Time Management

The mother birds of the world are tired of gathering food and babysitting all day, so they're leaving their hatchlings in your care! In Birdies, you take the role of a stork that opens a nursery in which she looks after baby birds. Although no outside threat to your daycare exists, tending to several fledglings at once isn't easy. You'll have to prepare food, collect water, sing lullabies and even entertain the young birds.

You (a bird) are responsible for taking care of little birdies in a kindergarten environment: a parent drops off 1 (or more) baby bird and your role is to take care of it by placing (dragging) it in a nest, providing food (clicking on the kitchen where hummingbirds prepare the meals) and water, clicking on it to sing them to sleep, etc. At the end of their stay, which is when all their wishes have been fulfilled, you get to give (drag) them back to a parent that picks the baby up.

The setting of the game is original, the tasks are diverse, but the placement of the mouse click is sometimes a bit finnicky: fortunately, a checkmark appears to show your "click" was successful and you can click-ahead to queue up the next task.

Scoring is based on points, which earn you money, which you can spend on upgrades.

There are 3 difficulty settings (easy, normal, hard) which influence the requirement to advance to the next level.

Try it: it has pretty much the same tasks as other "serving customers" time management games, but in an entirely different/untypical environment, making it different and quite enjoyable! Show less
