interesting.

The storyline is told in a very cool way, loved the dossier, making clear who where the good guys and who where the bad.
The HOS and puzzles are very well done, LOVED being able to switch to jigsaw-puzzle.

So, I see I have a lot of love for this game :) Just try it, I'm sure you'll be enchanted by it too. Have fun! Show less

I really loved this game. Every turn had a puzzle in it. I liked that I had a choice to find hidden objects or put a puzzle together. The game is pleasantly long.

I played this on a snow and was really impressed. It's fun, graphics are good, and I like the different levels of challenge that are true to nature. A lot of the games say 'hardcore' level but are still easy. I like to play the expert level and enjoy the challenge. Great game Bigfish! I definitely recommend this game.
