General Tips
- This is the official guide for Grim Facade: Broken Sacrament.
- This guide won't tell you when to zoom into a location; the screenshots show each zoom scene.
- Hidden-object puzzles are referred to as HOPs. Only the locations of the HOPs will be shown.
- Use the Map to fast travel to a location.
Chapter 1: Getting to Island
- Speak to characters (A).

- Return to Patio.
- Place CODE; enter 1-4-1-0. Take WEIGHTS (U).
- Return to Cemetery.
- Scroll down, attach ropes (V); scroll up, place WEIGHTS (W).
- Speak to character; take CADUCEUS (X).
- Go down 2x.
- Place CADUCEUS (Y); take BANDAGE (Z).
- Go forward 2x.
- Give BANDAGE; speak to character (A); take HERBS (B).
- Go down 2x.

- Attach HANDLE and HOSE to pump; select pump (K).
