Our Big Fish Team from across the Globe came together to UNITE in Seattle. 

The 3-day UNITE event allowed employees to  connect, engage, and dive into our new Big Fish Guiding Principles:

   ⚈ Be an owner and empower owners

   ⚈ Get creative, in every sense

   ⚈ Have a kind, open mind

   ⚈ Deliver results that make a splash

Check out some of the activities we did at UNITE: 

Larry Plotnick, President of Big Fish, kicked off the celebration of our 20th Anniversary gathering with a sneak peek of our new 20th-anniversary video. Larry’s opening was followed by an engaging introduction from our executive team, who shared their personal connection with our newly refreshed Big Fish Guiding Principles.

Our teams then grouped  up for an adventurous scavenger hunt through the streets of Seattle.

We spent an entire day working in teams to build, discuss, and play. These workshops allowed everyone to meet each other, interact with our Guiding Principles, and learn how to embody them in our everyday work while expanding our awesome culture.. 

After a day of learning, we let loose in our Reef decorated like a… you guessed it, REEF! 

On our last day, we all sat down for a collection of panels, Executive Team “Ask-Me-Anythings”, and closing remarks from our leadership team. 

We at Big Fish want our people to be bold and fearless – so we give them the opportunities to swim outside their comfort zone. We support them to learn, grow, and to develop their careers and get excited about their futures with us. That’s what UNITE was about.
