- This is the official guide for Mystery Trackers: Blackrow's Secret.
- This guide will not mention each time you have to zoom into a location; the screenshots will show each zoom scene.
- Hidden-object puzzles are referred to as HOPs. This guide will not show screenshots of the HOPs, however, it will mention when an HOP is available and the inventory item you will collect from it.
- This guide will give step-by-step solutions for all puzzles which are not random. Please read the instructions in the game for each puzzle.
Chapter 1: The Crash
- Look at the car (A).
- Take the BUCKET (B).
- Place the bucket under the water; take the FULL BUCKET (C).
- Use the FULL BUCKET on the flames; take ELF (D).
- Play the HOP to earn the SCREWDRIVER (E).
- Use the SCREWDRIVER on the grate; take the WORKER'S BOX (F).
- Open the WORKER'S BOX and take the HANDSAW (inventory).
- Use the HANDSAW on the gate and walk forward (G).
- Look at the gate (H).
- Use ELF to take the POUCH (I).
- Open the POUCH, move the items, and take the TWEEZERS (inventory).
- Remove the mask and take the GOLD DOUBLOON (J).
- Use the TWEEZERS to take the LUCKY COIN (K).
- Open the door; take the note and the first BAS-RELIEF PART (L).
- Walk down.
- Place the GOLD DOUBLOON (M).
- Open the paper and take the SPRING (N).
- Place the LUCKY COIN in the slot; take the KNIFE (O).
- Use the KNIFE on the straps (P).
- Take the DEVICE (Q).
- Walk forward.
- Use the DEVICE on the scene to find the eye (R).
- Select the eye (S). The DEVICE becomes the UNCHARGED DEVICE.
- Take the FULL OIL CAN and the first BROKEN LANTERN piece (T).
- Use the FULL OIL CAN on the rust (U).
- Open the compartment; take the second BAS-RELIEF PART and the REEL (V).
- Place the two BAS-RELIEF PARTS (W).
- Solution: B-Cx5-B-Ax5-B-Cx4-B-C-B-Ax3-B-C-B-A-B-A-B-A-B-C-B-C-B-Cx6-B-Ax7-B-Cx5-B-Cx2-B-Ax4-B-Cx2-B-Ax3-B-Cx2-B-Ax2-B.
- Take the BLACKROW KEY and the BOLT CUTTERS (D).
- Use the BOLT CUTTERS on the chain and walk forward (E).
- Use the BOLT CUTTERS to take the STRING (F).
- Take the LOCK PIECE and the second BROKEN LANTERN piece (G).
- Use ELF on the leaves; take the GEAR (H).
- Use the BLACKROW key in the lock (I).
- Take the BROKEN LOCK (J).
- Combine the BROKEN LOCK, SPRING, GEAR, and the LOCK PIECE to make the LOCK (inventory).
- Place the LOCK (K).
- Move the dots as shown (L).
- Walk forward.
- Look at the door (M).
- Take the BRUSH (N).
- Use ELF on the bird (O).
- Use the BRUSH on the cobwebs (P).
- Take the ARROW, BOX, and note (Q).
- Take the SICKLE (R).
- Walk down.
- Use the SICKLE on the vines (S).
- Take the EMPTY CROSSBOW and the LANTERN SWITCH (T).
- Combine the EMPTY CROSSBOW, STRING, and ARROW; pull back the wire to make the RETRACTED CROSSBOW (inventory).
- Walk down.
- Use the RETRACTED CROSSBOW (A).
- Take the EMERALD AMULET (B).
- Combine the BOX, EMERALD AMULET, and the REEL. Press red-blue-purple for the first sequence. Press purple-yellow-blue for the second sequence. Press blue-yellow-green-red for the third sequence. Take the DIAMOND RING (inventory).
- Walk to Outside House.
- Use the DIAMOND RING and remove the glass (C).
- Turn the lever (D).
- Enter the Hall (E).
Chapter 2: Blackrow Manor
- Take the PATCH (F).
- Take the SCARF PIECE and NORMA'S LUGGAGE KEY (G).
- Look at the keyhole (H).
- Take the first SYMBOL BUTTON (I).
- Walk down 4 times.
- Use NORMA'S LUGGAGE KEY on the lock (J).
- Play the HOP to earn the SILVER COIN (K).
- Place the SILVER COIN in the slot and take the BATTERY (L).
- Combine the UNCHARGED DEVICE and the BATTERY to make the DEVICE (inventory).
- Return to the Hall.
- Use the DEVICE on the portrait and select the eye (M).
- Take the second SYMBOL BUTTON and the first TOKEN (N).
- Place the 2 SYMBOL BUTTONS on the panel.
- Use the SCARF PIECE on the screen (O).
- Press the buttons (1-5).
- Take the SCISSORS and the note (P).
- Use the SCISSORS to take the FISHING ROD (Q).
- Walk down twice.
- Use the FISHING ROD to take the HACKSAW (R).
- Return to the Hall.
- Use the HACKSAW on the lock (S).
- Solution: D-E-B-E-G-F-G-D-C-A.
- Enter the Basement (H).
- Select the doorway (I).
- Take the GLOWING STONE (J).
- Place the GLOWING STONE (K).
- Press: P-K-N-K-M-M-O-O-L-L-N.
- Take the PIN (Q).
- Use the PIN on the lock (R).
- Take the TIN FIGURE, BATTERY, note, and poster (S).
- Combine the UNCHARGED DEVICE and the BATTERY to make the DEVICE (inventory).
- Use the DEVICE and select the eye (T).
- Take the GLOWING STONE (A).
- Place the GLOWING STONE (B).
- Press: H-E-F-F-G-G-B-B-C-C-D-D-E-D-F-F-C-C-G-G-D.
- Take the COFFEEPOT and the third BROKEN LANTERN piece (I).
- Combine the 3 BROKEN LANTERN pieces and the LANTERN SWITCH. Flip the switch to make the LANTERN (inventory).
- Walk to the Narrow Alley.
- Place the LANTERN (J).
- Play the HOP to earn the TOOTH KEY (K).
- Place the TOOTH KEY and take the CROWBAR (L).
- Return to Outside House.
- Use the CROWBAR (M).
- Use ELF to take the GLUE (N).
- Go to the Basement.
- Use the GLUE and the PATCH to make the BELLOWS (O).
- Go up the stairs.
- Use the BELLOWS on the fireplace (P).
- Place the COFFEEPOT and the TIN FIGURE in the fireplace; take the MOLTEN METAL (Q).
- Go to the Basement.
- Pour the MOLTEN METAL; take the KEY (R).
- Use the KEY in the lock (S).
- Press: G-K-A-C-E-H-B-I-F-M-D-J.
- Take the SPELLBREAKER POTION (N).
Chapter 3: The Ritual Spot
- Use the SPELLBREAKER POTION on the door (O).
- Walk forward.
- Look at Norma (P).
- Take the first BOARD (A).
- Switch the bricks as shown (B).
- Take the VALVE and NAILS (C).
- Take the second BOARD (D).
- Place the VALVE (E).
- Select the valves: E-F-G-E-G.
- Use ELF to take the third BOARD (H).
- Take the PAPER SCROLL (I).
- Open the PAPER SCROLL and take the SUN SHATTER (inventory).
- Restore the sun pieces and add the SUN SHATTER (J).
- Play the HOP to earn the HAMMER (K).
- Place the 3 BOARDS and NAILS on the ladder; use the HAMMER on the nails (L).
- Take the LADDER (M).
- Place the LADDER on the column (N).
- Go up the ladder.
- Open the book; take the second TOKEN and the first CLOCK PART (O).
- Take the second CLOCK PART (P).
- Place the 2 CLOCK PARTS (Q).
- Select: Sx4-Rx4-Sx4-Rx3-Sx2.
- Take the CORRIDOR KEY (T).
- Walk down and go up the stairs.
- Use the CORRIDOR KEY in the lock and walk forward (U).
- Look at Norma (V).
- Take the SKULL BOX (W).
- Take the DAGGER (X).
- Take the HANDLE (Y).
- Travel to the Ritual Spot.
- Place the HANDLE and open the drawer; take the CORKED FLASK, third TOKEN, and the first ALCHEMIC RUNE (A).
- Use the DAGGER to take the PICTURE CLOTH (B).
- Place the 3 TOKENS (C).
- Move the tokens as shown (D).
- Take the first BAS-RELIEF PART and the BATTERY (E).
- Combine the UNCHARGED DEVICE and the BATTERY to make the DEVICE (inventory).
- Use the DEVICE and select the eye (F).
- Use ELF in the hole (G).
- Use the DAGGER on the straps (H).
- Take the PICKAXE (I).
- Open the box and take the METAL BALLS (J).
- Enter the Tomb.
Chapter 4: The Tomb
- Use the PICKAXE on the bricks; take the BLACKROW MEDALLION (K).
- Use the BLACKROW MEDALLION on the box; take the note and the DISASSEMBLED GUN (L).
- Assemble the DISASSEMBLED GUN and take the RAMROD (inventory).
- Walk to the Corridor.
- Place the PICTURE CLOTH under the door (M).
- Use the RAMROD on the keyhole (N).
- Pull out the picture cloth and take ABIGAIL'S KEY (O).
- Use ABIGAIL'S KEY in the lock (P).
- Walk right.
- Take the ALLEN WRENCH (Q).
- Use the ALLEN WRENCH to take the CASSETTE; use the TWEEZERS to take the first GLASS EYE (R).
- Return to the Ritual Spot.
- Place the CASSETTE in the machine and press the red button (S).
- Take the MAGNET (T).
- Walk to the Corridor.
- Use the MAGNET to take the IRON PIECE (A).
- Walk right.
- Place the IRON PIECE (B).
- Move the runes to the correct locations (C).
- Take the TONGS (D).
- Walk down.
- Use the TONGS to take the second GLASS EYE (E).
- Combine the SKULL BOX and the 2 GLASS EYES; take the TRANSMUTATION EMBLEM (inventory).
- Walk right.
- Place the TRANSMUTATION EMBLEM (F).
- Take the note and BOOKEND (G).
- Place the BOOKEND (H).
- Swap the books to form the picture (I).
- Play the HOP to earn the CORKSCREW (J).
- Use the CORKSCREW on the CORKED FLASK; take the NOTE and the FLASK (inventory).
- Open the NOTE and take the CLIP (inventory).
- Go to the Tomb.
- Use the FLASK to collect the ACID (K).
- Use the ACID on the chains (L).
- Open the box and take the first ALCHEMIC RUNE (M).
- Go up the ladder.
- Use the CLIP on the latch (N).
- Open the box and take the first CRYING ANGEL (O).
- Go to Abigail's Room.
- Place the 2 ALCHEMIC RUNES (P).
- Solution: Fx5-C-Fx4-Lx2-H-L-H-Ex3-B-Mx5-Lx7-Ax2-L-Ex2-A.
- Take the GUNPOWDER (N).
- Combine the DISASSEMBLED GUN, the GUNPOWDER, and the METAL BALLS to make the LOADED GUN (inventory).
- Walk down.
Chapter 5: The Backyard
- Use the LOADED GUN on the lock (O).
- Walk forward.
- Look at the gate (P).
- Open the lantern and take the BATTERY (Q).
- Combine the UNCHARGED DEVICE and the BATTERY to make the DEVICE (inventory).
- Go to Abigail's Room.
- Use the DEVICE and select the eye (R).
- Use ELF on the basket; take the GLOVE (S).
- Return to the Backyard.
- Use the GLOVE to remove the vines: take the JAR (T).
- Place the JAR (U).
- Select the 4 fireflies as they come into view (V).
- Take the JAR OF FIREFLIES (W).
- Place the JAR OF FIREFLIES (A).
- Play the HOP to earn the HAND DRILL (B).
- Use the HAND DRILL (C).
- Take the FILE (D).
- Return to Abigail's Room.
- Use the FILE on the cage; take the second CRYING ANGEL (E).
- Walk to the Backyard.
- Place the 2 CRYING ANGELS (F).
- Take the MECHANISM PART and note (G).
- Place the MECHANISM PART (H).
- Starting positions (I).
- Drag the upper yellow and then the purple circles as shown (J).
- Drag the lower purple, yellow, and red circles as shown (K).
- Drag the upper yellow up, right x2, down x2, and up (L).
- Drag the lower yellow and purple as show (M).
- Drag the blue, purple, red, and yellow (N).
- Drag the purple, blue, and yellow (O).
- Walk forward.
- Look at Abigail (A).
- Take the POSTCARD and COAL (B).
- Read the poster (C).
- Take the BAG (D).
- Open the front pockets on the BAG to take the SCRAPER and remove the notepad; use the COAL on the notepad (inventory).
- Enter the code on the BAG; open it and remove the cellphone. Open the cellphone and take the 2 BATTERIES (inventory).
- Combine the UNCHARGED DEVICE and a BATTERY to make the DEVICE (inventory).
- Use the DEVICE and select the eye (E).
- Combine the UNCHARGED DEVICE and a BATTERY to make the DEVICE (inventory).
- Use the POSTCARD (F).
- Move the letters and take the PARCEL (G).
- Use the SCRAPER on the PARCEL; open the PARCEL and take the PUPPET (inventory).
- Place the PUPPET (H).
- Play the HOP to earn the DOOR KNOCKER (I).
- Place the DOOR KNOCKER; select K-K-L-K-J-J.
- Enter the Bar.
- Move the frame; use ELF to take the SILVER HORN (M).
- Walk down.
- Place the SILVER HORN; take the RING (N).
- Enter the Bar.
- Place the RING and open the trapdoor (O).
- Take the NAIL PULLER (P).
- Walk down.
- Use the NAIL PULLER (Q).
- Guide the orb as shown (R).
- Walk forward.
Chapter 6: The Courtyard
- Look at the balcony (S).
- Look at Samuel (T).
- Walk forward.
- Select the spirit with the same symbol as the hand (U).
- Do this 10 times.
- Talk to Samuel (V).
- Look at the cathedral (W).
- Take the POWDER BOX (X) and the first SAFE PART (Y).
- Enter the Bar.
- Touch the box, use ELF on the cat, and take the LITTLE BOX (A).
- Use the POWDER BOX on the LITTLE BOX; press the center-left-right green buttons. Take the second SAFE PART and the BUTTERFLY (inventory).
- Place the BUTTERFLY; take the NET (B).
- Remove the portrait (C).
- Walk down.
- Use the NET to take the BARREL (D).
- Open the BARREL and take the third SAFE PART (inventory).
- Enter the Bar.
- Place the 3 SAFE PARTS (E).
- Solution: I-G-I-K-R-K-O-G-O-H-Q-H-J-F-J-K-F-K-M-Q-M-N-Q-N-P-F-P-K-G-G-K-L-G-L-N-R-R-R-N-Q-O-R-O.
- Take the EMERALD and the TRIANGLE KEY (S).
- Use the TRIANGLE KEY on the lock (T).
- Take the HOOK and PLIERS (U).
- Use the PLIERS; take the CHAIN (V).
- Combine the HOOK and CHAIN to make the HOOK ON CHAIN (inventory).
- Walk down.
- Use the HOOK ON CHAIN on the boat (W).
- Walk forward.
- Look at the Balcony (X).
- Take the BLUNT SHEARS (Y).
- Use the PLIERS to take the GRATE and SILVER WING (A).
- Walk down.
- Use the GRATE to find the GRINDSTONE (B).
- Combine the BLUNT SHEARS and the GRINDSTONE to make the SHARP SHEARS (inventory).
- Walk forward.
- Use the SHARP SHEARS on the vines; take the BROKEN UMBRELLA and MECHANICAL MEDALLION (C).
- Close the BROKEN UMBRELLA to make the FOLDED UMBRELLA (1-4).
- Use the FOLDED UMBRELLA to take the ROPE LADDER (D).
- Walk down.
- Place the ROPE LADDER (F).
- Play the HOP to earn the RUBY (G).
- Add the EMERALD, SILVER WING, and RUBY to the MECHANICAL MEDALLION; press I-L-J-K-M-H to make the CATHEDRAL KEY.
- Walk forward.
Chapter 7: The Cathedral
- Use the CATHEDRAL KEY in the lock (N).
- Walk forward.
- Look at the altar (O).
- Select the 4 symbols (P).
- Select Norma (Q).
- Select matching pairs (color-coded).
- Select Norma (R).
- Look at the debris (S).
- Take the E (T).
- Use ELF to take the COTTON (U).
- Use the DEVICE and select the EYE (V).
- Take the W (W).
- Use ELF on the gate; take the S and note (A).
- Place the S, E, and W (B).
- Press N-E-W-S.
- Take DETAIL (C).
- Place the DETAIL (D).
- Take ELF and the second BAS-RELIEF PART (E).
- Place the 2 BAS-RELIEF PARTS (F).
- Restore the bas-relief (G).

Chapter 8: The Cathedral Basement

- Return to the Cathedral Basement.
- Use the TOY BEAR on the mirror to earn the ELEPHANT (B).
- Walk down.
- Place the ELEPHANT for a HOP to earn the POWDER SACK (C).
- Combine the BARREL, POWDER SACK, and SHORT ROPE to make the BOMB (inventory).
- Place the BOMB and use the BURNING LAMP on the fuse (D).
- Select the altar (E).
- Move the crystals as shown (F).
- Select the ghosts (1-4).
- Select the ghosts (5-8).
- Repeat the sequences: G-J-I-H, and G-J-I-H-H-G-J-G.
- Select Abigail (K).
