This is the part where I always state the obvious, that the developer has created a "new" title because the only thing they ever change is the title. Now it appears that they don't bother to come up with a catchy new title anymore...they just add a #2 after the old title. What's not to like, you ask? Well, if you enjoy staged pictures, it's likable. If you enjoy random pictures of food on a table, it's a plus. If you enjoy assembling puzzles of people you don't know sitting on a sofa (I'm pretty sure the pictures were taken at the showroom displays of Ikea?) then this will be a delightful puzzle!

IF however, you are a puzzle geek who loves puzzles with beautiful landscapes, adorable animals, or even fantasy pictures, you'll definitely wanna pass on this one because you just won't find incredible images here, nor will you get decent features, you won't even get a basic useful feature, and you certainly won't get to admire the completed puzzles because they disappear within seconds after completion!

There are five boxes of uninteresting puzzle pictures, the music & sound effects are the same, and all of the game mechanics and features are the same, in a nutshell, there is no customization whatsoever. Supposedly you can earn Trophies for reaching goals but they don't tell you what those goals are?? How are you supposed to figure out which goals to strive for if you can't read them in advance???.

Puzzles can be modified with the number of pieces, the cut shape, and whether or not you want the pieces to rotate. There are 4 different backgrounds to choose from, (pink, green, blue, and grey), There is a box to store extra pieces but the largest modification you can make is around 300 pieces so you probably won't use this feature. There is a Sort option that seems to have no rhyme or reason, a Border only option, a Hint option, and an available Magnifying glass to enlarge pieces. You can also ghost the image of the puzzle to the background or hang a picture in three different sizes.

These are very basic features in a very basic puzzle game that has no curb appeal and I've yet to play a puzzle game by any other developer that doesn't have better features and nicer pictures, even the ones that are 20 years old have better quality!

What's NOT puzzling is my new forum where there are always new features and great entertainment! We will be starting a new group play game in a few days! This is the ugliest batch of puzzles! Lots of food, lots of staged settings, lots of people that are totally uninteresting. I'm not a fan of homey scenes in the first place. I am always attracted to the outdoor scenery. Wildlife, nature, birds, flowers, nautical, etc. They put my mind in a peaceful, beautiful place. Why can't this dev come up with a decent game once in a while? Except for the first couple of games many moons ago, I have not seen one! Creating entertainment obviously is not something they take seriously, nor is any talent displayed in any of their games. Throw some game elements together, don't bother with useful features, an attractive title, pretty pictures or a quality photographer. Just toss a lot of nothing in a box and call it a day and another dollar. Someone will buy it, but it won't be me!

There are far better jigsaw puzzles at BFG and you can instantly see that the devs put much effort and thought into their work. They are brimming with beauty and fun, and great features. Puzzle fanatics won't find any trace of beautiful images, interesting subjects or pleasing colors here. Show less

Honestly, I really do love my jigsaws but these seem to get worse and not better.

I try my best to enjoy these games but they really make things awkward to like them.

Every time you place a piece it flashes and pings. Yes you can turn the sound off but you can't stop the flashing and for someone with eye problems etc this is so not good.

Plus I think sound makes for a good atmosphere if done properly.
On top of that when you finish the puzzle all your scores etc are in a bright yellow which I just can't read at all not even with a magnifying glass.. Others with better eyesight may be fine but can see this causing problems for some,

On the plus side I do like that you can see every puzzle on offer. I am not really in to home decor but that is my choice and some may like them but for me it is a no.

I generally like jigsaw puzzle games but I prefer for them to be colorful & bright. The puzzles in the game are 95% dark & drab & many of them look like the same puzzle.

I don't recommend this game.
