I thought silly name, silly game but the demo proved me wrong. I don't recall anything from MixoGames before but they've created a game that I surprisingly liked very much. The 60 minutes flew by so I knew it would be a purchase, since that usually indicates I was well entertained.

Recover the 9 tiki statues to protect a storm ravaged island from the evil spirits that were stirred up. And get ready to play a fun collection of games. First of all, the graphics are exquisite. Crystal clear images, natural colors, the beautiful tropical scenes. Everything in most games is usually so cartoonish and full of odd colors. None of that here! This is a real visual treat that enhanced the game for me, just like our latest Jewel Match M3. At first I didn't think this game would have enough zing to keep me interested or qualify as a CE but it's quite the opposite.

The games are familiar, yet unique due to some creative touches that worked well to banish boredom and improve the fun level. I think the dev did a great job at spicing up what could otherwise have been just another hidden object game. In the demo I completed only the first level. It contained a variety of HO styles. Find a specific number of items, remove pairs to uncover bingo balls or hidden pieces of an item to assemble, etc. I had hidden object, bingo, marble popping, slots, bingo marble-popper, clean up the trash left all round by the storm. Coin collecting was included for making purchases to support the island after the storm damage.

The slots looked easy but were delightfully challenging even with it being the pre-determined "luck of the draw". My fave was the marble-popper bingo, which has been done before, but this one had a little different twist to it, one being the revolving bingo balls. This feature can be turned off but I liked the bit of challenge it offered. Some may feel it has a dizzying effect on them and won't care for it.

There are several play modes and I chose the easiest for the demo. Normally I try all the modes but forgot to switch around this time. Sorry, I can't comment on them for you. But I would think they would be the same, or quite similar, as in other games of this type. I always prefer challenge so I'm looking forward to the other options.

So I think this is a fine CE package. It's different enough to stay out of that same old, same old category that bores us to tears. Sometimes a little change makes all the difference in the world. This one was fun for me, no cartoon characters, no lengthy dialogue, no teeny items hiding in the dark, beautiful graphics and my imperfect vision wasn't a problem at all for a change. Adults and kids can enjoy, give the demo a whirl for an hour of hopefully, for you, stress-free fun games. Show less

This game is far better than the original so please try the demo and not just look at the name and think that's not for me.

I love marble shooter games but this has a twist where you have a bingo card and you need to find the right numbers. There are three modes but I am happy with relaxed.

My demo time went so quick I just had to purchase.

My thanks go to Mixogames for providing us with a totally revamped version.

First of all, I'm a huge fan of the Lost Amulets series by this developer so I had a gut feeling this game would be a winner and it exceeded my expectations! The graphics were gorgeous, the HO scenes are unique, and yes, the Bingo Balls game had a cool twist.

First of all, I'm a huge fan of the Lost Amulets series by this developer so I had a gut feeling this game would be a winner and it exceeded my expectations! The graphics were gorgeous, the HO scenes are unique, and yes, the Bingo Balls game had a cool twist.

You can choose to play in a Casual Mode (slow animations, more hints) a Normal Mode (faster bingo balls, fewer hints, more challenge), or an Expert Mode (quick bingo balls, no hints, harder levels) so everyone can enjoy playing at their own pace.

You begin by playing a Hidden Object Scene with creatively placed objects (if you've played Lost Amulets you will know the style) Some require you to find items listed on paper notes, others may require finding multiples of the same object or categories in multiples, such as 4 Fruits. The HO scenes may look simplistic at first glance but somehow this developer has mastered the art of hiding objects in plain sight! I love that the goal of the HO scenes usually involves finding several Bingo Balls, Pearls, Talismans, etc. and they are a lot harder to spot than you'd think!

After the HO scene, you will play a game of Bingo with a Twist. Although this game is listed as a marble popper, it's technically not a marble popper. The goal is to click on the Bingo Balls that match the numbers & colors shown on the Bingo Cards before the line of balls reaches the end. They threw in a ton of different variants, such as matching Symbols on stones, and as you progress, Bonus Balls are added to remove color-coded balls, reverse the line direction, or explode a few unwanted balls.

Coins are awarded when balls are removed but to add another level of challenge, they must be clicked on to collect. The coins can be used to purchase Casino tickets to play a Pachinko-Pinball kind of game, I just wish it had flippers you could use to try to flip the balls back up!

This CE version has Bingo Blitz, Infinite Matching Fun, a Casino, Show Introduction Movie, Art Gallery, 7 Music Soundtracks, and Collectibles (in several categories)

You get a Bingo card with several numbers that are colored green, yellow, red & blue. Next a line of colored Bingo balls rolls by and you need to find your card's colored numbers. It gets progressively harder and spits out coins you need to collect quickly because I swear those buggers were vanishing, lol.

This is such a new spin on marble popper. I mean, who doesn't love Bingo! This dev was thinking outside the box with this one and I loved it.

Coins: In game currency is earned playing different types of gameplay, such as the Bingo-ball, Clutter/Match2 (to collect the bingo balls), Hidden Object scenes (find multiple items.) The you get to use the coins to purchase 6 items in the game at, 750, 1250, 1850, 3490, 79001 & 17500 coins.

Mixo, it's so hard in real life to gain coins that it would be awsome to have *more* items to buy in the next game. Please make us casual game rich. I think it would really perfect this game, because those purchase items are SO FUN to get!

I'm not that into the CE content. The informational game blurb says the CE has a screensaver. I couldn't see where one would be set but if I'm mistaken I will buy this CE. I notice it does have pretty scenes with inspirational text but I assumed were wallpapers in the CE bonus content; so until I get clarification on that I will wait for the SE to purchase this.
Credits list these names Attila Mikolics & Katalin Dobor, so I want to tell them what a job well done! The TLC you put into this game really shines.

This review is based on the demo. I won't go into deep details what this game offers other than to say that it's not simply just a marble-popper: it also contains a lot of mini-games, clutter-style match-2 levels and HO scenes.

I admit that I never play marble-poppers so I can't say if this is a good representative of that genre. However, the marble-popper levels are fun for me. I could see them getting quite frantic later on, but since I'm currently a slow poke with them, the early levels were challenging enough for me. There are three game modes, so some options for those who are marble-popper wiz kids out there.

I really like the twist on the HO levels. They're a refreshing change from straight-up HOs. Also the graphics, UI and play are very polished so that adds to the fun factor.

I also enjoyed the clutter-style levels though they are nothing as challenging as what one might expect from something like the Clutter games by Joe! Don't go in expecting that type of difficulty in these levels if you are familiar with those games.

The graphics in general are beautiful and I really liked the film-like opening scenes, even though there does not appear to be a way to skip them.

The story is a little silly, but I never play these games for the story. At least so far the Polynesian main character in the game has not been demeaned in any way. There are the usual tiki statues, amulets and other clichés involving Polynesian culture.

I only have two quibbles, one not-so minor and one that is minor.

The thing I like the least in this game is that it's a bit sluggish on my computer, granted my computer is practically a potato in some ways (only 8 gigs of RAM and no dedicated graphics card). However, my cursor moved slowly and I didn't see a means to increase its speed in the game. I'm on a touchpad, so people using a mouse might have this easier.

The second issue I have is very opinionated: I don't like gambling so I do not care for the casino part of the game. They could have left that out and put in some nice regular non-slots mini-games instead in my opinion. I don't know if the casino is an integral part of the bonus content of the game, but I get the impression that it is.

Is the CE worth it? I can't answer that question. The game seems relatively long without considering the bonus content section.

I think the devs did an excellent job, so I recommend the game (I'm sure the future SE will be worth it too, so either as a CE or as an SE). It's also a very welcome break from the Big Fish usual. I actually give this a 4.5 stars but rounded up to 5. Show less

Jewel Match Solitaire offers several different solitaire games to play. Jewel Match M3 offers additional puzzles (jigsaw, find the butterflies, spot the difference). That is a format that keeps me interested and wanting to play more.

Games like Twistingo make it worth the CE price. I definitely recommend this game. Show less

Just a fun, restful game that does not stress you out w/ garbage, teensy graphics....the graphics are beautiful and the games are original! Wish BF had more like this one!!

I rarely if ever complete my trial and this came before I realized as I was having so much fun and was also listening to the music which I have never done. Purchased it immediately and love it!!!!!
