It is different but it did come back with the puzzles and I really like the game. I liked the other ones too. This is a little bit different but I also enjoyed playing the new version too.

I recommend this game!

I have every one of this series. This was not at all my favorite. The game play and graphics are not has fun as the previous ones. Hopefully the series will go back to the original way.

I have really enjoyed the first 12 Travel Mosaics and would recommend them to anyone that likes Mosaic puzzles, but the last 2 are not nearly as much fun. I don't like all the talking by the family and not being able to skip a mini puzzle.
I like most of the mini puzzles but the one that you have to slide the frames back and forth to create a picture are not something I am any good at. I had to ...Show more

I didn't like that you can skip the mosaic puzzles but not the end of chapter puzzles . I also had a problem with the background and number contrasts.

I love to zen out with Travel Mosaics. Usually, go straight to buy, no demo. So glad I read the reviews.

Numbers must be doing some pandemic eating, they were too plump for me to read. I tried every combo of tile style and background, wasn't please with any of them.

Please consider ditching these changes.

I have always loved these Travel Mosaics games, at least until the last one when they changed pretty much everything. This game follows suit but now you play in something that looks like a cork notice board. I didn't notice if the previous game was the same but now it looks worse than ever.

I have always loved these Travel Mosaics games, at least until the last one when they changed pretty much everything. This game follows suit but now you play in something that looks like a cork notice board. I didn't notice if the previous game was the same but now it looks worse than ever.

One boring mosaic after another, interspersed with endless nattering from each of the Walker family about where they are, in this case Stockholm in Sweden. The game has lost all its charm, all its fun and all its challenge; even on hard mode I got through half a dozen mosaics before I got utterly bored with it.

I'm sure there are some who like this new version but judging from the last game released, they are in the minority. This really is one makeover that's an utter failure; it needs a reversal to what made these games such fun to play. Show less

Try as they may the developer L_brother can't seem to get this game right, and the average ratings are dropping lower and lower, even with those 5-star ratings that pour in from mysterious Jet Dogs reviewers and the one given by the developer himself pretending not to be the developer?

No matter which of the 12 tiles or X's I choose, or whether I choose the dark mode or not, this is the only Mosaic game that I have a hard time figuring out which tiles are available, mainly because I have a habit of using the cursor to count cells (OCD habit) and the bright, neon, color-coded shades just mess with my mind. After a few puzzles, I find that I'm just aggravated and annoyed and by the time the demo ends I'm relieved and never feel the need to purchase them which is not a feeling I get with most other Mosaic games. Most of these puzzles were so simplistic that I was literally finishing them in under two minutes, a few of them I finished in just over one minute! Now one could argue that they get harder after the demo but why would you not take advantage of the demo to showcase more of a variety of what's in store IF you were to purchase the game? You only get one chance to make a first impression...and pretending to be a reviewer to deceive potential buyers isn't very impressive!

There are 12 Tile fill-in and 12 Crossed-off options to choose from as well as a Dark Mode option and a Custom Cursor which btw seems to have a delayed response. You can play in an Easy mode which crosses off cells for you and applies the appropriate colors, a Normal mode, a Difficult mode which only crosses off squares when the entire row and column have been completed, and now an Intuitive Mode which is a Zen Mode.

There are 14 Chapters with 10 Mosaic Levels each and 4 Bonus Levels. You must earn at least a Yellow Gem on each Mosaic to open the next level and you must earn at least 2 stars on all 10 levels to unlock the 4 Bonus Levels.

Mistakes are counted as lives or "hearts" and you can earn extra lives as well as power-ups by correctly filling in cells. The Hammer fills in a 5-cell radius and the Sun fills in a single random square when charged. Show less

Won't even try

To say I was disappointed in Travel Mosaics 13 would be an understatement. Like the reviews before me, I LOVED the games up through 12. I was so excited to see 14 come out until I read the reviews. Apparently, our dissatisfaction with the new for mat on 13 doesn't matter. I won't buy another Travel Mosaics until they go back to the original format.

I don't recommend this game.
