I'm a Jigsaw Puzzle Geek and until the Puzzle Pieces series rolled around, BF never offered a decent Jigsaw game. The only puzzles they offered were by the same developer whose puzzles never had any decent options, in fact, they didn't have ANY options! I'm a Jigsaw Puzzle Geek and until the Puzzle Pieces series rolled around, BF never offered a decent Jigsaw game. The only puzzles they offered were by the same developer whose puzzles never had any decent options, in fact, they didn't have ANY options! Then along came this developer, an Indie Developer who cared, a developer who listened to our constant pleas for better options and better images. This developer continues to listen and continues to tweak the games accordingly. When a series continues to get better and better, that's when you know that a developer pours their heart and soul into a game versus the developer who says "it is what it is, deal with it and take the elevator to the eighth floor to give us money" tee-hee-hee.

There are 6 Chapters plus a Secret Chapter and a Chapter that lets you download your own images. You'll earn Sunbeams & Coins for completing the puzzles which allow you to defrost more chapter puzzles and buy more time. Each chapter has several Customizable images for a total of 230 Jigsaws (not including the ones you download yourself) and you can earn Achievements and a Daily Reward as well.

CUSTOMIZATIONS:
Enable/Disable: Piece Rotation
Enable/Disable: Puzzle Preview
Enable/Disable: Random Extra Pieces
Puzzle Piece Amount: Drag Slider Bar 30-1024
Choose Puzzle Shape: Standard Tab-(8 total variations) Squares-Loop, Bird Tabs, etc.
Zoom Feature: Scroll to Zoom or + & - (and drag the entire board using the right or left click)
Shuffle: Shuffle Puzzle Pieces
Brightness: Adjust Color-Warmth-Brightness
Background: 10 Background Options
Show/Hide: Edge Pieces
Show/Hide: Ghosted Image
Buy Additional Time
Hint: Hint For Any Puzzle Piece Placement
Puzzle Preview: Can Be Placed Anywhere

There are so many great features and options to make assembling the puzzles really enjoyable. I have trouble choosing which puzzle to work on and I'm always eager to see the beautiful result of my well-spent time. It is wonderful that the completed puzzles can be saved and that we can use our own images. That, right there, is a very big deal to me! It means endless jigsaw fun and a very happy fishy!

I love everything about this puzzle game.

Can separate the end pieces at the start.
Random pieces fit into place even if they're not attached.
The ghost picture is available.
Being able to zoom in to make the pieces bigger.

Basically, it's a very well thought out design and the variety of puzzles are of course beautiful too.

I recommend this game!

I'm really enjoying this game! I really like the ability to make the puzzle bigger. It makes it easier to solve, and it also makes it nicer to see - the puzzle scenes are very pretty. I'm looking forward to the next Puzzle Pieces! I have a question about the Sunbeams. I have 317,361 - but it won't unlock the frozen set of puzzles. How many do I need?

The timer has been removed, the zoom has been improved and the tutorial is better.

For me , being a photographer I love to use my own images and create puzzles from them.

I really enjoyed the last offering from this dev, despite the limited theme of Halloween/Fall. The pictures in this offering are a mix of beautiful winter and spring scenes, which are perfect as the daffodils bloom and the chipmunks run around my yard.

I had purchased puzzle fantasy 3 awhile back and enjoyed it immensely, and I was very glad when the next set of puzzles (4) Farewell Dear Winter just came out. Thanks so much, I urge everyone who enjoys quality puzzles to buy this you will enjoy it.

I like to sort my puzzle pieces by shape at the start of the puzzle, work on it a while, and then save my progress. This is not possible with this developer. I would like some variety to make it more challenging. However, I have # 2, 3, and 4 of the series for the overall quality, fun, variety, themes, and beauty of the puzzles. Show less

When I increased the difficulty levels, extra pieces began to appear that were from a different puzzle picture. I'm not sure if this is part of the game, or a glitch. I had to weed those out. I won't purchase for this reason. Great pictures though, so I gave 3 stars.

I don't recommend this game.
