Although this is not a game that serious gamers who like darker subjects, ghosts and ghouls and the such like, would choose. Although this is not a game that serious gamers who like darker subjects, ghosts and ghouls and the such like, would choose. It is a fun game which all the family can play during the festive holidays. It is a match three game where you have to collect gold coins to purchase Christmas decorations for your house. The boards get more complicated as you progress, and the game can be played in timed or untimed mode. The graphics are clear and bright and the background music is festive and not intrusive.
So if you have children or grandchildren this is the one you should give a try. Happy Christmas everyone! Show less

I used the timed and got three stars that's how simple it is but relaxing at the same time. The music came from the first game and there were times that it got on my nerves. But it put me in the Christmas Spirit like the first one so not only will Christmas Puzzle was a tradition now Christmas Puzzle 2 will be one of the games on the list every year to play. I think that some will consider this boring and it can be but this game is for after dinner and something a whole family can do. Great for kids and the young in heart. In sum, simple and relaxing. Finally note: I love the fireplace. Show less

Colorful Christmas matching. Earn coins and decorate the inside of your house. You can play timed or relaxed. In the timed you can collect up to three stars; however, the game gets harder in the upper levels. You do have bombs and rockets to knock out the chains and snow. Great fun for every age.

typical M3 game. match objects to gain coins to decorate a tree and the fireplace and the chair and the mantle. there are 80 levels and you have to use some strategy sometimes to get the coins to drop off the bottom of the board. you need to uncover all the squares and unlock blocks but as long as the locked blocks don't have to be uncovered you don't need to worry about them, but they are usually positioned where you have to unlock them to get the level finished. there is a timed or untimed option. you win stars in the timed option and i played untimed so i can't tell you anything about that. Ohhhhh how when I finished beating this game, I longed for another game just like it...A part 3 or 4. I totally loved this game! It was highly addictive! So much fun. This is a cute Christmas themed Match 3 game that let's you purchase decorations for your house with a Christmas Tree, wreaths, candles, ornaments and more. I would have found this game more appealing if the Match 3 items were more colorful, instead the various items to match are bland and drab. There are Moons, Santa Sleighs, Ornaments, Stars, Snowflakes and even Cupcakes to match! You can choose either Timed or Relaxed modes, and the goal is to complete the game to earn 3 gold stars (you can re-play any level) You will need to swap tiles in groups of at least 3, as you drop coins from the top to the bottom. There are tiles that are locked, and even tiles that are covered in snow, and you need to make matches on all silver and gold cells as well. The decorations can be purchased after each level with the coins you have earned, but you don't have to buy them to progress. There are power ups to earn such as a Mighty bomb which clears a group of tiles, a Chameleon which can be matched with any tile and directional Rockets which clears an entire line in the direction the rocket is facing. There are even tiles with lumps of Coal which can only be removed by using a power up, enjoy! Show less

The graphics for this game are excellent, but I am deducting one star because no ability to save screensaver after completing game.

The graphics for this game are excellent, but I am deducting one star because no ability to save screensaver after completing game.

Your objective is to complete each level and acquire enough coins to buy items like ornaments, toy train set, child-size teddy bear, arm chair, clock, framed painting etc to complete the scene. Multiple levels are required to acquire enough coins for each upgrade.

Save up your power ups because the last level #80 is impossible to complete under timed mode without using many power ups.

You have to repeat previous levels in order to acquire power ups.

All in all, a nice game, except for deficiencies noted above.

The 1st 50 levels are pretty easy, but starting with level 60, gets considerably harder. Show less

There are iceblocks & others to clear, & you have to get coins to the bottom of the screen.

match three with Christmas theme, it might be ok for yr granny having a go on the computer over xmas or for under 8's, it looks ok and is harmless, but it doesn't progress difficulties fast enough to keep most people interested, and there's no bangs or exciting dropping and crashing sounds that I like in match 3. worthy but dull.

I recommend this game!
