This is one of those Time Management games that you don't mind clicking through the dialog boxes because of the humorous relationship between John and Mary. This is one of those Time Management games that you don't mind clicking through the dialog boxes because of the humorous relationship between John and Mary. (although the last one didn't seem to be as funny) I'm super excited that I don't have to wait for the Standard Edition version to be released, I'm not sure why they decided to do away with the Collector's Edition version initial release, but it's a win-win for me! This game has several extra features anyway, and at an SE price, you can't go wrong!

You can play in an Expert, Normal or Expert difficulty mode, and there are 30 Achievement Trophies to earn. Some of the levels have a Jigsaw Puzzle piece to collect (32 total) I replayed the first level once I realized the second level had a puzzle piece, but then I realized that not every level had one. The graphics have ramped up, and I love the Egyptian theme and the goals centered around the Dragons, I couldn't be happier :)

They added a new Bonus feature after a few levels that allow you to choose between 3 different bonuses (which will probably be added to as you progress) You can choose to make Mary walk faster and cast spells faster, John to walk faster and fight faster or Max the bulldog to run faster. I chose John because I figured getting rid of those wicked Undead skeleton's faster was the right choice?

This game has all the favorite's from past games as well, Altar's to cast spells after collecting mana, Altar's of resources and faster workers etc, and of course the usual resources to collect, farms, mills, and let's not forget about Max's doghouse so he can chew away at those thorny weeds! You can even play Bonus Levels where about a million undead skeleton's try to eat your bwains lol. Definitely worthy of my purchase!

Mary has a set of chests which contain resources which is one new feature, and strategy is needed to know when to use your mana to open them, and when to leave them alone depending on your goals

There are three game modes, relaxed, normal and expert. I am playing on normal and have had to repeat two levels already and really plan my moves. I love it!

There are bonus puzzle pieces to collect, and you can check if you have picked them up by hovering your mouse over the swords on the map. There is a large list of achievements as well. You get to choose a bonus "blind' every few levels not really knowing which one will be more important.

This game is going to keep me busy for ages and satisfy my sense of achievement when I beat a level. Really its got a lot of extra bits for an SE.

Just wonderful even though it is an old familiar friend. It's not easy on timed, but that's just how I like it. Thanks BFG for two TM's in a row! Show less

I really like this game! Thank you big fish for letting us have the SE first for a change! Enjoyable with nice graphics. Game seems to run a bit slow but still plays well. I really enjoy being able to play untimed best, so this is always a plus for me. I rarely play with music so I won't comment on that detail. If you have played the other 5 in the series, you will like this one too.

I recommend this game!

This series is always fun, and sometimes levels are difficult enough that they need to be played a couple of times to master. This is the only game where I read the story line because it helps some with context but mostly because it's pretty funny sometimes!

The graphics seem to be crisper than last version, and rather than being witch-themed, the rewards and environments become Egyption-themed after the first couple of levels.

I haven't gotten very far in the game play, but so far my favorite difference in previous versions is the mini-games are no longer jousts or falling spiders (YAY! I never could figure out the joust...!) They are mini-games similar to the main game.

There are three difficulty levels for this game, so most everyone can enjoy it. I recommend this and the whole series! Show less

I think I just played maybe 5 minutes and bought it. I love these games they are popping them out pretty fast this year too. Its great because there are not too many TM games anymore. I love that we are rescuing the dragons now instead of putting them to sleep. All the game play is the same which is great I don't like change with my favorite games. Love playing these games and cannot find anything I do not like.If I had to find something it would be the time the game takes to load at the beginning, way longer than most but I can forgive them for that.

We've had so much fun with this one...we have all the others and this one is, by far, the best of the bunch !!!

We love the humor in these games and hope they continue adding funny remarks to their games....it creates a fun loving feeling among us as we play !!!

The artistry is absolutely fabulous...the items you need from each scene are easily found !!! The music is pretty doggone good too !!!

Lots of different things happening in this game so keep alert and your eye's wide open !!! There are puzzle pieces to collect in just about every level...it tells you at the beginning of every level whether there is a puzzle piece to find !!!

This is not any ol' run of the mill game...you're going to have to use some brain power to complete the level !!! The levels are very long and its my opinion this game was worth every penny I spent on purchasing it...no regrets...not even a tiny one !!!

I could go on and on about the fun and value of this game but I'll leave the rest up to you....Have fun !!! Show less

I really like the game. I really like all of the New Yankee series. Especially the ones with hidden map pieces. Somewhere I missed something because there's a trophy for using an hourglass and I can't figure out what that means. But for all the rest.....Awesome game!
