General Tips
- This is the official guide for Royal Detective: The Last Charm.
- This guide won't tell you when to zoom into a location; the screenshots show each zoom scene.
- Hidden-object puzzles are referred to as HOPs. Only the locations of the HOPs will be shown.
- Use the Map to fast travel to a location.
Chapter 1: Search for Aurora
- Talk (A).
- Play HOP; receive BUTTERFLY INSERT.
- Examine (B).
- Take AURORA'S BAG (C).
- BUTTERFLY INSERT on AURORA'S BAG; read note; take SAFE MECHANISM, LIPSTICK and DIAMOND RING.
- Take map (D). Examine; take HORSE FIGURINE. Use DIAMOND RING; take FIRE BUCKET and TILE 1/4.
- Take OLD HELMET (E). Add SAFE MECHANISM.

- Use LOCKPICK (S).
- Enter.
- Take PATTERN PART 2/3 (T).
- Take REPAIR LIST (U).
- Take PATTERN PARTS 3/3 (V).
- Remove (W); take BOWL.
- Return to Old Sawmill.
- Place BOWL (X), then SCRAPER. Take WOLF FIGURINE and CLAY.
- Move forward.
- Add PATTERN PARTS (Y); take OILCAN and EMERALDS.
- Use OILCAN (Z); take PICKAXE.
- Enter Researcher's Tower.
- Remove bow from REPAIR LIST; add OLD HELMET, EMERALDS, CLAY and PICKAXE. Take REPAIR TOOLS.
- Add REPAIR TOOLS (A). Add items.
- Solutions: (B). Receive GOLEM WITH PICKAXE.
- Place GOLEM WITH PICKAXE (C).
- Take MELVIN'S CUP (D).
- Take WHEEL HUB (E). Add MELVIN'S CUP; pour; take BAG CLASP.
- Return to Old Sawmill.
- Add BAG CLASP (F); take CADUCEUS and HEALING POTION.
- Add CADUCEUS (G); take OINTMENT and BANDAGE.
- Return to Researcher's Tower.
- Add HEALING POTION (H); pour; take POTION.
- Offer POTION (I). Add OINTMENT and BANDAGE.
- Play HOP (J); receive GATE KEY.
- Move down.
- Insert and turn GATE KEY (K).
- Move forward.
Chapter 2: Find Thalia
- Take BROKEN WHEEL (L).
- Take HAMMER (M).
- Take TREE MEDALLION (N).
- Take TREE MEDALLION (O). Use HAMMER; take STEEL STRIP.
- Move down.
- Add TREE MEDALLIONS (P). Take CUPBOARD HANDLE and WHEEL SPOKE 1/3.
- Enter Researcher's Tower.
- Add CUPBOARD HANDLE (Q). Take WHEEL SPOKE 2/3 and EAGLE HEAD.
- Return to Town Square.
- Add EAGLE HEAD (R).
- Solution: (S). Take WHEEL SPOKES 3/3.
- WHEEL SPOKES, STEEL STRIP, HAMMER then WHEEL HUB on BROKEN WHEEL. Take WHEEL.
- Add WHEEL (T).
- Move forward.
- Use (U); take GRIFFIN 1/2.
- Take PAINTING FRAGMENT 1/3 (V). Use DUSTER; receive GRIFFIN 2/2.
- Take VALVE KNOB (W).
- Return to Researcher's Tower.
- Add GRIFFIN (X).
- Solution: (Y) E-D-C-B-K-G-F-E-D-C-B-A-K-E-D-C-B-A-J-I-K-G-F-E-D-C-B-A-K. Take BIRD WHISTLE, STAR NECKLACE and HERBALIST'S BOOK.
- Return to Town Square.
- Add VALVE KNOB (Z). Take WATER FLOWER and GRAPPLING HOOK.
- Add STAR NECKLACE (A). Take GOLD HORSESHOE, FLOWER INLAY and GRINDSTONE.
- Move forward.
- FLOWER INLAY on HERBALIST'S BOOK; take FLOWER KNIFE.
- Use GRAPPLING HOOK (B), then FLOWER KNIFE and BIRD WHISLE. Take LEVITATION FEATHER.
- Add GOLD HORSESHOE (C); take AXE BLADE, HERBALIST'S KEY and HIDDEN BERRIES.
- Move down.
- Insert and turn HERBALIST'S KEY (D); take AXE HANDLE.
- Move forward.
- AXE HANDLE on AXE BLADE; use GRINDSTONE. Take AXE.
- Use AXE (E). Play HOP; receive GLOWING PINECONES.
- Move down.
- WATER FLOWER, HIDDEN BERRIES, GLOWING PINECONES and LEVITATION FEATHER on HERBALIST'S BOOK; take INGREDIENTS.
- Add INGREDIENTS (F).
- Play HOP (G); take LEVITATION POWDER.
- Move forward.
- Use LEVITATION POWDER (H).
- Move forward.
- Take GUARDIAN'S CROWN (I).
- Take JADE FROG (J).
- Return to Town Square.
- Place JADE FROG (K); take PAINTING FRAGMENT 2/3.
- Move forward.
- Add GUARDIAN'S CROWN (L); receive OLD WEAPON FRAGMENT.
- Move forward.
- Take PAINTING FRAGMENTS 3/3 (M). Add OLD WEAPON FRAGMENT; take INSIGNIA.
- Add PAINTING FRAGMENTS (N).
- Solution: (O). Take DRAGON FANG and INSIGNIA.
- Add INSIGNIAS (P).
Chapter 3: Escape from Prison
- Take BREAD (Q) and BUTTON FOR BOX. Use CORKSCREW; take BROKEN MOON BALL 1/2.
- Take BROKEN MOON BALL 2/2 (R). Move mouse; take STRAW. Add BUTTON FOR BOX. Read note; take TONGS.
- Take HONEY (S). Place BROKEN MOON BALL; take MOON BALL.
- Take UNLIT TORCH (T). Add HONEY; reassemble.
- Solution: (U).
- Take LOCK PART 1/3 (V).
- Throw MOON BALL (W).
- Exit.
- Use TONGS (X); receive HOT COAL.
- STRAW, then HOT COAL on UNLIT TORCH; receive BURNING TORCH.
- Use BURNING TORCH (Y).
- Take LOCK PART 2/3 (Z).
- Take POKER (A).
- Use POKER (B); take STONE HAND.
- Move down.
- Use POKER (C); take LOCK PARTS 3/3.
- Exit.
- Take TIEBACK (D). Add LOCK PARTS; take CHEST EMBLEM and WEIGHT.
- Add CHEST EMBLEM (E).
- Play HOP (F); take PRISON WING KEY.
- Insert and turn PRISON WING KEY (G).
- Move forward.
- Examine (H).
- Take HOOK (I). Add BREAD; read scroll; take BROOCH.
- Take IRON RING (J). Use DRAGON FANG; play HOP; receive HEART AMULET.
- Take STAR FASTENER (K) Add BROOCH and STONE HAND. Turn pages; take SCIENCE INLAY.
- Return to Prison.
- Add HOOK (L); then IRON RING; take SEAL.
- Exit.
- Add SEAL (M); take BIRD INLAY.
- Move forward.
- Add HEART AMULET (N), SCIENCE INLAY and BIRD INLAY; press.
- Examine (O).
- Solution: (P).
- Open (Q).
- Move forward.
- Take PAINTBRUSH (R). Add TIEBACK, then WOLF FIGURINE. Open; take MAP PART 1/4.
- Take TILE (S). Use PAINTBRUSH; receive MAP PART 2/4.
- Take DART (T). Add STAR FASTENER; open; take STONE EARS. Add WEIGHT; pull; take BAMBOO PIPE.
- Move down.
- Add STONE EARS (U); move; take MAP PART 3/4.
- Add TILE (V); take MAGNET KEY.
- Move forward.
- Take MAP PARTS 4/4 (W). Insert MAGNET KEY. Play HOP; receive SLEEPING POTION.
- Add MAP PARTS (X).
- Solution: (Y).
- Solution: (Z). Take MAP TO MANSION.
- Move down.
- SLEEPING POTION and DART on BAMBOO PIPE; add sleeping potion, then dart. Take PIPE WITH DART.
- Use PIPE WITH DART (A).
- Go to Courtyard.
- Take LADDER (B) and INCOMPLETE SADDLE. Play HOP; receive HORSE EMBLEM.
- Add LADDER (C).
- Take HONEY APPLE (D) and STRAPS.
- Take MAGNET (E) and STIRRUP.
- Return to Guardroom.
- Insert HORSE EMBLEM (F); take HERBICIDE and BRIDLE.
- Return to Thalia's Study.
- Use MAGNET (G). Take SCISSORS and RIVETS.
- Return to Courtyard.
- Use SCISSORS (H); take EMPTY BAG.
- STIRRUP, STRAPS, BRIDLE and RIVETS on INCOMPLETE SADDLE. Take SADDLE.
- Add SADDLE (I) and MAP TO MANSION.
Chapter 4: Thalia's Mansion
- Take BELL (J).
- Take MAGIC CRYSTAL (K) and METAL SPIKE.
- Use HERBICIDE (L).
- Play HOP (M); take FERTILIZER RECIPE.
- Examine (N).
- Solution: (O). Take WATER.
- Move down.
- Add METAL SPIKE (P); turn lever; take METAL SHAVINGS and SPADE.
- Add BELL (Q).
- Select 1-5 (R). Use EMPTY BAG; receive POLLEN.
- Return to Thalia's Study.
- Add MAGIC CRYSTAL (S); take STONE DRAGON and DRAGON SCALES.
- Return to Mansion.
- POLLEN, METAL SHAVINGS, DRAGON SCALES and WATER on FERTILIZER RECIPE; remove cork. Take FERTILIZER.
- Use SPADE (T); take POCKET MIRROR and CHESS PIECE 1/2. Pour FERTILIZER; take MANSION KEY.
- Insert and turn MANSION KEY (U).
- Enter.
- Take CHESS PIECES 2/2 (V).
- Take PROTECTIVE AMULET (W) and SCREWDRIVER. Add CHESS PIECES; take SHIP SHAPE.
- Add STONE DRAGON (X).
- Solution: (Y).
- Solution: (Z). Take INACTIVE TELEPORTATION SCROLL.
- Return to Courtyard.
- Use SCREWDRIVER (A); receive MONOGRAM.
- Return to Living Room.
- Add MONOGRAM (B); take DIARY.
- Add SHIP SHAPE (C); take THALIA'S CAMEO.
- THALIA'S CAMEO on DIARY; play HOP; receive SCROLL ACTIVATOR.
- SCROLL ACTIVATOR on INACTIVE TELEPORTATION SCROLL; take TELEPORTATION SCROLL.
- Use TELEPORTATION SCROLL (D).
Chapter 5: Lift Curse
- Examine (E).
- Take RUST REMOVER (F).
- Add HONEY APPLE (G). Take DOLL.
- Take BROKEN PRUNERS (H) and SWING CHAIN.
- Add SWING CHAIN (I). Attach seat; add DOLL. Take PRUNERS SPRING.
- PRUNERS SPRING and RUST REMOVER on BROKEN PRUNERS. Take PRUNERS.
- Use PRUNERS (J); take SMOKE FLARE RECIPE and KEYS.
- Use KEYS (K).
- Solution: (L). Add keys.
- Open (M).
- Enter.
- Read note (N). Take HANDLE.
- Read note (O). Take CRANK HANDLE.
- Take TEAR GAS (P).
- Move down.
- Add CRANK HANDLE (Q); turn; take STONE SHARD 1/4 and SMOKE FLARE BASE.
- Add HANDLE (R). Use PRUNERS; receive STRING FOR FUSE and EYE AMULET.
- Enter Keeper's House.
- Insert EYE AMULET (S). Play HOP; receive EXPLOSIVE POWDER.
- TEAR GAS, EXPLOSIVE POWDER, STRING FOR FUSE and SMOKE FLARE BASE on SMOKE FLARE RECIPE. Assemble; take FULL SMOKE FLARE.
- Add POCKET MIRROR (T), then FULL SMOKE FLARE. Receive SMOKE FLARE.
- Move down.
- Throw SMOKE FLARE (U).
- Solution: (V) Rotate A-B-C-D-E to match screenshot.
- Solution: (W) Rotate A counter clockwise to match A and B; rotate D clockwise to match E; rotate C clockwise to match C and D. Adjust dials slightly to line up.
- Solution: (X) Rotate A counter clockwise to match A; rotate B clockwise to match D; rotate E counter clockwise to match B. Adjust dials slightly to line up.
- Talk. Take FOLIO.
- Go to Under the Roots.
- Take ACORN (Y).
- Take STONE SHARD 2/4 (Z) and LIGHTER. Offer ACORN; take DRESS INSERT.
- Take FIREPLACE BRUSH (A).
- Return to Keeper's House.
- Use FIREPLACE BRUSH (B). Take ARCHER FIGURINE.
- Add DRESS INSERT (C).
- Solution: (D). Take NUMBER WHEEL.
- Return to Under the Roots.
- Add ARCHER FIGURINE (E). Push; take CODE PAPER and WHITE SWAN.
- Take INCENSE BURNER (F). Add NUMBER WHEEL and CODE PAPER. Adjust dials; take CROSSED TOOLS EMBLEM and STONE SHARD 3/4.
- Move down.
- BLACK SWAN off FOLIO.
- Add BLACK SWAN (G) and WHITE SWAN. Take STAR MIST and ORANGE.
- Enter Keeper's House.
- Remove (H); add STAR MIST.
- Play HOP (I); receive OIL FOR INCENSE BURNER.
- Return to Under the Roots.
- OIL FOR INCENSE BURNER and ORANGE on INCENSE BURNER; use LIGHTER; receive SMOKING INCENSE BURNER.
- Place SMOKING INCENSE BURNER (J).
- Take LOCKED PENCIL CASE (K).
- CROSSED TOOLS EMBLEM on LOCKED PENCIL CASE; read note; take CARVING KIT.
- Add CARVING KIT (L).
- Play HOP (M); take STONE HEART.
- Add STONE HEART (N).
- Move forward.
- Take TWEEZERS (O).

- Insert LYRE INLAY (H); take SPOOL and SPINNING WHEEL SPOKE.
- Use GOLDEN SPINDLE (I); receive MAGICAL YARN.
- Return to Keeper's House.
- Add MAGICAL YARN (J), SPOOL, then SPINNING WHEEL SPOKE. Spin; receive MAGIC THREADS.
- Return to Tree of Wishes.
- MAGIC THREADS on HOOK; connect; receive WISH RIBBON.

- Take FOLIO KEY (L).
- FOLIO KEY on FOLIO; turn; take OPEN FOLIO.
- Add OPEN FOLIO (M), then WISH RIBBON.
