General Tips

• This is the Official Guide for May's Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville. • Click on Play (A) to begin your adventure. • The Options (B) button allows you to adjust the screen size (fullscreen or windowed), sound volume and game mode (Casual Mode or Normal Mode). • The Change Profile (C) button allows you to create or change your current active profile. • When the guide refers to actions such as 'examine', 'enter', 'go inside, 'open door' or 'go right' it means that you need to left-click on the compass (D) to reveal the interactive arrows (E), then click the arrows to interact. • The map (F) shows your current location. • Unlocking hints or skipping puzzles costs Hint Points. You can earn more Hint Points by solving Bonus Puzzles from the Bonus Puzzles menu (G). • The questbook (H) lists your active (unchecked) or solved (checked) quests and serves as a journal for the tasks you need to accomplish. • Items (I) are acquired and given automatically as you solve puzzles, talk to characters and progress through the story. • The guide will occasionally mention optional storyline puzzles that are not explicitly required to progress through the game and will refer to them as (optional).
