It has been quite a while since I played one of these games and I was not watching the time or drifting away. Had a great time with the puzzles. I love the serial puzzles where you go through a series of different activities to get through it. Also like that objects get used within a short time and so far everything is logical. I love the serial puzzles where you go through a series of different activities to get through it. Also like that objects get used within a short time and so far everything is logical. I hope it is a long game and that they are working on another one. My only negative-I do not like the voice of Agnes. It is a little hard to take. Show less

Played so far just the trial, but love it. The first game I bought in a long time . Has a lot of puzzles which I personally prefer . I have fun and hope you will have too.

Have been waiting a long time for a game to come out without those "stars" earned slowing my game play down. Story line is good LOVE MCF games and this one did not disappoint

I loved this game! I appreciate the obviously hard work that went into this MCF, I don't understand nor do I agree with the low ratings. With the terrible choices that we get nowadays, this game is so far above them that there is no comparison. I think that it is a fine addition to the series. And they let us buy it with the Thanksgiving BOGO! Thank you BFG for that! Instead of comparing it to ...Show more

Instead of comparing it to past games, players should appreciate that the dev's were allowed to expand some out of the cookie cutter style we now get weekly, imho. This is one of the better entries into the MCF series. The overall game is more puzzle heavy than HOG but it's still a good game play. The puzzles are reasonable in difficulty, with a few tough ones, and some original to me. My biggest complaint is that once again they don't stick the landing on the ending. They obviously were setting up the next game but the ending feels like the old trope of "A Wizard Did It!" (ie. don't pay attention to the plot hole behind the mirror.) I also miss the days when you found items and had to carry them around for a while before you use them. Today's games are so big that you only get 2-3 rooms to use at once. It's a pity. Otherwise, it's a great game. Recommended, especially for MCF fans. Show less

The artwork is extraordinary, it's enjoyable to look at. Everything good: pacing, storyline, excellent HOS, minigames, great music. I love super puzzles. Master Detective wants us to think more, work harder. He is, as always, charismatic, thoughtful, a tough wise guy. This game is, as the usual for MCF games, rich in content, so well done. This is a solid 5 star game.
Congratulations to the super-geniuses who went all out to produce this game. You are appreciated. Thank you for this adventure.
My only complaint is that the MCF theme music is missing! Show less
